My first visit and probably my last. The salon is not well maintained. Equipment, stations, furniture, fixtures, etc. all looked well used, worn. I entered and asked for a pedicure and was told to sit at six. Confused 😕 at first then figured out that I was told which chair to sit in. About 15 minutes later a nail technician walked by and turned my water on (cold) NO LINER 😳 and walked away.Keep in mind that the only word said to me still was six.Several minutes later the nail technician came back and asked me if I picked my color. Um no... Where do I do this?So she pointed and then got started on my pedicure. I was trying to choose a color from a rack on the wall several feet away.Mind you this was the most dilapidated, hodgepodge selection of color as well.So, on to the service, my nail technician, though nice was fairly abrupt and super fast.I dont really mind a quick pedicure but I usually know it takes about 1 hour start to finish (including 10 minutes dry time). She had me complete in 26 minutes painted and ready to dry.The entire staff seemed as if they were over it. Mind you there was an unfriendly lady (customer) in there at the same time but I imagine thats not rare.If I was making a recommendation to the owner to keep up with customers expectations and the competition.Making sure everything is sanitary and looks sanitary is important.Refreshing the overall look (paint, deep cleaning, etc)Train the staff on customer service and how much of a difference it could make with the customer experience.

I love this place. They keep the shop clean and are so kind. They take the time to get to know their customers. My nails and waxing are always professionally done and look great!

This salon is awesome. Tammy has been doing my nails for many years and I could not be happier with the quality of her work. She always makes me feel welcome there. Holly has filled in for Tammy on the rare occasions she is out of town. Holly is also exceptional in her talent is is most personable.

I love this place, they are always so nice and they do great work! People that get mad because they have to wait, some places if you don’t have a reservation you have to wait. Also sometime people come in after you and get service first and that is because they had an appointment. These ladies are fantastic and so awesome job, I will not go anywhere else.

I went in to get a full set and a pedicure. I was told the wait would be 10 minutes. 1 tech was working with a customer and the other 2 techs were working on a customer. As I’m patiently waiting, another customer comes in and asks for an eyebrow wax. So, 1 of the 2 techs that was working on the same customer, stops what she’s doing and proceeds to do his eyebrows. After he is done, they called me to sit in the chair for a pedicure. I sit done, no water was turned on, so I sat patiently waiting again. She then walks back over to finish the other customers nails. Another customer walks in and she’s told to go to the pedicure chair. I am still waiting at the chair with no water turned on or anything. By now, I have been waiting for at least 20-25 minutes. Then 1 of the 2 techs turns on the water for the customer that just sat down and here I am still waiting and no water was even attempted to be put on for me. At that point I proceeded to get up and leave. They then wanted to say something to me and try to get me to stay. I refuse to pay anyone that takes care of not 1 but 2 customers before me when I had already been waiting longer than the time I was told. I will not be returning. Very disappointed my time was wasted and treated in such a way.

I went here for the first time ever this morning, in need because my usual nail technician is on maternity leave. I had a great experience. Everything was fairly priced and they were very quick and efficient. The salon was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I love my gel manicure, it looks great and is sure to last. I also got a pedicure, which was made enjoyable. I highly recommend this place. I will return.

Been going here for nails and pedicures since 2008, the techs do fantastic work, always greeted with a friendly smile, they remember not only your name, your friends/family names but all the little extra individual things about their customers!

I was not satisfied at all there was dried up acrylic and glue all over my nails some of my nails only had clear coat on half of it my thumb nails were significantly shorter than the rest and the shape was more square then coffin. I told her I didn’t like them and she said that the stuff on my hands will wash off after a few times but the reason I came here was so I didn’t have to pick stuff off my hands or I would have done them myself & when I told her I didn’t have another hour for her to re do them she refused to give my money back even though I was still willing to pay for the pedicure. So I went to leave and she followed me into the front of the store and parking lot yelling at me. I suggest you never go here just skip to the next one there are plenty of other quality nail shops in the area this place is not worth it!!!

Tammy at Quality Nails has been doing my nails for over 5 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Tammy, Li and all of the nail techs care about their clients and do a great job. They are also working hard to keep the salon sanitized and I feel safe going there. Customers are now by appt, are spaced in the chairs with partitions at the tables and everyone wears a mask. Horrible experience !! First and last time going there ! I asked for a specific color for mani and pedi that was in the show room . they had grabbed the completely different color. And we made sure over 10 plus times that it wasn’t the correct color and they just kept saying “wait until we’re done, we aren’t finished yet” when they were done we compared both colors and they completely opposite !!! Over 3 hours there for them to say they can fix it but we had to come back a different day . RIDICULOUS!!!

I had a mani, pedi and eye brow wax. I can’t give this place enough stars. They had me in and out in under an hour for all 3. They told me things about my eyebrows and nails no one has told me. She showed me how to properly tweeze my eyebrows. I learned myself how to and never had anyone teach me. I’ve been having my nails and eyebrows done for 15 years and they were by far the best ever. So affordable, nice, and quick. And my nails turned out fabulous. If you want a nail place that steps up their game with perfect nails and price every time, go here. I will DEFINITELY be back.

This place was spotless, and the ladies were really friendly. I came in to get gel polish on my natural nails, but had partially broken one nail about halfway down the nailbed. Tiffany sorted me out, and was able to repair the nail without it looking too artificial. Pedicure was also great!

I told the girl I wanted my nails short and she cut them about 1/4 shorter than the first nail I said was a good length. They were so short that she filed the skin on my fingers while she filed my nails and had to use acrylic to lengthen them. She almost cut my finger in the nail clippers each time she trimmed a nail, and now 4 days after getting a full set put on, 3 of them have already come completely off.

Very convenient to drop someone off and pick back up and apparently rather quick too.

Not worth the time nor money, I went there a couple days ago and the lady completely did not listen to the shape or length I wanted. I wanted square on the shorter side and they ended up looking like coffin and she filed them so much shorter than she should have. Had her take them off and she still charged me $20. Then I got them taken off and redone and the shape was poorly done. They were round on the sides and the acrylic was really thick and uneven. Definitely don’t recommend going here.

I called here to see if they do the ombré acrylic and how much do they charge I was told yes and that it was $22 starting and up. I said let me give it a try I get there wait about 1 hr to then find out they don’t do ombré at all.!! Then I said with disappointment alright well I’ll do gel then.! I told her I wanted in between coffin and square shape she didn’t do all nails evenly and blames it on my own nail.!! Then cuts my cuticle to where it bleed.! I will not be coming here again the job is to rushed and not that well
