I am a new customer but I will be a forever customer. I was so thrilled to call and get a technician the same day to check out my oven. They had to order a part but it only took a few days to have my oven working again. The tech was great and answered all my questions. Professional and affordable! Highly recommend!

Our icemaker was not working properly. We called and the technician came out on time. He diagnosed the problem and ordered a new icemaker which actually came in sooner than anticipated. Once it was received the technician came out the next day and installed it. The initial service charge was deducted from the total bill. Overall satisfied.

My refrigerator was making a noise so I called Better Homes Appliance Repair they sent the technician out on the same day which was Monday August 16th the techs name was Paul. He opened up the back of my refrigerator and looked at it and diagnosed it as the condenser motor being bad. The part had to be ordered so on Friday August 20th Paul came back out to replace the motor and removed the fan on the motor and the fan was cracked. So that part had to be ordered Paul came back out on Tuesday August 24th to replace the fan and the motor in the meantime while waiting for parts we had put a office desk table fan blowing on the back of the refrigerator to keep it from overheating the condenser motor ran fine. So in conclusion to my review I decided to just replaced the fan and I think Pauls diagnosis was a littlebackwards he should have checked the fan first then put a volt meter on the condenser motor to see if it was getting the right amount of voltage which he did not do. It was the fan causing the noise not the condenser motor. A diagnosis is process of elimination. That did not happen here. Also the wait time between my first phone call and the final repair was 8 days.

The technician Joel, a military veteran, was very prompt, actually early, and was friendly. He got right to work and coordinated with his office to determine the best course of action that was in my best interest. I trust this company!!! Thank you!!!

Would not use again. They are expensive and charge a service fee for every item they look at. Nickel and dime you to death. Why charge service fee when you are getting work anyway.?
