Had to get an emergency root canal today. The staff was amazing from setting up the appointment to getting me through it. Dr. Brian Hudec treated me like a patient and not a number. He is the best dentist I have ever had hands down. I highly recommend Hudec on Broadview road.

Had some fillings done and a crown done to day by Dr Brian Hudec with the help of Marisol. They were both great! Laura did the fillings and she was excellent too. Couldnt ask for a better group of people. Saw Dr Brian interact with a young girl today and have to say he is so amazing with kids. I even mentioned that to Marisol.

Mr. Hudec and their entire staff are always pretty good. My recented experience has been bad. I normally give five stars for their service. I placed numberious phone calls and not one return back and .most of Dr. Hudec team are very awesome. I am very dissapointed with the games, they are playing. Brought 2 of my daughters that had recently gotten there braces off to Hudec Dental on Broadview rd. In Cleveland today. Debbie the hygienist there was absolutely Amazing I cannot say enough about her. She was so knowledgeable and informative. She helped us to understand exactly what was going on and to come up w a treatment plan that worked for us. Also, Dr. Hudec was Amazing!! Very very nice went over everything w us. After today, I literally want to change my entire family over to that particular Hudec office for all of our dental care...

My overall experience was decent. Brian Hudec is who I would definitely recommend for your dental needs. I was extremely nervous and he was patient, and very welcoming, and very reassuring that my experience would be a good one. My first tooth extraction ever, it was over literally in 5 minutes! I would definitely go back to him. The front office staff may need a little more work as far as customer service, they weren’t very welcoming especially with this being my first visit however, overall experience was pretty good!

With understanding and compassion one with Nerve damage on my face they took time and my doctor care so much she listened and made sure my dentures fit and too make sure I looked normal. Dr. Bryan Hudac (hope thats correct) is the man! Hes such a good Dentist! Everytime I visit the office, which has been about once a week for 2-3 months, he has his whole staff in a professional, friendly, and happy mood. Not sure how they all stay so upbeat and kind EVERYTIME, but I would guess it is because they have such a great Dentist to work with, who takes care of everyone he has contact with. Ive had some major work done to my teeth these last couple months, and I can tell you 100%, I have NOT been uncomfortable or in pain once. It would be nice if they weren’t incompetent about their order of operations. I was seen as a new client, but since I refused x-rays because I am pregnant and had to have my doctor fax over a letter not to receive them, they denied me a simple cleaning. This would have been fine if they didn’t waste my time or my doctor’s time and didn’t have me drive to an appointment to sit in a chair for literally nothing. As a business owner, I would never waste someone’s time in this fashion. The front receptionist also had an attitude before I even said hello. PSA I guess pregnant women can’t receive care here!

The best dentist I’ve been to. The most affordable place for crowns.. I searched everywhere and this is the cheapest place for porcelain crowns and they let u make payments by applying for their credit card. They understand that I can’t afford just to throw down a bunch of money at once unlike some dentists that want all the money and won’t work with you...The crowns are perfect too. The dentist is super friendly and the staff are nice too. They do an amazing job. I’ve had really bad experiences at other dentists where they messed my teeth up bad (hayat dental) so it was a relief. I found them! I did a bunch of research and they are seriously the best place to get crowns when your insurance doesn’t cover them. The broadview office is really good. They are now my new dentist.

This place is hilarious. They called me last week to confirm ‘my’ wisedom teeth extraction: this was weird because I had that done 2 years ago and refused to have it done there after horrific experience where Dr. Dai told me that when they put people to sleep they dont wake up EVER. They also verify my identity once I enter the room and the surgeon didn’t tell me his name until he was walking out of the room and I asked him. So the appointment turned out to be for my sister who I don’t live with and they wanted to confirm her appointment with me. So we went today for her consult (based off my experience I knew it would be an extraction but my sis wouldn’t listen) and they told her they dont do consults they just remove the teeth. They said thats why the main office send all the paperwork over. So there wasn’t going be any conversation opportunities for my sister and her surgeon. No chance to ask about the surgery, recovery or infection risk. They also made it seem they were going to remove all 4 of her wisedom teeth and she only had coverage for 1. Now when they called I wasn’t paying attention but It wasn’t MY appointment; big HIPPA violation. I dont recommend them unless you REALLY dont have another option and then it still might be better to do it yourself.

Best dentist office I have ever been to period. They are beyond excellent, personable, funny,down to earth, and living proof that there are awesome folks still in the world. I got a tooth removed in no time and they all made me feel at ease. They even got me in to get it removed super fast!!!God Bless Hudec Dental !

I was told to go to this office by my main one for wisdom teeth removal and ended up going twice; once for a consultation and again for the removal. Both times, the staff there were fun to speak with, the spaces were neat clean, and everyone was following proper COVID-19 procedures and made sure to stress multiple times how I should care for my mouth post-op in order to have a quick and healthy recovery. They answered all of my questions right away and walked me through every part of the procedure. The only downside I can think of was the wait; they can be a very busy office and filled up quickly with patients. It seems like the key to avoiding the rush is to schedule earlier in the day (my first appointment with them was in the afternoon - SUPER busy - and my second was in the morning - almost empty) and to make sure that you verify your appointment on the phone when they call you. If you dont, you may lose your time slot and have to reschedule or wait for a sudden cancelation. Make sure to answer your phone or call them back and you wont have that problem, though.

Keep squeezing me in since my temporary crown has been uncomfortable and causing pain. Dentist and Dental assistant very thorough and nice about having to keep fixing the issue.

I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed today and am overall happy with my experience. I arrived 25 minutes late because I thought my appointment was for 9:30am instead of 9am, but they took me in anyways even though they didn’t have to. I was very scared and nervous of this whole experience, but the doctor was very reassuring and went into detail when explaining what I was going to feel. Obviously, getting teeth extracted is never a pleasant experience, but he did an excellent job and was SO fast! I was done in less than 40 minutes. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because I felt the receptionist was a tiny bit passive aggressive (probably because I was late & it was busy) and all of the dental assistants were so soft spoken that communication was not always clear. Otherwise, I really recommend the location & oral surgeon.

Their office is in the best location if you live or work downtown it was easy to make an appointment and go on my lunch break. Also it’s beyond convenient that you can schedule your appointment and fill out all the paperwork entirely online. I did it and then was able to walk right in, head to my appointment, and then head back to work in a timely manner.

Worst experience of my life I did not feel comfortable I did not get numbed enough and they was trying to pull teeth out that didn’t need pulled and on top of that I was still in pain... just because I have government assistance does not mean I deserve to be neglected. Maybe it’s just me and my expectations but I think they could’ve made me a little more comfortable. Nurses was all nice and everything I just didn’t like the overall outcome...

I called this place on Monday March 4 at 14:28 to have an appointment. They told me for reason someone erased my appointments even if I give them day and time when I scheduled this they mentioned they are not able to see it.

Hands down the worst service I’ve ever had. The receptionist were nice and did everything they could, but the head dentist “Brian Hudec of Hudec Dental on Broadview rd.” was a bit condescending and full of himself. I went in 3 times complaining about excruciating pain, and this man spent 5min bragging about how his name was on the front of the building, then refused to meet with me when I returned in tears because of the pain. 1/10 service WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 😡

I will not recommend this dentist and i won’t be returning as well, i have been coming here for about 1 year and I never had a issue but today is the day, i scheduled a cleaning for my teeth about 2 months ago for today, when i booked it i was told my insurance would cover the cleaning which is fine either way i don’t mind paying because i get my teeth cleaned more then once a year but when i booked i was told insurance would cover. So today i called to confirm my appt time for today & i spoke to abby, she immediately told me i should call back to schedule a appt after march because that’s when my insurance will pay for my cleaning & that i do not need to come in today any longer, i then told her that i will be coming in for my cleaning just like i booked months ago, she then says oh well there will be a charge for this cleaning and i told her that that’s fine i am nor poor i can afford a cleaning, i then let her know how rude and nasty that approach was to tell me not to come in because my type of insurance (care source ) wouldn’t cover this cleaning, it really is a slap in the face to just dismiss a customer because you feel like they can’t afford a cleaning based off there insurance, additionally i have paid for many cleanings at this same location out of pocket before, no customer should be judged based off there healthcare, race or sex or religion,, that is just bad business. I then let her know that if my appointment was cancelled why didn’t anyone call me this morning considering this appointment has been booked and i also confirmed the appt via txt on saturday from a txt hudec dental sent me, she had no answer and then told me the manger would call me when she gets time. i am very disturbed by this and I will be filling a complaint with the company as well.

I really love this Hudec location. Our Dental assistant Rebecca is the best. She is very nice and helpful. She takes the time to thoroughly explain each step in the process of what is taking place on each and every visit. The Drs there are very professional and they always welcome you with a smile.

Horrible service, I scheduled an appointment and was unable to be seen because I was one minute late. Worst part is I was here on time but couldn’t find the entrance to the building due to a lot of misdirection on where the entrance is. Tried calling for better direction but no one answered, finally found the entrance by asking an employee that was outside. I walked into the lobby to see that no one was even on the phone at the reception desk. Very unprofessional, would not recommend anyone here especially if you are someone with a busy schedule. They will not try to work with you.

They are very thorough and even addressed some things that my previous dentist completely ignored. Their customer service is also great, and I love the fish tank in the waiting room!

The office was very busy when I arrived for my appointment, but the front desk staff made sure I moved along as quick as possible to get checked in and get my x-rays. Anastasia was an excellent hygienist. She explained everything she was doing and seeing in terms that I could easily understand. I took her advice to heart and followed several of the tips she gave me.

Not only does Hudec Dental to a fabulous job they are very personable and caring of your needs. The Hygienist is an absolute gem!! She truly cares about how she treats people and has the patience of a saint when dealing with children that are on the autistic spectrum/ Aspergers!!! The dentist is extremely friendly and has a great personality. She is always in a good mood and is especially happy when you have zero cavities!! The office is always clean and have chairs spaced out due to the covid-19. They are also doing temp checks before you are treated!! I highly recommend giving them a try!!

I love the Broadview Avenue location! The diverse staff is always welcoming and friendly. The front office staff are helpful and take care of any appointments and insurance issues; I really like that they can give you an immediate quote on any work that needs done and they stick to it. The technicians are very skilled and efficient and always make me feel relaxed. They are attentive and listen to any concerns I may have. The dentists are also skilled and efficient and clearly explain all details of any work to be done. I mostly like that I feel comfortable there, the staff being professional, yet not too stuffy, like they know me.I am a big fan of all the appointment updates. I get phone, email, and text reminders, even one an hour before my appointment. There is no way you can forget you have an appointment when you utilize their reminder services.

Originally I was a patient at the Bedford office which is very close to my home but I was unable to get an appointment for weeks for a cleaning for my daughter. This location on Broadview Rd had a next day appointment available. I was kinda hesitant in taking it because it was 45 minutes away from me but when I say this is going to be my new permanent office 😊. The staff is friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, professional and all around just has an amazing atmosphere. Anastasia and Rebecca were amazing. Even Brian Hudec was very patience and answered all if my question without the feeling of being rushed. This place is just amazing and if you’re looking for a great dental staff this is the place to go.

Lena was great! She helped from the start and was super helpful and friendly. The office was a bit cold and she lend me her fleece during my visit. Overall, everyone else was friendly, talkative, and extremely nice. Definitely coming back!

I have been a patient since 1992. Dr. John Hudec was amazing! Now, his son, Dr. Brian Hudec, takes care of my dental needs. Dr. Brian and his staff is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Brian applies new techniques and a fresh outlook on how dentistry is practiced.I LOVE THE STAFF AND DENTIST!

I went to this dental office for a cleaning and check up. I was told I had cavities and needed fillings. So I came back the next day for service. Mentioned to the front desk that I had covid back in March as I answered their questions, they took my temperature and made me sign a waiver in regards to catching said virus during the procedure. I was allowed to enter a procedure room and they began prepping me. The dentist came in and administered the anesthetic to numb my jaw. I sat there for a longer than normal time and then another person I had not seen comes in and says they discussed what the girls in the front said and asked if I had had covid 19. I said yes, back in March. They then came back and said they would need to see two negative covid tests in order to service me because the dentist was pregnant and didnt want to take the risk. Dentist name is Dr. Massari. So I was sent home with a numb jaw and nothing done. I had a stiff jaw and neck for two days for no reason. I am a flight attendant and took a leave for 3 months to protect my family and others. Now I dont know anyones personal finance situation but it doesnt really make sense to be pregnant and work in people mouths each and everyday but then be scared because of someone that had Covid almost 3 months ago. I feel this was extremely unprofessional and even though Ive never had an allergic reaction to an anesthetic I was sent home so fast there was no time to monitor my reaction to it. Its borderline negligent.This is also the second hudec dental that Ive gone to and the first was in Garfield Heights, it was unpleasant as well and I was never serviced. Each time I go to these offices its because Im on Medicaid due to being away from work and it seems as though that may be how they get a lot of their business. I wonder what the insurance is coded as when you go in for a cleaning and get nothing but still pay a co pay.

This office is amazing! Its such a good feeling to have so many people around making you feel like youre visiting a family members house while at the dentist. Ive never been so comfortable. Front staff is hilarious and so kind. Thank you Mimi for all your help as well.

All the people in this office are amazing. They are helpful and knowledgeable. They care about you and your smile and will do everything they can to make you comfortable. They help with payment plans for more expensive procedures. If you need more than one service, they help you schedule all the steps. If you need to reschedule an appointment they do everything they can to greet you in at your earliest convenience. I have already recommended these wonderful people to friends.

I had a routine dental exam and while it was short and sweet, I was almost wanting to stay longer just to further get to know the staff there. The staff at this location were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I really appreciated how kind and friendly they were to me even though I was only there for about 20 minutes. In particular, the assistant taking care of me, Marisol was absolutely amazing, and Dr. Asi was extremely polite and professional. They made my time there enjoyable and stress free. The ladies at the front desk, I believe their names were Lena and Mimi were super friendly and welcoming and set the tone for the rest of the visit there. Saw Dr. Dai for an extraction. It was a broken tooth that I expected to be a real problem. Before I knew it Dr. Dai had the tooth out and in one entire piece. No pain at all...I was in awe. Jennie was his assistant and also did a great job. Highly recommended.
