Unfortunately, I really wanted to be a valued customer, but it didn’t go past a phone call. I tried to call about services I was interested in, no one answered the phone. I realize one can be busy, I called 3 times thinking maybe they weren’t able to make it to the phone in time, or maybe someone was catering to a client and was not able to get to the phone at that very moment. What I couldn’t believe is when she called me back, she had an attitude when I asked her who was speaking? She said well you called 3 times.. I said yes I know, but I also called several other businesses and I am not sure who you are calling me back.. (there was no caller ID stating who she was on my phone) she was really rude on the phone, and I hope this will be the last time, and no one has to deal with this unprofessionalism again.
