Called today United one because I had paid off my car so I was planning on dropping the full coverage on it asked if I could they said no you have to come in to sign a paper. I get off work at 5 I asked what time do you close they said 6 p.m. I get to the office at 5:25 and the girl is sitting out in her car I walk in the office theres another girl standing there and no ones in the office. Finally the girl comes in from out of her car and says she has to go pick up her kids that shes closed me and the girl both talked to the same woman earlier she said six. Just wasted 25 minutes of driving to be turned around. Go somewhere else

Cancelled my policy and was sent to collections for an unpaid balance. Huge lack of communication between United one and infinity insurance and infinity refuses to speak to me because thats what we pay United one for sent the requested documents to United one repeatedly but after we fax it and get a confirmation we put your documents in storage they never bother to call to make sure infinity received the documents and now Im being harassed by infinity for 35 dollars I dont even owe. Beyond frustrated. Go to geico.
