Fix the pot holes we pay you to get things done. Wow what a waste of money. Will go elsewhere. They never answer their phone line. Unprofessional.

They never plow the parking. Summer they never fix Potholes. It seems like they always have an excuse for them too. You will get stuck and they won’t care about it. You get everyone’s money every month do you have an excuse for that too. All we want is a clean and able to move from parking. Its not much to ask is it .It’s not hard to answer peoples phone calls too. Always to voicemail. Thanks

Dont know how to maintain there parking lot, no protection against vehicles, and gate is always open so random people can come in and mess with someones vehicle and no one would know or care.

We have used this place fo 3 years, and yes they have occasional problems with a broken gate and it can take weeks for it to be fixed. Lately it has been fine, but the biggest problem here is the moon crater surface. There is no way around the enormous pot holes - some 10-12 feet across and 2 feet deep and spaced all over. Every year rent goes up- in 2014 we paid $95 in 2014 and now in 2017 its $135. But the money sure isnt going to pave the lot.

Solid storage option

Well taken care of, though its seems our lots storage item was damaged and broken into to be used as a temporary home.

Absolute dump! I wouldn’t store an empty dumpster in this facility! Staff is very unhelpful and rude! Not to mention the area is riddled with crime! Avoid this place at all costs!

Cannot reach people after hours, gate often broke in up position, gate key pad to enter is often finicki or wont work
