Great gym to visit if in the Cleveland area. I will definitely come back if Im in the area again. Not only was the owner great, but the gym has a great atmosphere and has anything youll need (to include some strongman implements, which is a rare find!)

Went for the jiu jitsu. Drove up from Dalton. Excellent coach, Pac Lewis. Super tough room. Had some real killers in there. Totally worth the drive and will definitely be back.

The Grit House is awesome. Owners and members are great.

Had 3 of our lifters compete in a powerlifting meet here and the only thing more impressive than the facility was the owners. They greeted us when we walked in and its obvious they know what they are doing. Great gym!

Awesome gym with friendly staff...plenty of actual lifters and competitors if your serious about training go to the grit house!!!
