I had a great experience. First of All I showed up right before they close and Brittany Stapleton was the associate on hand to help me and she was very patient with me. She showed me the unit I wanted and informed me of other sizes just in case I needed something bigger took her time explaining the contract to make sure I understood it over all she was very helpful. Hopefully everyone else is as nice as her .

The people at Life Storage have always been very kind when answering my questions. The units are clean and the property has very good security. I highly recommend this storage facility!!

Rented a climate controlled unit and after a few months I unfortunately discovered roaches everywhere. Lots of dead roaches in the hall and live ones got into my unit. Forced to pay monthly insurance through xercor and they didnt cover any cost of the belongings I threw away such as my microwave. I also got charged a 60$ disposal fee for using their dumpster and never got refunded. Know what you are getting into before you rent there.

Jeff makes this facility such a great experience! I have purchased a few storage unit from this facility and he is always very busy when I go in but he is extremely patient kind professional and just an overall great guy to interact with.

Jeff and Brittany is grade A THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR CUSTOMERS and they care ALOT, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!

I have had my space for a few years, and the staff are pleasant and helpful whether I speak with them in person or over the phone. The facilities are near, clean, in good repair. What I like most is the Security.... fenced all around that is topped with barbed wire, driveway gate that requires a personal password for access, as does the storage building where my space is located. Highly recommend!

Nice please representative were professional went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were satisfied will recommend this to a friend. PS if you are storing furniture such as a couch maker sure you get one with a big enough door so it will fit through I made a mistake and got one with a small door and had a hard time getting my two couches in but I finally did get it in, I just don’t want nobody else to make the same mistake.

I went here on 11/03/20 at about 1:45 to inquire about whether or not they had a unit in the size of around 10x20 I could rent. I walked in and the man working was helping one customer. Shortly, after he said Im going to be a while just so you know. I said Ok, what does that mean? He said Wait outside. I said About how long you think? He said I dont know, but the longer I talk to you the longer it will take. So I left. That was so rude. I couldnt believe it. Nice first and last impression.

So I would like to say Jason at life storage made the process of getting a storage unit very easily. I never had to utilize a storage unit before. I didnt know what size should I get or do I need climate control or not. So I was able to get a good size for me and my friend and there was a special going on with the unit also. I like how once you get a gate code you can come and go as you please between the hours of 6am-10pm .I definitely will be recommending them.

I had the most pleasant experience that I’ve ever had conducting business with a storage company, which I often use for my business needs. The store manager Berta was very helpful. She was very informational and helped me explore all of my rental needs. Great Job!

It took me way to long to write this review but we changed our storage to Life Storage in July and we love it. Paul Gress was amazing, professional and very accommodating to what we needed. Im glad we made the change. I recommend this location to all that need the storage space. its clean, well it and secure.
