Good, as expected. Early shopping and not busy. Cashier was stocking. Employee was helpful with my questions. I came in search of a hallmark card and left with a hallmark card. Three actually. Four stars, likely to recommend.

I actually go there often but about 15 min ago I left that store and this old cashier gave me the worst attitude, threw all my things in my bags because SHE WANTED TO GO TO LUNCH. This is terrible service. Management should do something about it. VERY DISAPPOINTED. 😔😔😔😔

This location is one of three that are within minutes from my house. This is the busiest location and probably the cleanest. Today is the day before Fathers Day and it was busy but not packed. I go here for odd and end things and the staff her is pretty decent.

Very Large well stocked Dollar Tree with expanded art/craft section. Huge selection of seasonal items-but make sure to buy it when you see it, the item may not be there the next time you shop. Large food section with some amazing deals & you can even use coupons here to save even more $$$$. My go to place for cards, gift bags/party supplies and containers/bins.

Clean AND they had everything I was looking for...unlike the other 4 near me. Also great customer service.

We shop this store a lot for craft supplies! They provide an overall great experience. I would like them to order more due to the fact sometimes I have to hit multiple stores for an item. Some are very clean and organized while others are chaotic.

By far my favorite of any Dollar Tree. Regardless of what I am going for, they always have it plus some. The staff is always friendly and the store is clean and well maintained. Keep up the great work.

Nice store. Large quantities and various quantities available. Friendly staff. Helpful. Professionalism depends on which store personnel your speaking with, but usually everyone is ok. Well stocked and clean.

You know I love dollar tree, just like any business put your customers first get us in and out two long lines of customers trying to stay 6 feet apart 3 available workers and it was not until trouble ensued that they put someone on another register to help no one is saying keep three cashiers on just be ready to help its the day before the holidays people go in for one thing and leave with 5 more things please be proactive and get us out. Everythings a dollar. You get good quality items at a low price although the toys break easily but thats what you get for a dollar. I really like their gift bags and clear tape saves me a ton during the year. Lines are sometimes long so I took a star off for that but they do try to disperse people quickly.

Huge store with a lot of items for you to select.

I always forget about this Dollar Tree. When I do stop I never have time to look the store over thoroughly and always regret not coming when I have time. Its huge!!

As far as product and organization this Dollar Tree is one of my favorites in the entire city. There is usually a large selection of good quality items that you would not find at a smaller Dollar Tree. I have not had any issues with customer service. Ive always had fairly decent interactions with staff.

I love shopping at Dollar Tree but because of covid-19 the restrooms are not open anymore and lately not just Parma town the one on Ridge Road and Brookpark and the one Brunswick how to make it in your stocking they claimed its what the warehouse had I mean no ones ordering properly from the stores to get it from the warehouse is an example Parma town green spic and span spray bottle and refill have not been in stock also they havent been having a lot of paper towels navigate to start preparing and keeping the products in stock because more people have shopping there

Dollar Tree has so many unique items. Thats why I like to shop here, plus the savings too.

Not enough staff. Cashier was abrupt possibly due to short staffed. Wanted exact change or you had to use debit/credit.

Bad costumer service she had a really big attitude it was 9:55 and she closed the store before 10pm very upset at this store they are always really rude I went to buy one thing and she told me( be quick about it ) I ask her where is the pregnancy test and she didn’t want to help me instead gave me attitude

This store is HUGE! Unlike the Dollar Trees Ive been too recently, its pretty well organized! I wouldnt say immaculate BUT pretty darn clean compared to the others. ALSO they are well stocked with their normal great buys (t.p., paper towels, bleach, etc) except for their pump hand sanitizers of course they have none. They do have the keychain ones(sanitizer) and theyre larger than the normal ones you buy.

Out of a lot ... busy as heck! 2 cashiers trying to keep up. I felt BAD FOR THEM!

This location seems bigger than the other dollar stores. They dont have very many shopping carts however the store is clean and the stock is well maintained. My experience with the workers has been positive. I would reccomend going to this location.

Customer service here is a joke..i dont understand how you can yell at customers and calling them names while still having a job.Find a better $1 store to go to. This place needs better employees.

There is ONE lady that ruins the entire experience of shopping here. She is consistently rude and complaining about having to do her job. She has never said hi, hows your day going? when ive been in her lane, she usually just takes about some home life drama or that she doesnt want to be at work. I always avoid going to her if im able to. Today i was in another lane and put my basket down into another one at the end of the lane(there were at least 6 there) this lady picked up the baskets and yelled at me that they dont go there, thats not where i picked it up at and she is tired of people doing that. Lady you work is customer service and its a store. Part of your job is to clean up and put baskets away and take care of the customers. I work in customer service also and have never complained to a customer about them not putting a basket away. If you hate your job so much then please do everyone a favor and find another job where you dont work in customer service.

First time I have ever been to this location. I’m not from the area. The lady that checked me out said “I don’t empty no baskets “. I thought was berry ignorant to say. The lady behind me was trying to mix her stuff with mine which is why I left my stuff in the basket and set the basket on the belt. All the Dollar tree’s I have been to empties my basket of i use a basket that day. Needless to say because of the rudeness of the employee I won’t be returning back to this location when I’m in the area. As a former retail employee you are supposed to empty the basket if they set it on the belt.

Lazy manager sits in an office all day while exhausted apathetic cashiers struggle with long lines. Stock is inconsistent. The only good thing about this store are the prices.

Really, I go there at 8:45pm and the store is supposed to close at 9 but they tell that I cant enter in because we are closed.Such a shame Dollar Tree 🎄 having irresponsible employees.

It was clean and stocked, the only thing I didnt like is that there were mo carts and they use paper bags with no handles.

This used to be a nice store but is showing signs of neglect. ALWAYS a long line at the register. Stock in the aisles making it hard to see what is on the shelves it is blocking. Manager needs to do their job.

I didnt have that great of a experience, we came in and there were no shopping carts we were there to get things for our baby shower and my girlfriend is 30 weeks pregnant and was trying to help me hold stuff with her bare hands due to no shopping carts. I even mentioned it to the employees and they looked at me like I was crazy and said I can go get one from outside. Even after I mentioned the fact of my girlfriend being pregnant and seeing my hands were full of things. I may not come back to dollar tree due to this reason. Cheers! :)

Its a dollar store. you go here for cheap stuff. Some is an actual deal. Id avoid refrigerated food, and brand name drinks. Chances are walmart is a much better deal for most stuff. Great when you want to stop by and grab a few cheap things though to tide yourself over, or grab snacks for a trip.

Good prices. You can get a lot and still have money left. Dont expect a super friendly staff, but I also do not know what else was going on in her life.

I like this location. If you know what you want your usually in and out. If you dont you can be there awhile because of the big selection of stuff they have.
