Kelly is wonderful! Ive had no problem getting an appointment and in fact, shes been able to see me last minute twice. She is kind, patient and accommodating. Her work is of the highest quality. This is the second time Ive had extensions (last time was seven years ago in California) and we spent an hour on the consult to ensure I was doing the right thing for me and my hair. Yes, appointments require patience as she is meticulous, so the estimated two hours could turn into four. The end result is worth it. Yes, some days are busier than others and she may be running late. It happens. If shes running late because she spent extra time getting another clients hair right, be assured shell do the same for you. Kelly is generous with her time, cares about her clients hair and is an expert at extensions. Highly recommended! (She also does amazing makeup.)

Ive had extensions for about 20 yrs now and aside from my stylist up in Illinois, Kelly is by far the best I have found RE: Extensions in FL. Ive only been going to Kelly for about a year however I have no complaints and my hair has never looked better. She really goes the extra mile in her work. Her techniques are newer and more effective on my chemo thinned hair, unlike some others stylists I tried locally who really did not know what they were doing. She works with all price points... Kelly at SuperStar Hair Extensions is fantastic. My most recent experience was just a few weeks ago. I tried the Nano process from Hair Dreams. The application process for the extensions was extremely fast! I am pretty sure that my highlight and removal took longer than the application! My hair looks gorgeous and I am extremely happy! I have had extensions for 8 years. This last time my 20 year old daughter saw me and said “ Wow! Your hair looks gorgeous!! Mom, I don’t think it’s ever looked this good!!!” I agree with her, I am one happy client!

I’m posting this for my wife Elizabethsince she doesn’t have a google account and doesn’t want one. lolKelly has been doing her hair for the last year and my wife loves her and her work. Trust me...I have lived with the frustration my wife has had the last few years trying to get her extensions done correct and at a fair price. She tried 3 other places before finding SuperStar and Kelly. I’m so happy to see her filled with joy each time Kelly does her hair.

It was difficult to get an appointment with Kelly, and when an appointment was made, she would always change the time. The appointment time would be pushed to another time, as she would double book, or put another client before me. Yes, she did a good job with applying hair extensions, but trying to get in to see her was a hassle. I felt that once she put my extensions in, i was not a priorty anymore. The last appointment i made, she again, pushed me aside for an install. I was very disappointed, as i have an extremely tight schedule. Now, ive been trying to make an appointment for extension removal for over a week, and as usual, she can not make time for me. So, now i have extensions in that i must either remove myself, or find another to remove them. Kelly seems to be a very nice person, however, i do not feel that she respected me, or my time as a client.

Kelly is a hair wizard! This woman has single handedly rehabbed years of horrible bleaching damage on my hair & made my hair feel healthy again! As a cancer survivor who has also suffered w thyroid problems & then on top of the medical reasons for hair loss I decided to have my hair bleached & it was damaged (at a different salon) I can not be more grateful for the angel of a stylist I’ve found in kelly! Decent work. Horrible communicator, horrible organization skills. She was always late and could not finish my hair in time. I had to come back twice for both appointments. This las appointment she stated she never heard back from me confirming my appointment (I have the messages for proof) tried to push the time back an hour and 45 mins. My schedule did not allow for that so agreed on another appointment for 4 pm. She texted me and said 4:30ish I show up at 4:45 giving her extra time since the ish. 5:05 still waiting and Im done. Unless you have no life and no job, steer clear!!

Shes didnt respect her appointment and this is so bad
