My mother who is 88 years old has been seeing Steve since his practice started. From the front desk, to the dental hygienist to Steve, they are so compassionate and gentle with her. I have always felt comfortable with her seeing him and his staff. I trust him 100%. I wouldnt take her to anyone else.

Rudest dentist Ive ever seen. The staff is great, the appointment was easy to make...but the dentist has zero people skills. Came in and was very snotty and condescending the entire time. He would follow up every rude comment with now, Im not JUDGING you, which if you have to say that every other line, then yes, you are. I was going to go back for a cleaning because the other people seem very nice, but I dont think being near him will do anything good for my anxiety about dentists.

Had the best experience. The office staff was great and so helpful. Alexis was so sweet. Linda was so nice and helpful. Dr. Hartline was great and I was only there for 30 min for a filling. His assistant Katina made my visit beyond comfortable. Will be back!

Always a pleasant experience at Dr. Hartlines office. Jessica was very thorough with my cleaning and no issues, so a great visit!

Called and scheduled appt. with this office. Staff very friendly. When I explained that my husband needed a consultation visit to complete his dental implant procedure as the dentist that started procedure had passed away to person scheduling she set up appt. A very thorough explanation was given as to what my husband needed done. My husband took off work early to attend appt., Only to be told by Dr. Hartline that he didnt do the requested procedure but would refer him to a colleague in Nashville! I would think that office staff would know what her employer did for a living. Time wasted and wages lost because of this. On top of that Dr. Hartline told my husband that he would not charge for the xray but a few days later we received a bill showing that he most certainly did. Even charged for a comprehensive oral evaluation for someone who has no teeth! Very disappointed in this office and their procedure. I put payment in the mail to them but I most definitely will not recommend this office for dental procedure.
