I was very pleased how nice the staff is. They explained everything that was wrong with my teeth and gums. Ive been going to my dentist many years. Everytime I would tell them something was wrong, she would brush me off and say everything looked good and healthy. Not the case. Thank you Aspen Dental for letting me know I was right.

I’ve been there multiple times & the staff was amazing & very helpful. Dr.pak and his assistants were very kind. My teeth needed a good cleaning & the hygienist did a great job & went into detail helping me understand how to keep my teeth healthy.

Aspen dental has always been a professional & courteous to me. Workers are very pleasant and Ive never had any problems. Would highly recommend them. People are very skeptical of dentist but at Aspen theyre very gentle and they take very good care of their patients. A++

Dr. Pak and the staff are excellent. They make sure that you understand what needs to be done and why. They handle your situation with knowledge, professionalism and care. It is worth driving to Cleveland to receive services from them.

I had onset gum disease and 6 fill ins that needed to be treated, and they were able to treat all of it within a month. They helped me get a payment plan that worked with my finances and had 0% APR if paid within 18 months. They gave me all the tools I needed to take home and treat my teeth properly.

Amazing place to go! I had to have an extraction and I didnt feel a thing. Compared to the last place I went for an extraction, yeah theyre definitely worth a 5 star rating!

My first visit to Aspen Dental was great. I dont have insurance so I was a little nervous as to how I would be treated. I was totally surprised. The entire staff was great and made me feel very welcome. I go in a few days for my first fitting in a few days and cant wait. They do not even deserve one star worst place ever. I called made an appointment and made sure it would be okay that I brought my children with, because I do not have a babysitter and I have no one to help me with them; they told me it would be fine. When I get here they tell me I cant have my kids with me in the back and that I would have to reschedule. But even if I rescheduled I would still have my children when I came back. They have no clue what its like to have children and no one help you whenever you have appointments. First doctors office Ive ever been to that would not allow me to take my children with me.

They were nice & took great care of my husband. They were fast with the procedure we were in & out in no time at all. Dr. Pak & Tricia get a thumbs up.

I was given an appointment for 9:45, after 5 others went back I was told my app. is at 10:15. I finally get in and had to many xrays done for what I came for. 1 emergency extraction on a broken tooth. I was in major pain. In the exam room I told the nurse I was freezing cold. No one did anything until an hour later I had my arms curled in my shirt when a nurse come to say Dr was on the way. Then I received a blanket and waited 30 more minutes. After 3 hrs I was so cold, thirsty, and hungry anger had overtaken me. Finally the Dr looks at the tooth and says Ill try to fit you in for extraction next thing I know a lady came to take me to pay first. At that time I said of course you need your money first. Then the Dr came around the corner handing me my payment back and told me to leave. I requested my 20 x-ray and was given 1. This place wasted my insurance claim took there money while I was left unhappy and in pain. All this company is after is insurance payments I wouldnt send my wosrt enemy to this jacked up place. Money hungy!!!!!!! Dont go here. 😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥

Read the reviews and go somewhere else. My thoughts were, that will not happen to me I have good dental insurance. As i noticed customers with no insurance were leaving the bad reviews. I scheduled the appointment for teeth cleaning & xrays. They refused to clean my teeth because I needed a deep cleaning. My insurance did cover deep cleaning at other dentist offices, but not ASPEN because their antibiotics are not covered. They could easily order antibiotics that are covered by insurance. They told me it would be a waste to give me a basic teeth cleaning, compared it to changing the oil in your car after the transmission has gone out. I literally begged for a basic teeth cleaning because I couldnt afford the deep cleaning, it cost over one thousand dollars . They said no

They will make you feel special like they really care for you,and then try and charge you an arm and a leg. I went for 1 thing and they told me 10 other things was wrong. Crazy thing is I told someone I went here and they told me everything the dentist said was wrong with me and said they tell everyone the same thing. Look into this name before you schedule with them

The crown I had was good. The people were excellent and friendly.The second job I had done took a long time and it was very painful. My gum had recess so high they didn’t know how to fix it. It looks terrible and I am very unhappy. Having to get it corrected somewhere else.

Very kind and caring staff. Facility was clean and modern. They were gentle and personable. Dr. Pak was very nice and both he and the hygienist were thorough and explained everything very well. Didn’t try to sneak any charges in on me. Anything out of pocket not covered by my insurance they warned me about. Glad I decided to try Aspen Dental out, I’ll certainly be using them for my primary dental needs.

I went to Aspen Dental in Cleveland TN for the first and hopefully last time last week. I had an abscess in one of my top teeth, plus since I had seen their advertising for $399 per plate for dentures I wanted to talk with them about it. The tech was great, but the dentist seemed to not really care about what I explained my goal was. After insurance, the price quote I was given was over $11,000!!! Seriously? Uhm I dont think so. A friend from work recommend her dentist. I went in this morning, had two of the teeth pulled today and have set up for all the rest for literally 1/10th of what Aspen wanted to charge me.

I had two emerging wisdom teeth, one of which was causing a lot of pain. I wanted to get at least one extracted if not both. I looked up their prices online and they said they had a special offer on their extractions for 130$. after my examination, I spoke with the finance employee and she told me my total was going to be 7500 dollars. They tried to set me up for a ridiculously expensive treatment plan and wanted to extract 4 of my teeth, even though only 1 was causing pain. I asked how much it would be to only extract one instead of 4, they told me it would be 1800$. Which is still astronomically above their listed price online. They didn’t give specifics on their website about extra costs or anything like that which was hugely misleading and unfortunate.I wouldn’t recommend going until you do a little bit more research or unless you have very good insurance.On a positive note, their staff were very nice. No complaints there.

Awesome staff! They were all very pleasant and helpful. As I am bad with names, let me just say that the lady working the admissions desk went above and beyond the call of duty! She even got my insurance to pay on my dentures after they had just told me one hour earlier that I had to be enrolled 5 years to qualify. Thank you soo much dear! Keep up the good work guys!

Their website advertised composite fillings at $126 but was told it’d be $688 for two fillings. Which had to be paid upfront even though I was told they would work out a payment plan with me. I didn’t feel welcomed at all and felt like they just want money. I made the appointment in order to have the fillings done, I was there for two and a half hours and they didn’t even do any dental work.

They were very caring and really went above and beyond to get my dentures made for me.

Everyone at Aspen Dental is amazing!!! Dr. Pak is definitely one of a kind!!! He asks what you want him to do, not just telling you what hes going to do, and that shows he cares about how you feel and what you want!! Mishal, Tricia, Natalie and the rest of the staff are amazing and make you feel comfortable and welcome!!! Definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking to improve their smile!!! 😁

Their slogan simply easier... not the case. I had a 10am appointment and arrived early, they got me in, did x-rays and sat me down in a chair. The main Dentist was very rushed, glanced at my teeth for a few seconds and was finished in less than 5 minutes. I was then told to go sit in the waiting room. I waited for about 30-40 minutes before they brought me back around the desk to pay. After I paid, they told me to go back to the waiting room. The entire time waiting I overheard the main Dentist arguing with another patient about insurance payment and bossing the staff around. Seemed very unprofessional and unorganized. Anyways, they finally called me back a 3rd time for my cleaning. The only good part about my visit was the dental hygienist who took her time and did a thorough and professional job (thank you!). Again I had a 10am appointment but was out of there shy of 12pm. I will not be back.

Dr. Nina and Crystal were absolutely amazing. Not only did they do a great job, they were super nice an sweet. I’m very satisfied with the job they done an with my teeth. Dr. Nina done a great job taking my teeth out. She was gentle an great... Crystal was super nice an done a great job working with me.

The office staff were nice enough. I felt somewhat rushed with the dentist.

They advertise that you get your dentures and a few days because they have a lab in their office but in reality its a few weeks it has been over a week now since I had my first visit and now itll be a whole another week before I go back for another visit and then probably another week before I even get my denture.

Came in with a wisdom tooth problem, They did xrays as usual, found few cavities two little larger than the rest. Immediately they wanted me to get two crowns.(crown Is done when there Is a significant decay in the tooth) I do not have that IT Is just a business as always. For a wisdom tooth extractions They use a doctor (looks like a 3rd party) that prefers to put people to sleep And do his thing(for that reason he charges more) He charges $1170.My Price for everything that Is 2 crowns, 3 little fillings, deep clean And 3 wisdom teeth extraction. $8100.That Is in my opinion a rip off.

I personally did not have any work done here but my momma did! She is pretty scared to go to the dentist because of a horrible experience with a different place in the past. This office made her feel at ease and worked with her to get everything she wanted! She told me that it was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist! She looks great and there is a happy time in her voice. Thank you for helping my momma and giving her her smile back!! ❤️

The entire staff was AWESOME. I broke a tooth 3 days ago and had it in my head that I was just going to live with it. I woke up this morning in a little pain and made up my mind that I needed to do something about it. I called the folks at Aspen and they got me in, all taken care of, and out the door within 2.5 hours with NO pain. They also gave me a plan with a few additional things to have taken care of, that I will go back to them for over the next few months. Everyone in the entire office was exceptionally nice, knowledgeable, not “pushy”, and most importantly caused me NO PAIN 🙂. I can’t say enough good things about these folks.

Took my husband here to get his wisdom teeth removed and they said meet at 9a with the financial advisor then surgery is right after, no eating and drinking after midnight, have a ride available. So we get here at 845a with 2 kids in the car bc with covid we cant go in and it takes them til 1016a to even call him back to talk to the financial advisor. Then they tell him he cant have the surgery today and it was the call centers mistake and they do it all the time. Then we had to pay 200 up front before even getting the surgery before they will do anything plus insurance and another 300 surgery day.. So dont come here. Stick with the local places bc they have no idea how to run a business effectively.

Aspen Dental in Cleveland, Tn has been super to me.. My dentist Dr.Nina has been absolutely fabulous to me. If it wasnt for her I wouldnt be happy with my smile. She is the best dentist I had ever been to because she cares about her patients. She called and checked on me the day after the procedure which means alot to me.. God bless you Dr. Nina and thanks once again. Your a angel in my book. Crystal one of the Dental Assistants is great also. She treats everyone with respect and dignity. She will joke around with the patients and make them feel right at home. Another person that deserves some praise is Kari. She is very professional at her job. I love Aspen Dental! From the receptionist to the dentist, everyone I saw was great! Friendly, warm, and exceptionally nice. They make you feel so comfortable and for someone who has a fear of dental work that’s a big Plus! I recommend them highly!!

Let me start by saying this is not a review against the Corp but the location in Cleveland. In fact this is not even about the doctors and the other staff members as they were extremely nice and helpful and took care of me . For the past two years I have been struggling with their I guess financial manager who is not a nice man and refuses to fix my bill that my insurance was suppose to cover but they never properly filed the claim. Understandably I was upset after so many tries of trying to talk to him. He cared more about how I was talking to him (which was not in an insulting manner) rather than helping me fix it. Aspen Corp stepped in after several calls and they fixed the issue in a short period of time. I recommend Aspen but not this location as long as he is the manager. Always look through your bill and know what you were paying and what your insurance is paying. And don’t trust him to handle the issue because the last time I talk to him he said he’s not removing the bill and I was gonna have to pay it. What a disrespectful man child.UPDATE.Aspen Corp still good and all over my situation but did not like the guy I had the problem with calling me and being defensive about my review instead of apologizing only proving the name I said. But Corp did not tell him to call me and they were a little frustrated he did. Funny that I got a letter in the mail saying that they were sorry for my experience but the office manager could not reach me (which he did) but if I have problem please call (literally the person I have a problem with) to resolve any issues. Wow.

Overall a very good and safe cleaning and exam. We are full time rv travelers and Aspen Dental works as a way to maintain our dental health while traveling. They have hundreds of locations in the US.

Excellent customer service as far as sociability and concise with information. However, Im sitting in the waiting room for a noon appointment and its now almost two thirty. I asked for a time frame and was told within the hour. No. You need to handle your scheduling professionally. If this wasnt the only in network care provider I would have already walked out.

On Nov. 1st,2013 I started the process of having my teeth replaced with dentures. I purchased the Comfilytes denture package with the seven-year warranty and I am glad I did. Little did I know that I would be using that warranty a lot. I used the temporary dentures for 8 months and got my Comfilytes somewhere around late July or early August. Around Christmas that first year I had a tooth fall out while eating and I accidentally swallowed it. They fixed the missing tooth and adjusted the bite. Somewhere around two months later I had a tooth break, they repaired it and adjusted the bite again. At this time the technician (I can’t remember their name) stated that if it happened again that they would need to replace the dentures. Well I broke another tooth and guess what? They fixed it and adjusted the bite again.Fast forward about 4 years and multiple repairs later. I finally get mad and voice my concern about replacing the defective dentures and the nice girl at the other end of the line puts me on hold for about five minutes. She comes back on the line and schedules me for an appointment to have impressions made, FINALLY. I arrive for my appointment and is seated in the chair, while the lab tech is getting supplies ready the doctor comes in and very rudely ask WHO AUTHORIZED THIS? He stated that my dentures were worn out and dull, (Really, they have been grinding on them for 5 years) and that they will not replace them, but they will repair them.My top plate has a crack that has been repaired at least 7 times in the last 7 months. They claimed that the bottom front teeth are pushing forward on the top plate causing this to happen. They ground down the bottom teeth on the front during one of the adjustments and now most of the teeth are rounded off and are no longer functional.I can honestly say that the techs and the receptionist have been extremely friendly and helpful, but those dentures should have been replaced years ago. I have a new set of dentures made by an independent lab and they fit great and work like they should. So, if you need to get dentures at Aspen Dental then by all means buy the set with the best warranty that you can afford. You will need it.

I dont reccomend this company at all. I called the call center and asked for an appointment to have my husbands wisdom teeth removed. They said they offered a finance option and we could talk to the financial advisor at 9a then have surgery right after if we agreed to the plan. They said no food after midnight and someone had to stay there to bring him home after. So we get here at 845 waited til 1016a to talk to the financial advisor to find out that he wont get surgery today bc they are too busy and I sat in the car with my kids from 8a til 11a bc they dont know how to send out appropriate information. Stick to your local mom and pop dentists. This place cant function at all.

It is not the place for dental care i would recommend.They dont treat people as patients who need care they are treating them as clients unfortunately.Next time Id consider other dental care clinics before.

I felt like I went to a car dealer. Paid up front for low cost exam. I had a tooth which the filling came out, and simply wanted it repaired. But during their $19 exam, was told I have periodontal issues, requiring serious cleaning and antibiotics. I was taken to the office manager, kinda like when a car dealer takes you to the finance manager to tell you how much it will cost. All I wanted was to have the filling repaired, but was told I would need to have the periodontal cleaning...$2802.00 He said they wouldnt just repair the filling, had to have the periodontal. He was willing to lower $1100 if I dont have the antibiotics. Really $1100 for antibiotics. So much for advertising they are low cost. JUST FIX MY TOOTH, dont sell me extras!!!

From my initial denture consultation to getting my dentures and now having them well over 6 months the experience at Aspen Dental has been fantastic. My dentures are high quality and have made life so much easier. Everyone at our Cleveland Tennessee location its so friendly and professional.

Not happy with having to wait an hour and a half in the hot car waiting for our appointment! Seems a courtesy call could have been made letting us know how behind the office was. Praying the dental work isn’t of the same regard.

The only good thing about that place was the very nice and caring dentist I saw.. got a quote of 159.00 plus a 19.00 fee before I made my appointment only to arrive pay the 19 dollar fee and being told the price was actually 235.00... I dont know about anyone else but a 70 dollar plus jump with no dental insurance was more than I could afford... wasted my 19 dollars and my time

My husband Tracy absolutley loves Dr. Nina & Katelyn. He has had several procedures done and would highly recommend them to everyone. Staff is always happy and friendly! Very happy with the promptness of service as well. John is also very helpful too.

First time Ive ever had to do the x rays and see a dentist and then re schedule a cleaning. So that was a little irritating. However the person who cleaned my teeth and the dentist were very nice and did a great job

Absolutely horrible service. Was told to be here an hour before the appointment arrived at 12:30 appointment was at 2:00pm. Did not get taken in till 3:30pm. Then after all this waiting was told, that doctor information has not been exchanged properly. So now we have wasted all this time sitting. After we called a few times to see what was taking so long.. all this gas to be rescheduled. Also he had to fastl, has not had nothing to eat or drink since 12 a.m. last night. Absolutely unprofessional super unprofessional have already paid $2,400 to have this procedure done took off of work and now has to schedule another day off of work. Absolutely disgusted with the service we got today

Well my insurance paid as did I and I am due a credit that they are holding. Also. Needed a release for a surgery and they wouldnt give it to me unless I had a cleaning. Another way to make more money. Better off going to a local dentist then this business.

The dental health team used the latest technology to help me understand my treatment options. Dr. Nina encouraged me to conduct my own research, to know exactly what to expect. She treated me with dignity, and valued my contribution in making each decision. Finally, I met with the office manager to discuss the financials. I expected facts; but John showed concern. He made it his priority to get the care I needed as quickly as possible, and followed through on that promise. Well done, team.

Friendly staff, Xray tech moved faster than any Ive ever had done which was nice cause those are always awful experience for me but she was friendly and helped me position it so it wouldnt be uncomfortable. payment plan available if needed which is nice. dentist and hygienist were very friendly and sweet and I got to see all my teeth on a monitor in front of me which was nice I never got to see that at any other dentist. they take your blood pressure to make sure youre not stressed out or having anxiety about your visits before you start which I thought was nice.the only thing that bothered me was that I waited in my car for an hour to be able to go in..and I called asking when I could come in since it had been an hour and they finally let me in idk how long I would have waited if I didnt call back in but apparently they said its due to limited seating but I hope that part doesnt continue.

So far, aspen dental has been very great! Everyone is super nice, friendly, and helps you as much as possible when it comes to finances Shoutout to my girl Natalie Wright that takes care of all the financial situations and helping patients meet their needs and being able to afford dental. She definitely finds ways to help others smile and have successful dental coverage.

The dentist and staff were friendly and seemed to know their stuff. But there is a great difference in pricing. The $19 for xrays and exam is about the only deal to be had. I was looking about getting a crown and the pricing was much higher than the local dentist. So just be aware of what your local dentist can do.

Most expensive place ever and not willing to work with people will not be back.

Quality of work did not last as long as the insurance requirements.Had a root canal and crown done and it fell out after about 27 months.Insurance rejected claim to have it fixed because they will only pay for crown replacement after five years time. So now I am stuck with a 2100.00 bill or not fix it ever again because the gum will grow over it.

My experience was good. Amount quoted for services was way to high even with 2000.00 paid by insurance. Rep did not fully explain why i had to pay an additional 900.00..he just kept saying even if i have insurance i would still have to pay that ridiculous 900.00 amount. Needs to work on his people skills.

I am a new patient at Aspen Dental. I had a filling, deep clean below the gum line, and a tooth extraction. The entire staff was very through, professional, and passionate for meeting all of my needs. I have had my share of bad experiences and it was such a relief to be cared for so well.

Aspen dental is just your average impersonal dental office. Very factory like. I was cattle being herded from one room to another. Prices are are a little on high side but fair depending on who you compare them too. They are obviously able to get your dental needs met, but I would prefer a more personal experience

I was very skeptical about giving Aspen Dental a try, but everyone was amazing from the time I walked through the door to the time that I left. Kacey was very helpful & kind with getting me checked in. When I was called back, Rodson was very patient with me during the x-ray process, and he was very knowledgeable about each step of the process. Jada was my hygienist, and she made me feel comfortable, and made my teeth look and feel so clean. She was the absolute best hygienist I’ve personally had in my entire life! I saw Dr. Ram while I was there and she was amazing! She looked at my x-rays, explained them to me, and asked me if I had any concerns. She then did a thorough exam of my teeth. I was shocked that she spent so much time with me. My appointment was near the end of the day, and while I was checking out Natalie took care of me. Her co-workers were leaving, except for the office Manager, but she was so sweet, and helped me get set-up for my next appointment. She explained everything that I was getting done and what my insurance would or would not cover, even though it was time for her to leave. I absolutely loved my visit to Aspen Dental! I was well educated about the health of my teeth and gums, and I had excellent customer service from start to finish!

Crystal Wentworth always greeted me with a smile and answered all my questions when I had them.

I paid 8,000 for dentures, which did not fit. I am now at a private practice getting my teeth fixed right. Don’t waste your money like I did. Like going for an oil change and they tell you, your engine needs replacing.

Staff was amazing. They made time for us Dr Nina was great. Still have more work to do.

Doctor Ram is awesome. The hygienist who took care of me did a fantastic job! Tricia was the dental assistant who took my x-rays and she did an amazing job! The staff was professional and the office was very clean. Thanks for great care!

I had an extraction done on my lower right molar. We had a rough time trying to get that tooth specially to go numb as it was a troublesome tooth. But the doctors made sure I was completely numb before they pulled it all the way out. They were extremely patient with the entire process. They weren’t rushing to get through it. They also made sure I knew everything that was going on. 10/10 would highly recommend. Dr. Ghu is who I had. (Not entirely sure that’s how you spell her name. 😬)

Had 4 teeth pulled had to jump thru alot of hoops to get it done surgeon did a wonderful job

I can honestly say this was the best dental experience ive ever had! Dr. Nina, her dental assistant Kari, simply amazing!!!! The office staff Natalie, Cheyenne friendly and helpful. This was my first visit. I didnt have a regular dentist. I had a uncomfortable problem that had to be addressed. They understood the situation. They took care of my problem in less than a 24 hour period of time. To say Im thankful would be an understatement. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. Definitely 5 stars!!!!!

The exam was easy, Im awaiting more things to be done. I dont know if it is comparatively expensive or not but Im looking at over 10 thousand dollars to get sedated and have my teeth taken out and my bone shaved 😥 I dont know how happy I can be about that but they ate trying to help with financing
