Horrible! Tech arrived 6 hours late after several calls (promised to be there within the hour every time). Overcharged me to replace the pump. Told me it had a 5 year warranty. The replacement pump was not in any kind of packaging. When the pump failed 1 week later, the owner said the repair tech, Steve hasnt been heard from and could not be reached to assist, and never called me back to follow up. Total scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very dishonest! The repairman came out and supposedly replaced the temperature sensor without even quoting a price for the part or labor. Told me the price after doing the work. I asked for a receipt and never received one. I also did not receive the replaced part like most honest repairmen provide. When I noticed 3 hours later that there was no change in temperature on my refrigerator, I called. Was told to call back in the morning. In the morning, the temperature readings were even worse than before the man came. George kept insisting the man had repaired it correctly. I called another repair service and the repairman showed me proof that the sensor was never replaced. I looked this business owner up on BBB and he has an alert not to use his businesses. Wish I had saved myself the trouble by doing that before I called.

Absolutely the best ever.I have never seen such great service.First class!Very reasonable pricing, when they dont have to be. There is nobody in their league!

He was easy to communicate with-- he answered the phone right away when I called and was able to come the same day or the next time. He showed up right on time and did a very thorough job of checking out my washer, fixing not only the obvious broken part but some worn-out ones as well. He was efficient, kind, and friendly. I will definitely use him again

His pricing is fair and transparent. He has saved my birthday dinner when my ovens stopped working a few days before the big day, and I thought it was going to have to be take out for my 30 guests. However, he made a special trip an hour away to track down a needed part to have it in time before the celebration

My oven went out about a week ago.I called them on Friday and he came out Saturday.He checked it out and said it was the igniter.He is very professional, quick and reasonable.I highly recommend him.

Wow! Great service, competent, and a good guy as well.I called them around 9:30 on a Saturday morning about my faulty LG clothes dryer that had begun to sound like a poorly maintained diesel truck. It wasnt urgent to fix, so I made an appointment for Tuesday (my choice) and, at his request, texted the model # and my address. A few minutes later, he called me back and said his 10:30 appointment wanted him to delay, so he could come by that morning if I wanted. A little more than an hour later, he was done replacing the rollers, and I had a free Tuesday morning. Great!

Fantastic Service and Knowledge. They came over today and identified the problem with my Kitchen Aid Oven that was not heating and was able fix the oven during the same visit...he had the replacement parts in his truck and knew exactly what to do. When having a family and depending on the oven for dinners, they saved the day. When I have issues in the future, Ill be calling them again
