This place is very poor on their customer service.. I explained to them I wasn’t happy with my nails and instead of trying to fix it she told me she sees nothing wrong with them.. this is my 1st and last time going to this place and I hope you all don’t go too.. the quality of nails is poor and over priced.. uneven gel and just over all bad.. save your money or go to a black or brown owned. The pics aren’t showing you what I see in person but this is unacceptable!!

I went in to get a lip wax. When she said she was done I looked in the mirror and there was a TON of hair left. I asked her if she would please fix that and remove the rest. She did so and then went on to use a very coarse fabric to clean the wax of my face I guess and started rubbing in so hard that the first layer of my skin came off! This was a terrible experience and I don’t know how long it’ll take my skin to heal. On top of all of that she still did not wax all the hair & there wasn’t even that much to wax! DO NOT GET YOUR WAXING DONE HERE!

Third time having my nails done here, I get the dip, not the gel. And all though they do a good job, I hate how long it takes. Place is clean, and they are very helpful. I do recommend this place.

I went there today with my Mom to get our mani and pedi for Mother’s day. The lady took 1 1/2 hours to do my nails. The nail polish went pass my cuticles both left and right fingernails. The lady also hit my cuticle pretty bad with her gel remover accessory.An hour later, I calmly asked for the manager and showed her what happened. When she looked at it, she said that there’s nothing wrong with it and even started fixing my cuticles. All of a sudden, my middle finger started bleeding. She said it took 2 hours to get my nails done. I asked her if she can do something and the manager started yelling at me in front of everyone in the salon saying that “I’m sorry but it took you 2 hours to get this done! We are humans too you know!” At that point, I walked away.I have never had this kind of customer service ever in my life. I do not recommend this place at all. The manners and professionalism are completely off the rails.

I have wanted to come try yall out for quite some time and FINALLY had a Mommy Day with my bestie, her first time too!! At our appointments, we were greeted with friendly smiles, and most importantly it was very organized an clean. Im super excited at this point, my girl did a mani-pedi and I just got a fill, the exact same style (ombre with glow in the dark n glitter white tips.) I was in LOVE with how my nails looked an because I heard good things about yall I was sure my nails were gonna turn out even better. I had just got my fullset done not even 2 weeks an they had barely grew out. WELL......... I guess you can say my girl an I both didnt have the same happy attitude leaving. As for her, she just was disappointed all the way around. The glitter was so clumpy an not the color she asked for plus her mani was very rushed an it showed. As for me, to be honest they look terrible. The ombre acrylic isnt even the same shades, plus a few nails arent filled completely an theyre all diff lengths. They deff dont glow in the dark an the glitter was just a cheap polish that was used instead of the white glitter powder. I am very disappointed, plus a lil confused as to why I paid more for a fill then my full set. Unfortunately I was not proud to show them off over the holiday. I really just wish they could be fixed an same style they were an WHAT I ASKED FOR!

Best Best Best nail salon!Richard did my nails and the lady before me raved about him.He evened out my nails beautifully.(the last salon across the street piled so much acrylic on my nails)He was quick and cordial. I chose my gel color and he made sure it looked as dark as the sample colors. This is my new place to have my nails done.The salon is gorgeous, everyone is friendly, I really like this place.

Great customer service, but the lady who did my acrylics rushed at the end. She was super nice, but started to panic that someone was waiting now, so she painted the top coat on one hand while the other cured. Then she walked away, came back, and then with a paper towel wiped off the wet top coat. Then she was struggling to get the paper towel off my nails and fingers now. Then she asked if she did the top coat on the other, to which I replied no. She quickly did them, and then cured it for 30 seconds, not enough, then threw a piece of fabric on the table to take a quick pic of them before grabbing the client. My wet nails were now sticking to the fabric.She was rough with the way she was positioning my hands for a pic, and I was surprised she didnt ask my permission, but I didnt fuss. I asked if they were dry, she said yes. I payed my $55 plus 20 cash tip, and not even a few hours later, my pinkie nail breaks off and another nail had color chips and dents from opening my car door. Maybe couldve been prevented with taking her time instead of rushing. They looked great, but with a few extra minutes they wouldve lasted more than a few hours.

I watched my wife go in with a smile and leave practically in tears!!! I recommended she only use a reference pic from their page so its nothing new.Yet the results were no where near what she asked for. Straight up false advertising. The. The nail tech got mad when she asked to have them removed. According to the nail tech her nails werent long enough for that design! Well they sure were long enough for you to try it and add an extra 35 to her service.Worst experience ever at a nail salon. When someone doesnt do the job right you need to own up and understand that the person is paying for a service and has expectations.If you cant meet those expectations dont offer the service if there is a clear language barrier then double check with your client/nail tech. I will never send them to this place again. Horrible customer service.

Great place! Always get a good pedicure, great massage, and friendly staff. They have these cute little pedicure chairs for kids and it doesnt have that strong acrylic smell so its safer. They use the disposable tub liners and autoclave their utensils.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Love the fact they offer healthier options for manis and pedis. Definitely going to be my go to spot. Linda was awesome!

My FAVORITE nail place in Clearwater. Very friendly and competent employees. They do an amazing job every single time. I usually get gel and I have never had my manicure get ruined prematurely when done by Oscars. (With other places at least one nail will usually get ruined within a week). Also, When I get white gel at other places, it usually turns out bubbly or it has weird lines, but that has never happened here.They are well priced, and the space is also very nice and doesnt stink of strong nail polish fumes AT ALL.All around a really nice place. I have brought my whole family and several friends and all of them have really enjoyed their manicures and/or pedicures here. :)

If you go there, ask for Amy.I went there today while visiting from out of state and she did a wonderful job! Took her time, listened to all my request & paid attention to detail. Also, the receptionist Jade was very welcoming and got me right in. Definitely will be my new spot while visiting family in Florida.

We came here for pedicures for my birthday and honestly will not be back. The worst massage and my daughters toenails look horrible. Asked for the little foam seperaters and she said ok and got up and didnt come back. We had to get someone else to get it for us. For what we paid, the services dont match. Also had to ask three times for hot water and barely got lukewarm. Very disappointed, happy birthday to me. Walking out with nail polish in my actual skin.

Ive given 3 stars because...yes...they try hard...its beautiful inside... and I will use them as a back up.Pretty inside. Always hate myself for going here because my girl is booked elsewhere. I do use them as a last resort. But Im always reminded why they will always be the last resort. My mom loves them though.

Its all about the little details for me.Ive been coming and going from this salon for about 4 years. Literally crossing the street to go to Unity Nail Bar to get my nails fixed.. but theres a young woman named ami Shes awesome, does a great job and always willing to try something new. I wouldnt sit in anyone elses chair, until she had an appointment that shows up then she rushes and ruins everything, so no tip.Too many techs for pedicure not enough for manicure especially when theres only one that stands out from the rest.

This is an amazing place. It’s nice and big, the ladies are so friendly, and it’s really clean. I recommend this place to everyone. I believe Linda did my nails and she was absolutely amazing! She did an excellent job. This is my new nail shop❤️

On the 19th of October 2019 I picked up my wife, she had just gotten her nails done, from Oscar Nailbar, to be exact, it was the owner that had done the work on the nails. I could see she was not happy with how her nails had come out, they were not completed, crooked, too long and she had shown an exact picture of how she wanted them, all I can say is they did not look like the picture. I told her to go back and get them fixed (since she paid for the service and of course you’d expect to receive what you ask for.) so she did go back and I went with her. A young gentleman took her to “fix” her nails. My wife showed the picture once again and the gentleman started working. She was asking to make them thinner, to fix a spot which had not been covered etc. He was trying to make them thinner with the nail drill (I hope this is right, I don’t usually get my nails done...) and she started to feel pain, it was burning, so she would pull her hand away and say it hurts. He grabbed her hand, said nothing and kept going. By the third time she said it’s hurting, he grabbed her hand and said it’s nothing, by the fourth time she pulled her hand away, he let go of all the tools, got up and said “I’m done you’re too picky” and tried leaving. At this point I got up and to keep it somewhat short, we started yelling across the store. During all this I saw the owner standing by one of the doors in the back listening and watching this scene happen right before her eyes and said absolutely nothing. Once the not so “gentle”man left in the back the owner hid behind the room without saying anything. Luckily Holly was there, very kind and understanding, she took my wife and finished the job while apologizing for the others mistakes (not at all necessary because she did an excellent job). I would also like to say that on the pamphlet/leaflet is stated in the “OUR PRIORITY” section the following: “If you feel uncomfortable or dissatisfied at any time during your visit, please inform one of our staff members, and we will try our best to address your concerns.”

Gel polish had to be replaced in 2 days!

Hue is By far the BEST person who gave me a no chip manicure. The best I have ever had. I work in the medical field so I have to wash my hands a lot which cases my hands to dry to the point that they hurt. Hue took her time she didn’t rush my hands feel amazing. It’s so clean and HYGIENE IS AMAZING !!! Never seen a nail salon that opens new tools in front of you and throws the file away after using it on you. ASK FOR HUE WHEN YOU GO!!!

I can say without a doubt this nail salon is not just your ordinary nail joint!! Its an experience! You walk in and its stunning, beautiful clouds painted on the center of the ceiling with beautiful LED lights! The flooring is super shiny and looks like royalty. There are tons of high quality nail stations and pedicure chairs, including a couple for the little ones! Everything is very clean and the nail stations have a unique vacuum ventilation system in the actual table. It was made to help keep harmful dust and chemical smells non-existent!! Also, there is a gorgeous bar in which they serve wine to adult customers. Whats better than getting pampered and being able to purchase a glass of Chardonnay!! The pedicures and manicures are beyond amazing! My personal favorite is the firewalker! It is the most expensive one but still affordable. I promise youll really love it! Now let me talk about the actual nail products!! They are top of the line, free from harsh chemicals, they have powder dipping, and acrylic, gel polish and nails, high quality nail tips that dont lift or chip. High quality polish which also doesnt chip or fade quickly. There are other services available too, waxing, massage, facials, eyelash extensions, and more. There was talk of possible make-up tattoos! We will see ❤️ the owner is amazing and kind, she has a vision for her business. To be classy, elegant, relaxing and still current! Im a long time customer and now a friend. I’ve been using a different salon but only went here once. The station was dirty with the equipment she used before I came. There was nail dust everywhere. She kept poking me with her nails while working on mine it was so unpleasant. I made an appointment to get gel polish, she starts putting acrylic over my actual nail which is long while talking on the phone. I had to stop her. Then I had to wait for her to finish her phone call to explain I didn’t come for acrylic I only need one nail fixed with acrylic which she saw when I came. She then tells me I have to pay more when I already made it clear on the phone I’m coming for a gel polish. At least the gel polish was nice but the acrylic nail she put on me just cracked. I’ve had acrylics done on me for a year and never had a nail crack randomly like this. Needless to say I won’t be coming back again. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because at least it was affordable and the gel polish is nice.

I went to Oscars Nail Bar one day when I needed a manicure in a pinch. I usually get gel manicures but Linda, the owner, recommended SNS dipping powder. She explained that it is a natural product and healthier for the nails. I agreed to try it. My nails looked great! The product is very hard and doesnt lift, chip or peel like gel polish. It is removed the same way as gel (soaked off with acetone). I had my nails done again at Oscars 2.5 weeks later although I could have waited longer. I also got a pedicure on that visit. My nails have never looked so good! I will never go back to gel. Oscars is a large, comfortable spa. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Oscars Nail Bar.

Got a fill in and a pedicure. My tech was very professional and I enjoyed my service. The manager came in and she as well was very nice. My tech had already told me the price for everything before he started because I asked. After Linda came in and commented on my nails she lowered her voice and spoke in her language saying something to him about my nails. When finished the price went up $5 more than what he told me. I feel that wasn’t right and I could’ve not paid it because he changed the price. My overall experience was great but that’s not cool changing the price because if I didn’t have it he wouldn’t have gotten pain. That also took away from his tip. SMH

I can only recommend this salon!I have been there several times and got my manicure by different employees. All of of them were polite and courteous, and there was almost never a time I had to wait to get my nails done, and the store has always plenty of customers. Even when I came after 6 pm and showed Linda my broken fingernail, she right away took care of it and even though I had forgotten the No. of polish I had gotten, she tried multiple times to get the right matching color, without making me feel bad, coming late.My last visit was really great and I guess Linda knows now, that she does not have to convince me of anything much more, because I will be coming to her store hopefully for years to come. I appreciated the care, the talk and look forward to see you again soon, to get my mani- and pedicure done.

Working in the medical field with continual hand washing, gloves on and off is hard on my hands and manicures. Ali, Dee Dee and the entire staff welcome you in like long lost family and such meticulous work. They are always wanting to make sure you are pleased. The best thing is my no chip no peal shellac manis last up to 3 weeks. I highly recommend. Tell them Terri sent ya.

Patiently waiting at 630pm. Nail tech said she had time for a fill seeing as they closed at 7pm. She was rushing, missing things, had to she her a few things n of excuses were said. The fills arebt full fills, they just full the bottom and not the whole nail. One of my nails are lumpy with little liking bubbles on them too..not everyone can do nails and my advice is dont go late (my own fault) and dont let a woman do your nails..

Very friendly staff! always welcoming. sometimes you have to wait a few minutes for a tech to free up but well worth it. prices are very good and Ive never had a bad mani or pedi. i also like that they have a reward stamp program which will get you a free salon service after 10 stamps. place is usually quiet and they play relaxing music at a low level. love this place!

My nails were fine, my pedicure however did nothing for my feet after spending $50 on it. My heels were not smooth, along with a few other things through the service that I felt were unprofessional. I’ve never left any other salon with such disappointment. On top of that I looked at my bank statement and they overcharged my card. I authorized a $90 payment and my statement said $102. I left a cash tip, even though I felt it was unearned for the pedicure portion of my service. I would NOT recommend coming here when you can pay less and receive a better service else where.

The real gem of this place is having Jason do your nails, he pays attention to every little detail and asks you if you like it along the way just to make sure he is doing it the way you like. Very good clean place, the chairs are amazing!! Highly recommend!
