Steven did a superb job completing my granddaughters gaming PC. We started the build and went as far as we could. We then knew that the build was way beyond our skill levels. I was lucky to find Stevens business. I spoke to him on the phone and explained my situ he said that it would no problem. I brought him the tower and remaining parts and explained what we had done. He told me not to worry he builds these all the time. Cassandra was also very helpful checking me in and same on pickup day. I was most happy that I took it in on Monday afternoon and it was ready to go by Wednesday noon. Steven called me Tuesday afternoon updating me that the Gaming PC was ready, it looked great, one of the nicest computers hed done and it was super fast. Most important my granddaughter (sixteen) still thinks am the best!

They are very helpful and knowledgeable and get your computer back to you when promised! Pricing is reasonable. Have used them twice now and would recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable source for computer repair.

Steve replaced the hard drive on my Dell computer and its now like new and it only took 2 days to repair. He installed free anti-virus software and was very helpful answering any questions. I highly recommend this company and Steve.

I had an awful experience here. They overcharged me despite not fixing my problem and I eventually had to end up going to another store.-------- EDIT (reply to owners comment) --------If you cant remember the names of your own customers that says a whole lot about your business than it says about me Steven - I remember your name. You cant go around calling every negative review a fake, its awfully disrespectful to your customers. Keep the money and use it to provide your future customers with better service - I no longer live in Florida so I wouldnt be able to collect in any case.

I checked around on prices before I first went to Discount Computer Repair. And they did in fact have quite a discount compared to 1 other place I checked. They fixed my laptop and sped it up and did a good job and recommended security software that is free that was better than what I was using. The 2nd time I went there I wanted to upgrade my desktop and again got a good deal and both computers have been working fine since. And another time I went I wanted to upgrade to another video card to use 3 screens and I in fact had 3 options in my existing computer and there was no charge as all estimates are free. These guys are really good and they can be trusted to provide honest and good priced care for your computers. And one of the best things I really like about this company is NO COMPUTER MESSAGES AND PROMPTS WHEN YOU CALL!! Yes!! The technician picks up the phone and handles your questions immediately. I had a windows issue and it looks like i lost all my files and everything on my PC etc..They got all my files back and identified the bad video card plus a new windows install, now this computer has never ran better and faster. Im sure they could have gotten my computer diagnosed if it had the proper account info. Due to the unique circumstances nothing was done. Good guy, gave me some personal tips to work on my computer. I dont have time for indirect prancing around the problems; so I appreciate their blunt and direct customer service.

Wonderful small shop! The tech gets back to you fast and isnt afraid to tell you the truth. I had a 9 year old tower that would freeze for absolutely no reason and sometimes wouldnt even load up! I brought it in not really sure what was happening, dropped it off, and waited for the tech to call with an estimate. I get the call and my motherboard has failed! The tech was honest that it was at that point not worth buying a new motherboard because of its age and the price of motherboards and offered to sell me a new tower instead. Got me into a new Windows 10 Dell in no time with all my data! I absolutely recommend this place if you want honest people who genuinely want to help.

Dropped off my pc with an unknown problem, by the end of that day I was given the cost to fix and when it would be ready the next day. New power supply for my gaming pc was $90 total, parts AND labor and was ready 24 hours after dropping it off. Great service!

Found on Google and a very happy experience! A little shop with a personal touch, when you walk in, you feel like a friend has shown you a secret place. Needed work done on a computer that I mailed a friend. The mail system damaged it. This company was AWESOME! The guy who owns it worked with me remotely to get the pc and then he fixed it fast for cheap! I would HIGHLY recommend this shop for computer repair. Really nice guy he also did a free diagnostic and got permission before doing any work just to make sure that I wanted to spend the money on the specific thing. Total class act!

Honest and fair. I took my laptop here because the power cord would no longer seat itself and power the unit. Steven could have fixed this for the $100+ dollars it would take to get the job done. Upon opening the unit, he found that my motherboard was deteriorating because of something that was spilled on the keyboard, and would fail in the near future. Like I said...he could have fixed the problem I came in for and not told me about the rest of it. Instead...he advised me against fixing any of it because it would cost me less to just replace the laptop. l appreciate his honesty and now will take my business to him and his wife for life. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Made recommendations, on video card, ram, hard drives.Texted me when parts arrived, installled. Recovered bad hard drive. Checked parts, found billing was fair market prices, as was labor.Felt he did a good job, been a couple weeks since I got it back, and feel its doing better than before.I would use him again.
