Vanessa was great to work with. Initially we purchased an Umbrella Policy. Then when our Auto Policy was coming up for renewal we had her find us an equivalent policy with a good company at a lower rate. She saved us several hundred and handled the switch very efficiently. When our HomeOwners policy comes up for renewal we will be contacting Vanessa to do the same. Would definitely recommend her.

I bought a car from Dimmitt dealership about 6 months ago. Was told then that they also had a Insurance dept. So I called when it was time to renew my old policy. Michelle Wright has taken all the time that I need to make a choice. I was able to save $450 per year plus better coverage. I have three cars with two drivers. She was a great help, and now we are working on my house insurance.

They are very good at returning my text questions with answers. I informed them via text that I was hard of hearing and preferred to communicate by test or email. They honored this when many DID NOT. For this reason I give them 5 stars. Their quotes are very competitive.
