I told her my nails was crooked on my right hand now after 5 days they look terrible and they are coming off!! The experience cost me $111.00!! I do not recommend!!!

Good, but for some of my n as old come off jus after 6 days and I even hat the gel

My girl was very satisfied with the overall service and she was really happy with the time her nail tech took to ask her opinions on all decisions that were made while having her nails done. They have very reasonable rates, actually much below industry standards, but with higher quality work.. Ive seen her spend literally twice as much for worse work! She will definitely be returning to this salon again on a regular basis... Great job Lily!

My nails are all different shapes. Filed to narrow ave there are gouges in the acrylic. Ive got to go somewhere and have them fixed. They charged me $73 for a new set and gel polish. Rip off. When I complained they told me to just leave.

Honestly it wasn’t bad, but all I wanted was a super short set with white gel and everyone acted like it was there first time doing nails in there. Nails crooked, white gel polish on my skin. They were nice people but then they over charged me! You ever just sit and let them do your nails and think “yea.. I’m not coming back” this was that situation. They look alright I guess...

Nice clean nail shop, a variety of colors to choose from...appointments only during COVID.

I had my nails done here for years and then moved. Ive gotten my nails done twice in my new city and was not happy. Im willing to make the trip back to Lilly Nails. They do a great job and so quickly!!!!

Awful didnt know how to do any designs I wanted..the nail shape wasnt the same I had to file them myself afterwards! One of my nails is Awful looks deformed way to much money for a bad job

Lets start off with how Ive seen vacant houses on the East side of Cleveland that look nicer than this dump. I was the only one in there the day I went and now I know why. Worst experience of my life with any nail salon Ive been to, there is roaches crawling around the floors, it smelled like throw up, it was dirty, the lady didnt know how to file my nails, she filed and left the ends pointed, when I asked her to fix she complained and wanted to run her mouth when I asked the guy that was working there if I can use a file to FILE MY NAILS MYSELF BEFORE GEL GOES ON SINCE SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW. Never again in my life. Save your money time and getting upset on something else. This place is a joke.

Okay so i went in for a full set and two days later im already had to glue two nails back on.

Booked pedicure website priced at 28$ it was actually 35$. Clean and quite.

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had. They half a$$ed the entire thing. Didn’t fully polish every toenail, didn’t clean up any of the polish that got on my skin, no cuticle work, and a pathetic attempt at callus work. I do my own pedicure 100x better than they did.

This place has helped me out many times by fixing breaks and early chipping from other nail salons. Its not a fancy place with a nail bar, but they take care of you. They have recently updated the massage chairs and painted/decorated a bit.

I am extremely disappointed with the services at Lily Nails. The people there were not friendly and were very careless when doing my gellac. I also want to stress that the gel came off in less than a week. They started peeling up and were easily removed. I would not recommend going to this nail salon.

The workers are really nice to you and they do an amazing job on gel nails, manicures and pedicures! Its local and easy to go too! Defenatly go here!!!💅🏻

I only got a pedicure and thank God that was all. The guy did a terrible job, my 9 year old daughter couldve done better. Then he suggested a tip, really? I wont ever return no matter how desperate or pressed for time.

Awful Awful place never go there ! I paid $80 for a pedicure and a full set and in less than a week my toenail polish is chipped and my nails are falling off! When I called and asked for a refund she yelled and said no ! Horrible place ! Waste of money !

The worst salon I have ever been to . They do no design on your nails . The most unfriendly people . And to top it off I was charged $98 and my calls was not removed with my pedicure, not did she ever turned on the massager in the chair . If my fiance would of showed up later I would of been robbed . I will never go there again. NEVER AGAIN ! The worst experience of my life .

If I could put No stars I would . Worst service I’ve ever had . I got a mani pedi my bf literally asked me did my 9 year old sister paint my nails when I got home & my feet still had dead skin and all .. the maid said “when you get home just put Vaseline on your feet” I get me feet done every 4-6 week so they weren’t that bad .. never again.

Poor quality. I got a gel manicure and my nails peeled within a week. I went back to get the nails touched up and within 4 days they were peeling again. I will not come again.

Dont EVER get acrylics here. They break after a couple days and all the lengths of the nails were different he wasnt even looking when he cut it. HORRIBLE.

Website shows open till 7:30 - just went at 5:00 pm and closed. Not happy!!

Very terrible service sisters nail polish had to be tooken off and redone and my nails look terrible 250 for what my cousin asked for short nails not at all what she described the luxury pedicure was a scrub the water was cold
