Love Allstate car insurance. Their rates are always the lowest, along with great customer service. I have used them for over 20 years
Hello David: Couple of things I would ask about (1) Delete Chow-Zoo (wife) from being a vehicle operator. She wont ever drive again. (2) Bump the deductible to $1000.00 on the collision part. Would doing these two significantly lower the policy cost? Thanks.Other than that, service is great and all is well!
Aside from a problem with the phone system, I have been happy with the service I have received. David called me personally when we found out about the phone glitch. I hope to continue to receive this quality service.
Been with Allstate for several years. Ive never been in the Clearwater officce but Ive spoken with Gabriel Perez on the phone. He was very nice. I have never (or one of the drivers in the policy) had an accident before, but unfortunately happened last year. The whole process was long and painful and couldve been managed much, much better. My claim person was an absolutely waste of time . Everything took double time to be resolved because of her lack of care and communication regarding my claim, affecting my out of pocket money in rental cars. Regardless, I believe Allstate is a good insurance and I think Im, still, in good hands.
I spoke with David in September because the agent who had my account was not replying to the changes that had been discussed and I wanted a new agent. He was professional and courteous, calling me back after reviewing my account, and said that my original agent was processing my policy changes. I appreciated his response that it would be unethical for him to step in at this point.My current agent is still struggling to manage their policies. As soon as all of my policy changes are made, I will change agents to David Sexton.
David and Gabriel have always been super responsive on any questions or issues we have had. We are switching only because of lower premium elsewhere.
I was greeted politely and professionally, and made to feel at ease from the moment I sat down in front of the agent.He inquired as to my business needs.Next was followed by a series of specific questions to narrow in on my insurance requirements.We were through the entire process in under 15 minutes, with a resulting price tag that simply put a smile on my face.Now, to be honest, the meeting really lasted 30 minutes or so, because we intermixed the business side of that effort, with some casual conversation. As far as working CERN all states probably one of the best companies out there in America so all yellow people looking for deals and Bardin Bardin to know stuff like that youre not going to get the quality of service they give you an offer you for the money its a fair price considering so nobody else has you know they do what they want but we really appreciate what they do for our family
The people here are not just sales people. They follow up and are very personable. I truly feel like they care and do everything to make sure I am satisfied with their service. Most of all I appreciate the professionalism.
I have not met the agents but was transferred from another office. This office has handled my account for about 9 months and done a wonderful job. They have done anything/everything on my account with no issues. Gabriel is great with his follow thru.Good doing business with them.

I think insurance cost should be cheaper especially when were working hard to make money but the insurance companies dont care about that all they care about is what commercials are they can get every penny out of you and Congress does nothing about it Im disgusted of the greed of this country
