This is a good facility. Very clean. Group rooms are open when not in use. The parking deck is a big issue. Youre not covered if your leave time is over two hours from your parking time. They dont tell you that when you check in. I had to wait 30 minutes because they kept changing the time for the pool reopening. That 30 minutes put me over my two hours and I had to pay $14 just to park in the parking deck.

No towels? I think its fairly well established that Covid is not spread through towels. Lets bring back some customer service!

Wonderful group of people here. They have been working so hard to make sure everything is safe for us during the pandemic. I really enjoy the highly motivating and very knowledgeable instructors running the fitness classes. The pool is beautiful. The equipment is cleaned regularly by both the members and the amazing staff. Love coming in!

The aquatics staff are awesome! Kennys water aerobics class is great! They helped me gain confidence in my swimming ability to become a lap swimmer at age 62!

The best gym in Cleveland. Hands down. Excellent staff. Clean. Great place to work out! I sing my Beyoncé out loud working out and nobody cares! Love love love!

I love it here. They have such a variety and it is so easy to work out any time!

It was good they showed me around the YMCA show me the yoga room the side of wrong weight room the cardio room and then they gave me a five-day non-membership mean I can come in the Fridays free it was on point

Ive been a member of the YMCA for many years. I even continued paying my dues during the shutdown to support them. I returned today to work on getting back into shape, completed a tough cardio workout on the bike and the second I stepped off the bike the manager comes out of nowhere to tell me to put my mask over my face. I told him I cant breath, I just got off the bike. If I put a mask on now ill pass out. Give me a minute to catch my breath. He said you have to put a mask on even when youre out of breath. You just need to not push yourself so hard for a while. Are you kidding me! Goodbye Y. Canceled my long time membership immediately.

The staff members are extremely friendly, professional and attentive. They have a lot of great exercise classes, equipment and aquatic programs to choose from. I feel safe going here even during the pandemic.

Joe personal trainer was great I just wished they had a track inside for the cold winter months and I left my sprint WiFi at one of the exercise bikes nobody returned it I was hoping a surveillance video would capture what happened I hate that I misplaced it🤦🏾‍♀️

I’ve been a member of the downtown Y for 5 years and have loved every minute. The new location at The Galleria is accessible, well maintained and at a great location. I could not be happier!

There are some general complaints such as limited hours, towels never being available, and other cleanliness issues. However, my main reason for this one star review is the cancellation policy. I moved into a new apartment with a gym, so I no longer needed this membership.I could not find information about this anywhere o so I wanted to share the information here:1. Cancellations are only accepted in person: I tried calling to cancel but was rejected and told I needed to come in person. The hours are limited, so I couldnt come in until the start of the next month.2. Cancellations require a 30 day notice: When I was finally able to cancel in person, I was told that I had to commit to the next month due to this 30 day policy and billing renews on the first of every month. Now Im stuck with paying for 2 extra months that I will not really use.I just wanted to write this warning for those looking to sign up or cancel. Make sure you do it far in advance.To the Y: you know how to make this wrong right, otherwise Ill contact my bank about blocking further payments.

Very nice facility! Nice pool and whirlpool. Sauna was ok...steam room nice but not clean. You can see the mayor there....

Ive been a member for years and Im glad its open again. Dont expect the staff to be very friendly but Parker invested a lot of money as did others to make this a top notch facility.

Fantastic!! The lady upfront was so nice! There is so much equipment and weights and room, theres no way anyone would have to wait. Its a beautiful facility. I will be coming here now when my hubby and son go to the games!

I went b/c the pool sauna hotub area of my home y had been closed. It was kind of quiet and free of teens. Lots of equipment and lots of space.

Guests are nice! Nice facility besides the fact the front desk women have bad attitudes and their some of guests are questionable.

Id like to see the equipment disinfected a little more

This an ultra modernlocation with state if the arc equipment. They even have a hot tub, spa and sauna. I cant wait to get a personal trainer begin swimming lessons and yoga.

Anytime I visit the area, this is the Y to hit. Excellent staff, top of the line equipment and cleanliness and a great location.

Really nice gym in downtown. Its very clean, lots of equipment, and lots of classes to take. Mornings are not very busy after 645a. Evenings can get very busy. There is also only one bench and one squat rack. Sometimes you get stuck waiting for quite a while. If they added another bench and rack, this gym would be perfect.

One of the staff was rude. Womens bathrooms need cleaned.

The downtown facilities and the staff are always inviting and helpful!

Nicest YMCA that Ive ever been too. Wish the parking situation was a little better so I could workout during the day without having to pay to park.

Really love this place. Would have given 5 stars but I believe the hours should be longer on Saturday and Sunday.

The hot tub isnt so hot and this old man made a comment about my nipples near the pool but other than those two annoyances the place is great
