As of this May 2021....This isnt Perfect nails salon any more. Was always a great place, although recently I visited to see about nails ect. Its now a new day salon that threads and much more😁😁 in Cleveland!!! I completely love the new owner here at the new owner and operater miss Maya @ Mayas salon and threading. Amazing prices and services. Def recommended!!!❤️

LOVE THEM! They always are so nice. They make it enjoyable to get my nails done. The prices are really good compared to others Ive went to and Im always in love with the final results.

WONDERFUL place. I got a pedicure done here yesterday, and it was awesome! The staff was super friendly and professional. Kathy did a great job. She helped me stop a terrible pain in my ingrown toenails that I had to suffer for several years. The leg massage was wonderful, too. I also loved the nail art that she designed. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend it to my Mom.

1st visit was great, took my friend as a birthday gift and both of us left satisfied and happy. Lon & Sharon do excellent work and are a pleasure to talk to also. We both are looking forward to future visits.

The beds are very small so if your 100 pounds u will do fine. The bed was clean and well kept but out dated. The cost is high for a old school tan. The staff is very nice and does good nail work but I dont recommend the tanning.

Great people, but less than adequate service. They only have basic colors for nails, and the nail art is terrible. I got my lashes done, and then I traveled out of state to a legitimate establishment to get them filled. The staff actually took pictures of how bad my lashes were and told me that the way Perfect Nails had done my lashes could have permanently damaged my lashes if I had not come to them. The other place I went to could not even fill my lashes; they only had time to remove them. I will never come here again. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.

5+++ stars for this salon. I have finally found the best place for my manicure and pedicure. Ill absolutely be back.

Should be a zero star option for this place! But as you have to give at least one star.... Please save your hard earned money and stay away from this place. One older man was working and royally screwed my nails up. Horrible fill in and forced gel polish on me for $10 more and after 3 coats you can still see through and lines every where cant paint nails and got polish all over my skin and fingers and refused to clean it proceeded to tell me that it would come off in the shower. Then he removed the Polish off my daughters nails and after he does that and makes a mess of her nails and leaves one nail polished he says he will not be able to do hers cuz hes ready to close. Worst experience ever will never ever return and Nor would I recommend to anyone in Cleveland. Rude idiot ! AVOIDNG BEING RIPPED OFF FOR SHITTY NAILS! Absolutely awful!!!
