They dont tell you the hourly rate on the phone, they say just the tech knows the rates, tech gets to the house and calls someone to get you the price had i known the price i woudve bought a new dishwasher. Guy was prompt and came when he was supposed to and professional repair was just ok..dishwasher door you have to open the bottom rack to keep it closed wife wont use it now (might of been her plan though).
