Chris is a great captain and did a great job towing my disabled boat back into the marina. Sure made me glad I had the towing insurance. I was nervous how he would be able to tow me into a dock while being hooked up but he made it look so easy. Great service all around!

Never use this company. A friends watercraft broke down and we saw the company’s tow boat right next to us. Told us the hourly rate and we accepted. From hook up to dock it was 45 min which is under an hour. But they charged for a full 2 hours even though it was less then 1 hour. The company’s owner is extremely rude and she said well that’s because we charge an hour for the way back when actual boating it takes 12-15 min max back to their station. Such a scam. This company should be ashamed of themselves. If you need a quick trip just ask a local boater or someone on a ski. Not these greedy folks.

This company charges an arm and a leg and made us pay an extra hour. They apparently charge for the tow boat to get back to their station which was never mentioned when we first asked for help. Better off asking for help from a stranger instead of dealing with this company and their heartless owner.
