My wife had a Mani Pedi set up while there for business over the weekend. We had a Birthday party to tend to that same evening. She was told she could shower and go to the beach and was quite displeased with the service while she was there. Then when she showered for the dinner multiple nail polishes came off of her finger so she had to go to the dinner with missing nail polish. The business wanted her to come back in so they could redo the nails but since we had prior obligations we requested that they refund us the money for the service. They said they would refund if 90 dollars of the 125 dollar service. I was not pleased with this considering the poor service they did but accepted it as to not make a big deal of it. So while we were at the beach watching the boat races that we were there for the manager called. She proceeded to tell us that she was not refunding the 90 dollars and that she was only refunding 25 dollars. She then proceeded to get rude with us and told us that she didnt care about what happened with her nails after she left. Completely unprofessional and horrible service I would steer clear from spending extra money for the hotel spa service because you WILL get better service at your local nail salon.

I love this place! The entire spa is spotless! The service was excellent! Mauricio he is the best massage therapist.

They were able to accommodate a last minute reservation for massages and pedicures for 2 people. Both were so relaxing, and the spa itself is very nice. Thank you!

Over priced 215.00 for a 90 min. massage is high when i got a great massage for 120.00 so yes you might be up there with celebrity pricing!

My wife and I enjoyed a stress relieving and relaxing massage experience here.Staff was very professional and courteous.I get massages every week my an incredible masseuse at home and was concerned about getting anything near what I am used to.Michelle did not dissappoint. She was very attentive and focused on her work.I highly recommend Hibiscus Spa to everyone.

Fun time. This tiny little woman worked me over. Everyone should enjoy some kind of treatment here. The place is immaculate; meticulously clean and thoughtfully designed. Iconic view of Waikiki beach from here.Something else that really made this incredible for me was this: when you have a treatment done here, you are granted use of the spa for the remainder of the day until 8PM. What this did for me was gave me a giant locker to store my luggage in after I checked out of the hotel. I had a wonderful massage at noon, then went and checked out of the hotel, placed my bags in the locker, went shopping and sight seeing, then came back and got my bags at around 7pm and flew out. I would recommend this to anyone going to this area. Cant wait to come back!

When you spend over $1000 at a spa, you tend to expect more. My robe had burn marks from the dryer and was not at all luxurious. Half of the bottles of products available for my use in the locker room were completely empty. The drain in the steam shower was backed up, forcing me to turn off the water completely during my shower. The drains were also clogged in the Vichy Shower room. After my treatment was finished, I was greeted to an inch of water on the floor. Not very safe or sanitary. The body scrub was also a letdown, the backs of my legs werent even done! I was disappointed in the facility, and the stingy use of products during my treatments. Ive had a $25 massage and a $200 massage, and there was absolutely no difference in the service provided.

An absolutely incredible massage (Hibiscus Signature) with David, probably the best massage I’ve ever had. I came in with a lot of knots and pains and was completely smoothed out and relaxed afterwards. Great attention to pressure points and head to toe relaxation techniques. The spa itself is spotless: very clean, with a tranquil ambiance and the massage room was beautiful and clean. The steam shower post massage was a fabulous experience, too. The spa staff was friendly, not snooty like some spas. Local residents are so lucky they get to visit this spa for pampering.

I recently moved to Clearwater and I have been looking to find a Massage Therapist to relieve my back pain that triggers chronic migraines. A friend of mine had mentioned that she had a wonderful experience at Hibiscus Spa so I thought I would give it a go. I am SO very happy that I did! I have seen multiple Massage Therapists – David, Heather & Mandy – and the results have been life changing. I have gone every week for the past two months and will absolutely continue to do so!

The women are fantastic here! I had my hair done and pedi for my wedding. They were so amazing. They even went out of their way to fix a bad acrylic job I had done elsewhere on the island even thought they dont do acrylics.

Spent the day here. Spa was nice execpt a lot of noise from outside. Massage was amazing, however the nail service was awful.
