We had a few phones that needed to be fixed. They were efficient and very nice. One of the phones that just had debris in the port, the technician kindly fixed for free.

There at least 20 open tables and we were told it was a 20 to 25 min. wait. We left immediately and went to the Wild rover Irish pub where I got the best burger Ive ever had.

Fixed my Google Pixel phone. Had a crack in the corner of my screen. They are an authorized Google repair. Only negative is my phone screen sensitivity is not the same. Even after adjusting it myself to the highest sensitivity, its just not the same.

At first I was a little turned off by the higher prices but the end result is nothing short of miraculous. Spend a bit more money with UBreakIFix and get better parts and people who know exactly what they are doing.The people here seem to really care about their customers. While I was waiting in line for service the lady I front of me was telling the checking associate how she fell in a pool with her phone. The guy behind the counter told her he could replace the screen and get her up and running but it would only be a temporary solution as with water damaged phones they tend to degrade over time. He gave her real options and even advised her that for a different fee he would throw a screen on for her so she could back up here data to the cloud so she could then purchase a new phone and restore it to how the other phone was set up.When I overheard that conversation I felt an overwhelming sensation of happiness. That another persons was willing to go out of their way to be 100% transparent and offer a few different solutions. When It was my turn to be checked in I asked the young man at the counter why he didn’t just take her money for the higher service. He told me it wasn’t the right thing to do. That people come to him when they are vulnerable, they broke a piece of every day tech that they can’t fathom being without and are looking for ways to gain connection back to their digital world.He told me that in this shop they like to be honest and lay out all viable options along with what each options will yield in time. That young man in particular has a very bright future ahead of him and I wish him the best, if more people could be as compassionate and truthful as he was.Great service by people who know what they are doing

I brought my Google Pixel 3a here after dropping it in some springs while kayaking. While other places I called told me to get a new phone, uBreakiFix has an internal drying process that they offer. Cracked my MacBook Air screen and had a great experience here getting it fixed thanks to Mark and Alex! Only complaint is that the replaced top part is space grey and my laptop is silver, so its two-toned now. Otherwise, the service, quality, and customer experience was amazing!

These guys are as professional as a repair shop could be. My wifes Google Pixel 4a had a cracked screen. Since the phone was only six months old and cost $350 we took it to a couple places for estimates. Both quoted $270 so she was about to get a new phone. I heard about uBreakiFix so I thought wed give them a try before buying a new one. $150 out the door, and it took less than two hours. Great service at a price far lower than competitors.

Recently brought my iPhone up here for a screen repair 3days ago and since it been shutting down and powering up by itself asked for discount their more concerned about a warranty I really dont need. At least fix what wasn’t broken which was my phone powering. And my screen repair was good I put protection screen on it same day took out my pocket this morning and it shattered protective scree is old but it still has the same damage on it . The phone it almost destroyed again it could be cause of the overheating since I got it back I dont know I just want it fixed it was hard for me to complete my review without it powering off

So I dropped my phone and cracked it. I took it to these guys and they immediatly looked it over and ordered the part and had it fixed in two days. There were a couple of minor problems and I had to bring it back once but the guys figured them out and it is now completely fixed. Impressive! It was an expensive fix but I like my phone. Ill remember these guys.

I was having issues with my PS4 as it wasn’t displaying an image. Brought it in for an HDMI replacement but was told that it wasn’t actually the port but one on the smaller chips behind the port. At first I thought they were just being lazy and asked if they would just try the port. So they added a new port on and it still didn’t display an image. The thing that surprised me wasn’t that it didn’t work but the level of service. They didn’t try and argue with me regarding port and actually did something I asked. When it ended up not working they professionally informed me how this issue happened and how it can be circumvented. Most shops probably would have tossed me and my problems to the curb but this place treated my like an equal and valued my input and enlightened me when I was incorrect. The best part is they didn’t charge me for the service they performed since the service didn’t fix my problem

Ive brought 2 phones here for battery replacement and had issues after each. My iPhone rattled after I had the battery replaced and eventually stopped working completely. My Android phone had the NFC chip stop working and the back cover came loose. The new battery swelled and prevented the side buttons from working.Update:uBreakIFix replaced the battery and fixed the related damage under warranty. While this was a difficult experience they did make it right in the end.

I went in here because I thought my charging port was broken on my phone, but Mark was incredibly helpful and pointed out that it just needed a cleaning. He then cleaned it for FREE. He easily could have scammed me for the full phone repair, and I wouldn’t have known. 10/10 would come back again Mark you’re the man.

I enjoy coming into this site. It is very superior experiance than even going to other ubreskit locations. All agents are great. I could not charge my iphone which is necessary for me to access my work computer. I phoned Jordan and she said I could have an appointment right after my work. They said would have it one way or another before they closed. It could be dirty or the port needed replacing. She checked the parts were in stock before I went. It was dirty they cleaned it for no charge. She was awesome because I was freaking thinking I couldnt work the next day. Totally recommend.

Excellent ! First they only allow one person at a time in their lobby. Great job of keeping everyone safe. They replace the battery in my Google phone. They had the battery in stock. I was happy that I didnt have to wait for it to be shipped in and could have my phone repaired in under 2 hours. I returned in 2 hours and the phone was ready for me repaired correctly. The sales woman behind the counter was very knowledgeable of the phone and explained to me the process of how they would replace my battery and I would not lose any of my apps or information. Definitely would recommend this place.

The people are definitely helpful but I don’t nee recommend getting your screen replaced here. My iPhone X screen got cracked and I didn’t want to spend the $ at Apple to fix it, so I went here. I had to bring it back after a week of them replacing the screen because it wasn’t working properly, and even after the second replacement after a couple weeks it started messing up as well but it’s too late to be replaced again free, I’d have to pay which I’m not gonna do. So now sometimes my a screen bleeds over itself and shows wrong things or freaks out and moves itself and I have to reset it. I guess you get what you pay for so it’s better than nothing
