CHARLES!!! He was amazing! He doubled checked our vehicle information for accuracy and even talked to us about our car problems. He saw we were having a difficult time and gave us references and FaceTimed a reputable mechanic to look at our car. All this plus he gave us a fair competitive price ! 10/10. Flew in town to visit family and mistakenly locked the doors and lost the key faub to a rental car. The gentleman from Collinwood Towing (Chuck) came and boy did he save the day. He was very polite, professional, informative (with the alarm possibly setting off due to not having the key faub present) but most importantly he was understanding. We had a flight to catch and couldnt be present but with no worries he came through and got the job done.Thanks again for your service :0-)

The driver came out very polite gentleman my car was stuck in park he showed me how to get the car unstuck loaded my car up make sure it was secure and then turned around and asked me did I have a for sure ride I told him yes he did not have to wait he waited any way into my ride came very polite gentleman will always use to Collingwood towing thank you again Collingwood

I have used Collinwood towing several times. The driver is GREAT and take time with you. Yesterday I needed a jump and the car just wouldnt act right. He stayed until the car was started.
