Hot tub not working. called 6 months ago, still not working. working on getting chemicals for the same price as before(85$) covid you get less benefits. no hot tub no guests, well then lower the membership price if those 2 problems cant be solved.

This is a really nice y facility! Just wish Cleveland could have more than one!

I’m honestly so happy about their new hours being longer! It helps out tremendously and so far I have been consistently going to the gym 6/7 days of the week. This is my year y’all lol! I also love how nice the staff is and even the members there are so friendly ❤️

Wonderful facilities great people

The Y has helped my wife and I to live a healthier lifestyle through weight training and cardio workouts in their wellness center. In the past, we haven’t been able to go to the gym because we have 3 children. With the Y offering a child watch and youth activity center, they can play with children their own age while we work to meet our fitness goals. No gym compares to what the gym offers. Also, they keep everything sanitized and safe for all members.

Facilites are good staff is pleasant my main complaint is staff not enforcing mask use in common areas. Time after time I see people walking through the lobby area or setting at a table there in full view of the staff that does not ask them to put on a mask unless I complain about it. I do not like doing tht I am not the mask police but feel it should be the responsibility of the staff there to enforce posted guidelines.

I have been lap swimming for 2 hours. I love it!! The life guards are very accommodating and the pool is nice and warm.

This to me is the best Y out of all of the Metro Chattanooga ones! The way they have the fitness center set up is awesome, I only very rarely have to wait for a machine, squat rack, or weights because they have plenty to go around! Everything is always super clean and put it its proper place and the weight floor staff do a great job at being sure this is the case every time Im in here. The locker rooms are also always clean and tidy. I am always greeted by someone at the desk asking how my day is which I appreciate! Definitely love when Im in the area and am able to go to this Y!

After cancelling our family membership, I was told that I would be charged for an additional month because I did not do it soon enough. I’m happy to say that the YMCA front desk was incorrect and I’m pleased to know that I will not have to pay for an additional month. We love the Y and will be back next summer!

I appreciate the flexible schedule, variety, availability of pool and size of gym. I dont attend any programs with instructors at this time, but I appreciate that those are offered should I choose to.The facilities are clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful.Love our local YMCA!

The YMCA has activities and events for people of all ages, and has super friendly employees who are helpful and friendly. The workout equipment is kept clean and in good working order, as well as a clean building. What more could you ask for?

Great facility with 2 basketball courts, 2 running tracks (1 inside - 1 outside), 3 racquetball rooms, large weight room, and childcare. Very friendly staff. Active member since 2000

Brandy and Luz do such an AMAZING job teaching the 5:15 am class!! They are creative and keep it fun, all while getting a great workout! There is no way anyone can top the job these two do!

Usually my experience with the Cleveland YMCA was great until today. The two front ladies that work the desk were extremely rude and disrespectful to my family. They would not hear us out being out of state and even purchasing a week pass. (We even have a family member that lives in Cleveland and also works at the YMCA). After today I will not be visiting anymore and will surely not be recommending to anyone!

I absolutely love the group exercise classes. The instructors are full of energy and it is apparent they love what they do. Its a fun way to stay healthy and work toward my own personal goals.

I love the YMCA and so do my kids! The child watch is amazing! My girls love the staff and it is always so clean! I love that the YMCA is so family friendly and has so many classes to offer!

This is the most poorly ran business in Cleveland. I dont have a membership I only deal with the after school program and camps they do for when school is out .They always ask me to come back at another time when I try to sign her up for camps because no one at their front desk actually knows what they are doing. The after school program our schools used to offer was much more affordable and more organized. I had a schedule of activities for the summer program and always knew ahead of time what was going on .the YMCA asks for twice as much money and cant tell me a single thing they have planned other than what they do through a typical school year. Its clearly just a money grab for them seeing as how they are now what the school system offers.

Love the classes, different exercising equipment, outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, child watch and very affordable membership prices

I love the water aerobic activities. I love the multiple times throughout the day that I can make it to class should I miss my regularly scheduled class time.

Nice workout facilities. The mens locker room on the other hand is always dirty. I assume they just dont clean it that well. A lot of mold in the showers as well.

We love the kids Summer camp. They keep the kids active and engaged.

Everything is an option at the YMCA. We plan out our day based on the Y’s schedule and it all works out perfectly for my family.

Great place to workout. The YMCA always keep up with new machines and machines for seniors and the only inside pool in Cleveland TN. Friendly front desk staff.

Everyone is so welcoming and helpful . Whatever your fitness level is, there is a class for you to attend . The tracking system makes you accountable so you are able to reach your goals .

The YMCA is a great place to go for a nice workout. I love going right here because there is so much variety of activities that you can do!

Absolutely love this place. I come here to try to work out daily in their exercise facility. I love the fact that the majority of the machines have Netflix, Hulu, and many more apps to choose from to watch while you work out. This really helps get your mind off of things. I also like the steam room in the locker room makes it nice to relax afterwords. The only reason I gave a four star is because, the live TV on a lot of the machines are very fuzzy and you can not really watch live TV, and also they used to provide towels but do not anymore that would be nice to have back. All in all keep up the great work love your facility.

Our family loves the YMCA. Th childcare is great, the classes are great, and weve made friends just from being there.

Childcare is great, nice, clean facilities, good variety of exercise options for everyone ranging from athlete to elderly/disabled. Its really designed for everyone.

TERRIBLE experience each time I went there for something. Im not a member and I advise you not to become one. I was never smiled at, never welcomed, never treated with kindness or basic human respect or common decency by any of the employees. If you like being around rude employees and enjoy being ignored for a significant amount of time and then treated like you have absolutely no value and as though your presence at the welcome desk is not just unwanted but repulsive, then sure, spend some time here. I was immensely disappointed by the people here and so I do not foresee myself or my family ever being involved in the Cleveland YMCA as it has consistently shown me on more than one occasion that it is a place that fosters an unpleasant, uncaring, negative, and even a personally destructive environment. They should be ashamed of themselves!UPDATE: they also apparently do not respond to phone messages or in-person messages even when they specifically ask you to contact them! so rude and unprofessional!

The older, skinny, short haired, lady at the front desk is very rude and insulting. I will not come back to this facility . I will go to a private gym because of her attitude.

No issues with facility/instructors. Impossible to reach someone on the phone. Also, unresponsive and poor service to scholarship applicants.

Love the place just hate how you have a small gym compaired to all the other rooms there but other than that its great place to be
