We rented folding chairs for our daughters 1st birthday from this location and it was a very simple and easy process. They took care of all the loading and unloading process and the workers were extremely friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I highly recommend ABC Rental for all your rental needs!

Great store, manly for a smaller equipment. But I think they specialize more in party stuff have some really great looking tents, lots of tables and chairs and banquet type stuff. They even have a dunk tank and other games. The people inside were great. They were able to answer my questions, helped me go through the machine before rental and didnt mind the dog walking around with me.

After our reservation with another rental company was missed, ABC was able to get us a great 20x20 frame tent last minute. They came to set it up one hour after our phone call. Very professional. They saved the day! Very grateful.

Weve rented a dunk tank from ABC a couple of times, and they are always so easy to deal with. They took the time to explain all the ins-and-outs of how to set it up and how it works. This will continue to be a place we go for renting equipment.

I ordered 9 tables and 28 chairs and I received exactly what I asked for.Service was fantastic. Steve made my day.Everyone at the party commented on the setup. They were all impressed.Returning the rentals was just as easy and pleasant as getting them. The guys unloaded my truck before was able to assist and the paper work was handled quickly.My rental was for Saturday/Sunday. I was able to pick it up Friday and return it Monday with no extra charge. That made Saturday a lot easier!I have no problem recommending this company. I will definitely use them again.

They have just about every item for rent. Are always friendly and explain how to use each piece of equipment. And they open early enough that returns can be made before leaving for work.

I called about purchasing a dunk tank from them. The owner was supposed to get back with me on shipping it to me. I called back on Monday to inquire about it and they informed me that they had sold it to someone else. I think that is crappy business practice. I dont recommend this business at all. If you cant be upfront and honest then your not a very good business

I put a $100 deposit down on 11/13 to rent an item on 11/17. Show up 11/17 and get charged $120 for the daily rental (when I was told it was $100) and then find out this vendor doesnt even have the rental item because the item was not returned on 11/15 like it was supposed to. I did get an apology, but an apology doesnt fix the problem. I planned to do a job and this company failed and wasted my time. Least they could have done is call me the day before to say it wasnt available.Simply poor business practice. So why would I rent from this company rather than United Rental, Sunbelt, or someone else?Ironic thing is that the ABC rental in Warrensville Heights (no business relation) saved they day and had the item and was a pleasure to deal with.

Nice staff: personable and always willing to help.

Terrible customer service and terrible hours. They close at 5pm and are closed Sundays. They dont accept after hour returns so if you rent anything make sure you take a day off of work to drive back the rental during their limited business hours.

Rented tables and chairs. The tables were in such bad shape I couldnt believe it. We had to use a zip tie to keep one of them from collapsing. Very disappointed
