First time going there and it was amazing! I brought my little sister along for her first ever manicure and pedicure and she absolutely loved it! I dont remember the guys name that did my nails but he did AMAZING! I couldnt be happier

They were great, but my gel manicure only lasted 3 days without chipping. It lasts at least 2.5 weeks at the salon across the street with similar prices.

Visiting from another state. My nails were not looking good and the quality of my fill for the price was not worth it. There are air bubbles and the polish itself you can tell that it’s not done properly. My nails are also not straight and overall I wouldn’t come back here. Not for the money I just spent. I’m going to have to file it myself to fix it myself or just wait until I get home so I can have my nail lady fix it herself. They’re very nice people. Just the quality for the money is poor.

I just went here for the first time today as my nail technician, Hannah, moved to this salon. I have been going to her for at least 6 years, and I wouldnt consider going to have anyone else do my nails. Shes a perfectionist at her skill, and very friendly to customers. I cant say enough great words about her professionalism, and her ability to always accomodate me. I always enjoy my pedicures. The Forum is a very clean salon with a relaxed atmosphere and quiet, which is exactly what I want. The nail technicians who did my boyfriend and friends pedicures also did a great job! I would highly recommend going to this salon!

First time getting a Thai pedicure. Heck, first time getting any pedicure. My feet and toes have never looked or felt better. Really enjoyed the hot stone massage! I will definitely return with my girlfriend for a relaxing part of my day.

I decided to come here for a gel manicure while my spouse was at the dentist down the road. I had dip previously done at a salon near my home in Wesley Chapel but it had been about 6 weeks and my nails were very grown out and needed some TLC. When I walked in the place was dead. I was greeted by a middle aged woman with a pony tail. I picked up the service menu to see pricing and the entire time I reviewed the menu she stared at my feet, once I told her I would like the dip removed and to do gel polish she said okay (no smile) and asked if I wanted a pedicure too. I told her that I didnt have time so just the manicure. She seemed annoyed. When we sat down to begin she wrapped my nails, there were a ton of color swatches hanging on her station which was great so I asked if those were gel colors and she said she would give them to me later, again no smile. She finished wrapping and said okay 10 minutes. She then picked up those same colors that were hanging on her station and a couple others, handed them to me and walked away. She came over a few minutes later and said 5 more minutes, did you pick a color? I said not yet, there were so many to choose from that I liked. She just stood there like I was inconveniencing her (even though she said 5 more minutes.) So I chose my color. At this point I just wanted to get my nails done and leave. I didnt feel welcomed or like my business mattered. When she started to remove my polish she kept making disappointed faces and noises as she got to each nail so I asked her if something was wrong. She didnt look at me and said a very unsure no. She then kept doing it! I asked her again, is something wrong with my nails? She finally looked at me, sort of laughed and said no. Then of course she immediately started speaking to the other employee who was sitting behind her. Once it was all said and done, the most uncomfortable manicure Ive ever had, I paid and still tipped 20% although she shuttered when I told her I didnt have cash but asked where an ATM was. I went out to my car and saw in the sunlight what a $35 gel manicure with this lady looked like. Terrible. The gel polish was on my skin and my nails were uneven. I didnt have the patience to go back in and tell her I was unhappy so here I am letting the world know my experience.

Love this place! Quality work, very clean, great equipment, lots of options. Best pedis! And get the neck/shoulder massage while waiting for your nails to dry its worth it.

The manicure and pedicure were both rushed and techniques were different on each foot and hand, as if they were not experienced. My polish looks like a 5 yr old painted it. This was my second visit. The first was also unimpressive but I gave them another shot. Two separate technicians two equally terrible experiences!

1st time here & Hellen did a great job on my nails (dip). Also she waxed my eyebrows and all I asked for was for her to clean them up and she did an AMAZING JOB! Ive been to other salons that Ive asked for the person to just clean my eyebrows and Ive come out with an end missing 😥😩😥😩 i will definitely be back....thank you again!

ZERO STARS IF I COULD !!!I came here in October 16th to get my nails done for my mother’s funeral(very sensitive and important event). I showed THE MANAGER a photo of what I wanted my nails to look like- a simple purple ombré. The shape was fine. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS TERRIBLE. She gave me some grey and purple mess that looked terrible. It was not blended AT ALL. It looked like she painted purple half way on my nail and stopped. I ended up leaving that day and came back THE NEXT DAY, the 17th. I got there at 6 because it said on their website AND FRONT DOOR that they were open until 7. I get there, and a man let’s me in as I begin to explain my situation. I enter in the building to see 5 workers in there. And they say that they are close. I explain to them how their website and FRONT DOOR says otherwise. They told me the woman who had done my nails the day before had left already and they couldn’t/wouldn’t fix my nails. I spent $60 on those nails, only to have to pay $60 more somewhere else to remove the ugly nails and get new ones put on at a DIFFERENT NAIL SALON BECAUSE FOURM NAILS WOULDNT FIX THEIR MISTAKE. I want my money back! I spent $108 there (I got a pedi too) and I want my $60 back for my TERRIBLE NAILS

This nail place is the best in the area. They always do such a great job, especially with pedicures. It has taken me a while since moving to the area to find a place that I really enjoy. They always remember me when I come as well which makes me feel extra welcomed. I travel for work often and still havent found a place quite like this one.

I was excited to come here after reviews, but definitely left disappointed. I never got the name of my nail technician unfortunately. I just wanted a basic manicure, which is normally a trim and color anywhere else I’ve been. The trim was fine and there was a minimal massage, but then she asked if I was ready to pay. I was confused, partially because this timing for paying was odd but also because it was difficult to understand what she was saying, even after asking for her to repeat herself. She seemed like she didn’t want to do the paint but after stating once more that I thought it was part of the manicure, she started on it but seemed quite irritated. I honestly should’ve just ended it after the trim. The paint was rough and smeared after I was told I was good to get up by a different individual, as my nail tech got up without saying anything to me after finishing my nails. Definitely felt I tipped too high after I left and really got a look at them and surely won’t be back.

I went for the first time to Forum Nails last night. I cannot begin to tell you how lovely the experience was. First, this has to be one of the most elegant nail salons visually that I have been to in the North Pinellas area. Next soft, beautiful music is playing that lends a serene spa atmosphere . Then I was offered an option of wine, Coke or water...again I say wow - I only get this treatment typically at my hair salon. I wanted my first experience to be a standard one so I selected just the basic spa pedicure with a acrylic fill and gel polish. The basic pedicure was wonderful so next month when I splurge on a more deluxe version - I am looking forward to an extra treat. Lisa performed my pedicure and was so pleasant and efficient. Then I was handed over to Tony for my nails. He did a meticulous job, never once did anything happen to cause any discomfort... I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a change or new to the area.

This place is AMAZING! I have been to a lot of places and either they are dirty, rude, or work is bad but Forum is perfect! They are clean (I watched them clean), they was so sweet, and the work was amazing. I got a green tea pedicure and my feet are so soft and they painted them nice. I also got ombre nails and they are so pretty! I will always go here and if you want great service, clean peaceful location, and great work then go here!

This spa was truly clean, and beautiful. The employees were also really friendly. The minute I walked in I felt very relaxed. I left very satisfied with my nails, and was happy with the deal I got. I definitely recommend this spa!

So the past two times I have been here I take my best friend so she can get her nails done, and I sit next to her in a massage chair and she loves it as do I. It gives us time to talk and relax and it’s a very enjoyable environment. The customer serves is amazing and staff are very sweet. Not only can you get your nails done but enjoy a drink while you talk with friends and family I highly recommend this place and would tell anyone to come get verses any other place!

I live in Tampa and have an amazing nail studio, but when I visit my parents I always get my nails done here, very clean and Lisa and Kim were great! only had an hour and they did both toes and nails at one time!!! Will definitely be back

I have been to several nail salons in the area. I always have to wait more than 15 min even if I make an appointment!! I was done! This is not the case at this salon! The owners pay close attention and don’t let you wait! The owners and staff are very attentive! Lisa did exactly what I wanted with my nails, toes and eyebrows!! Make sure you check this place out!! Great experience! They didn’t rush you but they also didn’t take forever. I really liked a few things 1. The massages they used real plants so I felt natural. I also liked were nice and all about your nails. I changed my mind a few times times and they were patient. They assured me it is all about what I wanted.

I went in for a pedicure. I was thoroughly enjoying the pedicure. A lovely young lady was doing an amazing job. Towards the end of my pedicure another customer came in. The owner or manager took my gal away and sent her to the other lady, then she took over and rushed me through the end of the pedicure. I had been so relaxed but she completely ruined it for me!! I will never go back there!!

I went here Saturday for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. Very disappointed. I spent $93. For that kind of money they SHOULD have been flawless. They look like garbage! All are shaped different and the gel polish is not smooth. I attempted to have her reshape a few nails and she was making them worse. Pissed beyond belief. I would NOT recommend this place. It’s over priced and the quality of work is very poor.

Very clean, provided great service for my mom and I. They cover everything you may need- dip power, nail art, etc. The staff is attentive and gentle. They don’t make you feel rushed. They’re fairly new so not too busy on the weekends which is nice.

Forum nails is my favorite nail salon! I’ve been coming here since they opened a few years ago. The salon is clean, relaxing, and very reasonably priced. I’m very picky with my nails, and they do an impeccable job every time! Nina is my tech and I never have to worry if my nails will turn out- they always look super cute!

I went to another salon in Palm Harbor that totally screwed up my nails. I decided to come here on a whim (I walked-in), and was pleasantly surprised. Nina was AMAZING, she gave me the shape I wanted, took care of my broken nail, and the price was extremely reasonable ($23 for repair, shape and gel color). Will definitely come back for refill/color change!

I was pressed for time and needed a basic pedicure and was a walk-in. I was able to get in right away and my nail tech seemed friendly at first. Offered me a book of options and because I didn’t have much time, I asked for a basic pedi. After that she seemed annoyed while other people came by my chair asking if I wanted other services, nails, eyebrows. I don’t mind the offer but being asked two times and not feeling all that welcome did not make me want any other services. My pedicure was what I asked for basic and by that I mean I will need to get another one elsewhere. Usually they ask at least if you’d like a short clip, even if it was to cost more money I would’ve been happy to pay. I really just didn’t want to ask for anything else at that point. Their other services that I didn’t have time to review may be great but I won’t be going back to check them out.

Very good nails and product, if you gel nails they do not fall off for weeks !! I had mine on three weeks Without a fill in. You could also have a margarita while getting your toenails done. This such is very nice place if you’re a stressful person. it’s such a beautiful peaceful place and you will actually be relaxed and not overcharged. Everyone so nice and kind, I really recommend coming here !! I’ve been to over 50 nail solo a in Pinellas County area and this is FOR SURREEE the best one!!!

After trying multiple different salons in my area, I finally found my place! I go here about every 2-3 weeks to do SNS nail dip on my hands and a pedicure. The location is super convenient and beautiful! The staff is amazing and I’m always happy with my nails no matter who does them!

Terrible massage. Pedicure was supposed to last 1 hour and was not even 45 minutes. I kept telling the lady giving me a pedicure that I am a nurse and my legs are sore and.... nothing.... a 5 year old can massage better than that. Ugh. Novelty of beer in the water is not worth the cost. Absolute waste of time and money.

Super expensive and I just had the dip done and it was the worst job ever. I had pointed out that a few nails didn’t look rt and she could care less. This was the owner!! Not to mention she didn’t even have me wash my hands at all, super unsanitary. I will never go back. $65 for a basic pedicure and just the dip on my finger nails. No manicure or anything.
