Quick service! It is a UPS hub so it’s off the beaten path but, easy enough to find. I was very surprised that there was absolutely no wait! Great for us. The place is organized and and well marked both inside for lines had there been one and outside for parking. There were many trucks leaving the yard but, it wasn’t an issue. Great job!

The day of my scheduled delivery, my tracking number was updated to say they didnt know when my package would be delivered. I called the main UPS Customer Service line, and was told that even if I didnt receive it by End of Day, I would receive it the next day, on Saturday.Today is Monday and I received my box, clearly marked as perishable, with everything inside spoiled. I had to spend over 30 minutes tracking down which location I needed to call. I called this location, and whoever answered the phone didnt give their name, didnt identify themselves as UPS. I asked over and over again who I needed to speak to to understand how this happened, and the woman I spoke to kept telling me the person from the main UPS customer line was wrong, I have no recourse but to contact the shipper. I noted that this person didnt identify themselves properly on the phone and asked to speak to whoever was in charge of drivers. I received back Thats me. Im me.Where is the accountability? Or, I dont know...bare minimum customer service? Absolutely atrocious handling of my package, and maybe you should look into hiring people who know how to handle customers with grace.

Workers are helpful. But Twitter customer care asked me to pickup a package when i reached there, they couldnt find it as it was loaded to a truck. Weird !!I already contacted them. The thing is i asked them to reschedule delivery, they said you have to collect package, when i reached there, they said package loaded to a truck. Wasted 1 hour.Now they said they dont know where is the package.

Mark always a multi tasker to get the line shortened up. I think people are struggling with the limited hours of operation. Always a line now whenever you go whether it be the morning 3 or the evening 3 hours. Used to be open all day until 7 pm. Now a few hours in the a.m. then close for a few, then open back up for 3 hours in the evening. I prefer them over the UPS stores, you get it there directly and moves quicker without the extra service charges applied at the stores. Plus I love seeing all the trucks, semis, delivery trucks coming in and leaving. Thank you, without the whole operation we wouldnt get our online orders etc or get things to our families out of state or country. Thank you UPS.

Two trips to have them finally find my package. First time after a half hour search, they take my phone number and my first name and say they will call. lol, the call never came. Next day, I give it another try. My number is taken and then after a minute or so wait, while she watched Lets Make A Deal, give out a prize, she finally headed to look for my package. 15 mins. later I did finally get my package. The staff seemed very non interested in helping, either time I was there.

Ive used UPS for years and have had a few issues but today.. today tops it.  I get a notice from UPS that a delivery attempt was made and will be reattempted the next UPS delivery day.  I have no idea what that day is so I call UPS.  The day in question is MON.  The call slowly descends into the bowels of hell from the point forward.Option 1: I can pick it up at the UPS center from 9 to noon OR 5:30 to 8:30 M-F  Like when I get off work at say... 2 pm, I get home and I dont feel like taking a shower, getting dressed and going back out to drive to Clearwater.  I visited here before and the UPS dude purposely kept me and 2 others waiting while he discussed what sounded like personal with a coworker and a customer.  So, no.. I aint doing that.Option 2:  I asked if I could get a delivery after say... 2pm.  The answer is NO which I understood.Option 3: Can I pick it up at a local UPS store near me?  NO.Option 4:  Can I have it delivered to my exhusband?  YES!  For $16 and some odd cents.  I ask what work went into changing the address to justify $16 and some odd cents.  The guy with an irritating accent told me he doesnt see that on his screen.The TWO options (1 & 4) that are approved above doesnt sound customer-friendly to me. Ive been on the phone 43 minutes, 17 seconds and counting just to find out, bare minimum, why this doesnt sound customer-friendly to me and what exactly does UPS do for $16 and some odd cents.I then asked for the sender address and its not available.  Huh? I smell another issue. Lets transfer me to another chick called Linda after she is updated and pretends she isnt.Linda repeats ad nauseum the TWO above options PLUS the first two UPS employees lied to me about no delivery on Saturdays. Wait! Saturday is the next delivery day??? Thats odd.  Why wasnt I provided with a Saturday option an hour ago?  Oh, thats right!  I suggested it and was told NO.I am then told no one has ever had an issue with these options.  Ok, well, I have a bunch of issues now.  Make that plural and gee, people have no issues with UPS.She then informs me that the 📦 was sent to me from a business via AIR 22 miles to the UPS center.  Why was that info not provided to me when I ask before? Just out of curiosity, what aircraft is used to fly a package the distance of 22 miles?She corrects ANOTHER lie told by 2 previous workers (1 of whom was eaves-dropping on the convo) in that I could pick it up at a UPS store closer to me.  Really?  Thats odd.  Why wasnt I provided with that option an hour ago?  Oh, thats right!  I suggested it (Option 3) and was told NO.Linda thinks the problem is getting me my package.  No, that is not the issue now.  I could care less about that package.  Fly it in reverse the 22 miles on Air Force One, for all I care.So two options become FOUR after lies about delivery days and locations were unearthed.  I cant get the sender address and then it appears as in POOF!? Somebody is making $16 and some odd cents typing in an address on a computer.  Great gig if you can get it..Yeah, I stopped caring about this package delivery 48 minutes into the conversation.  There are bigger issues going on here and I am the only one questioning the above. Wow.Dear Package: Have a safe ✈️ back and buckle your seat belt.

I had an UPS Next Day Air not arrive on 10/5/2020. Called on 10/6/2020 to have it looked into late in the day. Rather than start an investigation, they put in an address change on the tracking. called back on 10/7/2020 when no delivery or update. called back on 10/8/2020 and finally someone sent us an email to open up an investigation. This was scanned at the Clearwater Hub at 4:53 AM on 10/5/2020. I am reluctant to use UPS next day for important documents again.

Pick up location off 49th Street & 126th Avenue in Clearwater. This is where you go to pick up packages that were not able to be delivered to your location. Its also the hub for UPS trucks loading on delivery routes. Very small Customer Pick Up room. Look for signs directly on left as you enter the gate into the small public parking lot past the first entrance for UPS trucks. Open late 8:30PM as of now but closed during lunch time. Call to confirm your package and times before driving there

Package was held here for 3 days but I couldnt pick it up because it was misplaced. I asked them to hold for my pickup if it was found but my package ended up being delivered. What is wrong with this place? I was super frustrated by their lack of professionalism and communication.Update:Mysteriously the package was delivered to my mailbox after many calls and s few days later.

Customer service was exceptional. I was greeted soon as I walked in, told he would be with me shortly. He answered all of my questions accurately and enthusiastically. He had a sense of pride and ownership of his duties. He was professional, courteous and welcoming. I wish I could remember the representatives name. Younger fellow, about 57, light brownish hair, stocky build.

We are moving North and I took 17 boxes of household stuff in to ship to 3 different locations. We were provided a cart to load our packages and transport them inside from our SUV. The UPS Agent Brian came over and showed us how to use the computer system to enter in the addresses and shipping information. His instructions were clear and supportive. Brian looked over our boxes and put a few additional strips of tape on a couple of them for us.Our packages were then weighed and individual labels were applied by Brian, throughout the process he would ask questions to make sure that our needs were being met. Brians attention to detail down to the placement of the labels was incredible.When we were finished we were provided with the printouts from the UPS system that showed the weight and cost for each box, and a subtotal of costs associated with each ship to location.Without a doubt my experience at this UPS center exceeded my expectations. Good employees that know what they are doing and who have a positive customer service attitude make a huge difference.

If I could give a rating with zero stars I would. Like another reviewer stated, I saw on my tracking that they would arrive on Saturday by 8pm, I sat home and waited, nothing ever arrived. Mind you, this is with very intricate delivery instructions specifically because without them no one can ever find the driveway. Thats fine, I expected that, which is why there were extra instructions given. Here I am 12 days after the item was meant to be delivered, my package still sitting at their facility, and regardless of me calling and Amazon calling, their response is come get it from the facility, we tried to deliver it but no one was home. This was NOT a signature package, so there was no need for me to be home, and every other piece I purchased in the same order arrived without issue two days after I ordered. If I could opt OUT of ever using UPS again I would, because unless I move, Im going to be dealing with this location.

Just went online verified that the UPS store was open till 8:30 great I drove there the place is completely locked up and a sign says we are closed between 3:30 and 4:30. Absolutely no mention on their website of this it plainly says we are open till 8:30 tonight thanks UPS

If you like root canals without novocaine then you will love this place !!!!Some of the rudest workers I have ever met that will spitefully misplace your package so it takes many extra days to deliver if you even act like you are dissatisfied while you are standing in line.One worker in particular said I had to pay her $20 cash to be able to be served when no one else was standing there and two workers were sitting around, I told her what I thought about that and a package that should have taken 3 days took a week and a half!!!Dont even get me started about claims and phone service with the claims and billing department

Behind counter didnt care when i explained that the last 4 packages i got where soaked from the rain because they womt ring door bell. She said that they havw too many packages to do it for everyone. I provide a delivery drop box by the door. Your driver does not seem to understand where to put it. The box is towards the street he walked past the box and put the package on the other side of the step how can you not see a delivery drop box that visible

They 100% lied about coming to my Apt. I was checking tracking all day. Every time The dogs barked I looked for them. Then I get a notice saying they could not deliver. Called the 1800 number they apologized and said they would deliver. They call me back to have me pick it up 30 mins away. They told me the driver checked the package in at my apartment at 5:37 me and my wife were both in the apt. No one came to our door. The dogs always go nuts when they do. They just lied about it. Not only will I never use UPS ever again, I will never buy from anyone who uses them. I will also tell all of my customers to avoid them.

I am a real person. I dont deserve to be treated like thisRepeatedly lied to and misinformed by multiple ups agents.Every time I ship with ups it is a nightmare of incompetence.These guys just clearly dont want to do this. But dont know what else to do and are stuck going through the motions.I could tell you about telling me it was at a Depot. Driving there for the arranged pickup to find its not. Or told it was at the Depot and I could pick it up only to be told it was. But I still couldnt pick it up. Or told it was at the wrong Depot so I couldnt arrange an intercept. Told it was in transit when at a Depot. Told it was at a Depot when in transit. And then at the end when I have been driving around for days following this and I now fly out in 2 hours without the package. I am told I was not allowed to arrange an intercept or a pickup. It had to be done by the sender.I really just feel like these guys screwed with me for fun

Wow, where to begin! I ordered online, paid for next day air for delivery before 10am. I ordered this on Friday morning and fully expected this to arrive Saturday morning. Now Im told that it wont be here until Monday morning...I called the UPS and told them I wanted to pick it up at the hub, but they told me I cannot, even though it is there, they dont have the sorters to locate my package. So now Im down (business wise) without the parts needed to get back up and running. I am also out the money (the same $$ amount as the order) that I paid for next day. UPS was extremely unhelpful, telling me oh well, we cant help, call the company. When I asked about their next day that I paid for, they said they meant business days...This has never happened with FedEx.If I ran my business this way, I would be out of business. I will not use UPS again if there is a choice of carriers.

The lady I spoke to was nice, other than that, it annoys me that my package was supposed to be delivered today, but for some stupid reason a hold was put on it... The automated machine when I called said the receiver requested a hold, which is incorrect, I never called or requested a damn thing. SO, I call to see why and also to just go ahead and request to have it held for pick up TODAY and they call and leave me a voicemail that I can come pick it up between 7:30-8:30pm. I go there and the lady tells me that the pkg was moved to a trailer and that I can have it held for tomorrow or just update delivery for tomorrow.Why the f*#k was my pkg moved to a trailer if I was JUST told that I can come pick it up TODAY?! Swear Florida people have no god damn common sense.

Staff was helpful though its kinda hard to find. We went to get a package and turns out it was on a truck being delivered so that was quite annoying considering the drive we had made from Palm Harbor. Its not the peoples there fault though. The darker it is, the more you kinda wish you had a baton walking from the building to the car.

Horrible service! Ive been waiting for a month for my package to arrive and the evening that its supposed to be delivered at my house it doesnt show up. They say they came around noon which was the 1 hour time slot when I wasnt home. Not onlly that, but instead of dropping the package off the closest UPS from my house (3 min. away), they drop it off at a UPS that is literally 30 minutes away from my house. When I called this UPS they said I have to come pick it up if I wanted the package that same day. They suck!

Paid for 2 day shipping, now on day 3. Very frustrating when you see the status as on truck for delivery, but it isnt delivered that day so you assume it will come the following day. But the next day the status just says destination scan and does your package doesnt get delivered AGAIN. So you call and they tell you its scheduled for delivery today (despite the web tracking still saying destination scan). Not the first time this has happened and Im sure it wont be the last. Boy I wish I had a job I could just sort of do my job if/when I felt like it.

Cant select No Star or you cant post. NO STAR should be a choice.I have been in construction for 30 years, and for the last 3 years I have not had a single package delivered, on time, or to a person by UPS. They were at one time the tightest ship in the shipping business. I can say that I have much better luck with their competitors, and this is disappointing. I do get polite customer service when I call, and the associates do understand and try to help, but their hands are tied. The problem is the drivers. We have watched them come to a job site, and throw a package out the door in an alley next to what they thought was the construction door, or leave packages in an alley with 30 people standing around, and not say a word to any of them. You will always get the reply that the address could not be found, or no one was there to receive the package.Unbelievably Piss poor Service.

Theyre very inconsistent with the way they treat their customers. You go in-person and the staff are sweet. They get 5 stars from me for that. But dont you dare try to contact them via phone call. Its a call center and they are not helpful AT ALL. Nothing but foreign agents telling you what they CANT DO, how they dont have UPS actual number, how theirs NOTHING THEY CAN DO. Well maybe if UPS had their actual employees on the line things will be a lot better!!! I am Extremely dissatisfied. I have learned to have all my goods picked up via My choice because a lot of their drivers are no good. Some even lie about attempting the delivery of your package when you were home ALL DAY. A 5 day delivery is on day 12. The package is at a hub 3mi from my home. Im not allowed to pick it up, because its delayed. When is it delayed until? A later date. I guess this is why the shipper charged $2 extra for FedEx. I guess next time, Ill pay the $2 and save the hassle.

Apparently if you want to drop off an Amazon return and you live in Clearwater- they won’t take it. Just went by there today at 2pm. Gates were closed with no information as to why. Several people were waiting and wondering why the gates were closed also. Somehow the locked gate became unlocked and the wind blew it open so we pulled up to the front doors which were locked. Posted on that door the hours for Friday on a printed piece of paper said hours were 9am to 12pm then 4:30pm to 8pm. Wouldnt you think itd be smart to inform people of this hours change? Maybe include when that the package is available for pickup between such & such hours? Not a good look UPS. Just sayin.

Yes UPS is a joke, I paid to have a package overnighted (nothing to do with Christmas) and it was scheduled for delivery Friday 12/18 between 12pm & 4pm. I took off work and sat home all day and night and never received it. I called customer service and was connected to someone in the Phillipines and spoke to a Supervisor that was no help and told me it was rescheduled to be delivered on Monday 12/21, absolutely unacceptable. I went to the customer center where my package was suppose to be the next morning Saturday12/19 as soon as they opened and was there 2 hours while they searched for my package which they never located and then I was told it was on a truck to be delivered. Checked my online account and it said in route for delivery today between 10:45am-2:45pm. The associate at the customer center told me she would call he driver and then give me a call and I never received a call so at 3pm I called the customer center back that associate was gone and the one who answered didnt want to help. I googled another number spoke to another person that said I needed to spek to someone else transferred me and they also stated they were going to call the driver and call me back and never did so Ive sat home for 2 days straight and now my account says my package is delayed 1 business day and will be delivered Monday 12/21.I am so angry and pissed and definitely will never use UPS ever again. So lets see if they refund me my fee I paid for overnight.

I got a notice instead of the package I was expecting. Notice said receiver moved, not delivered yet here I am, unmoved and without my package. Unacceptable.
