This is already a pretty great place with the wonderful office staff but the thing that really sets them apart is their maintenance tech Paulo. The guy goes above and beyond for anyone and everyone. He makes an effort to help every chance he can and to make everyone he works with and around feel like they are important to him. If you want to live “just anyplace”, that’s fine. But if you want to feel at home, this is the place. Thank you Paulo.

Im not one to write reviews, but the maintenance man deserved a shout out! Its not all the time you come across someone who not only does a great job but is very personable; and in my opinion, that makes all the difference. Especially during the recent events the last year, it was really nice to meet someone so positive and genuinely wanted to provide good customer service. My bf and I agree, Paulo deserves a raise! Hes one of the best parts about this complex.

Stopped by to check the place out. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We ended up deciding to move to Arizona instead, but I thought I’d leave a good review. The maintenance guy left a really good impression on us and answered all of our questions! Would definitely move here if we were staying in Utah! Thanks Paulo!

Let me start by saying these apartments are very well maintained, the grounds are kept very well, this place has a great atmosphere! I was just here visiting some family and my experience was great. the two maintenance guys Paulo and Sean were very nice and took the time to stop and offer to take the trash for us that we were carrying to the dumpster, great guys! Great apartments, would recommend to anyone!

Stayed here while visiting the state with a friend, was a nice surprise to have good service. Clean area and well maintained. We had a small issue with our washer and dryer and it was taken care of so quickly. I think his name was Paul, or palou with another guy who had white hair. Super friendly and easy to talk with. Fixed it right away and handed me the left over quarters that people forgot to take out of their pockets, Then said “keep the change”. Gym was alright and the hot tub was better! 10/10 would go again!

Jessica at the front desk helped me. She was the BEST!!! Can’t thank her and the team enough for the friendly and helpful customer service that helped me and my dog find the perfect apartment! Love stopping in to chat and enjoy the atmosphere of the place... Won’t you come and be my neighbor?! 😄

The curb appeal here is beautiful and relaxing. I appreciate that the staff is super friendly and always available to help residents. The community has a few different floor plans to choose from which is great if youre looking for that extra office space in your home.

Great place to live in an awesome location that’s close to everything. The staff always took care of anything I needed quick, fast and in a hurry. Jessica was a pleasure to work with getting a last minute place after deployment. Much recommend, very wow.

My review is of Paulo, one of the maintenance technicians. I cant recommend him highly enough. Paulo is of the rare breed in that he genuinely cares about the tenants and his workmanship. He takes the time to do the job right the first time, leaving behind a clean jobsite, and is always respectful.

Ive had the pleasure of working with the Property Manager Rachel. Her and her staff are so accommodating to residents. Even during peak COVID, they have found many ways to still provide excellent customer service. I would strongly recommend moving here, they definitely go above and beyond to treat their residents like family. :)

Sean and Paulo came in and efficiently added a ceiling fan to my bedroom. They were both polite and very professional. I’ve never had any trouble getting the work done that I ask for. Thanks guys!

Ive lived in a number of apartments and was so excited when I ended up finding this place. The staff has been so friendly and welcoming and every time the manager sees me she always makes it a point to stop and say hi! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Relocating to the area and was amazed by the level of attention that I received working with Rachel and the team at Pinnacle Apartments. Moving from NC has been stressful. Not only am I changing career paths, but also moving to a new region of the country that I am unfamiliar with and I have no support system in place. From the moment I called to the moment I left the property I felt like this these folks really understand how to treat customers. Now that I have visited the site unfortunately have found it to be too far from my new job, however the level of customer service that I received from the team staying slightly after hours, and being so knowledgeable of the area and not just the community made me want to find a new job closer to this community simply because of the staff. I hate that I will not be living here at this time but I want to make sure that this team is awesome and anyone looking at reviews to help make decisions at least give this one some thought when deciding to give this community a try. The community it self is clean, and you can tell they really care about the place.

My husband and I lived here for a little over a year and the only reason we’re moving out is because of our work locations being a bit far. This apartment is fantastic. The maintenance workers are so kind and prompt and were always so sweet to our dog, the office staff are so helpful and easy to work with, the facility is well taken care of. It was all around a great place to live. It truly felt like home! I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

The property is nice and well kempt. The maintenance guys are friendly and knowledgeable. Good customer service.

We had no problems living here. The maintenance team was always super quick to fix anything we had problems with and were always super kind. The only reason we moved out was because we wanted a backyard for our dogs and something more quiet since apartment living can be hard with all the noise. All the residents are mostly kind and there are so many dogs which we loved. My only complaint is that our apartment was filthy when we moved in and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I’ve never seen so much dust and dirt. We cleaned the apartment super good for the couple taking over our lease and I would hope they do the same so that the next tenants don’t have to deal with what we did. But other than that we really enjoyed our time here for the most part and it was perfect for us as newly weds. I have and will recommend this complex to others.

Loved the amenities, well manicured lawns, and helpful staff. Mr.Michaud assisted with a minor issue and was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous.

Current resident as of this review, overall its a fairly nice place to live, staff is nice, maintenance is super friendly and always waves as you drive by. We are a floor two unit, the people above us have dogs that are often super loud (disadvantage of not being top floor I guess.) The few issues inside the apartment we have had were taken care of quickly. The dumpster by our unit gets full and to the point of overflowing super quick. Utilities included in rent just means its included on the same piece of paper as your rent, ei 1,200 for rent and an additional 100 for utilities. but my biggest complaint by far is parking. There is simply no where near enough parking for everyone in this unit and the two next to us. Even with my handicap sticker I often do not have a place to park, weather it be that enough people with stickers are parked in the spots over here or simply jack***es who think they can park in the handicap spots just because they cant find somewhere else to park. Lack of parking has brought me to tears several times and I honestly do not think we will be staying past our lease (at least in this building unit) solely for that reason.

Ensure you take your move in checklist seriously if you live here. When you move out they’ll milk you for all they can. They charged me for a missing screen door that was never there when I moved in.

I’ve lived for for 2 years and will be leaving at the end of August. I moved from out of state and they made the entire leasing process so easy for me not being able to travel and look at the apartment. I had a 2bd 1bt unit and it’s was plenty of space. We had WAY more storage space than we needed with the closet on the patio. They were amazing about repairs, especially with a leak issue in our bathroom. Jessica in the office has always been very kind and helpful with any and all issues.If I had anything to complain about, it would be the people living there not picking up after their dogs or parking in the striped area next to the handicap spots that aren’t actual parking spots. The office is on top of those issues fairly well though.

The apartment management charges outrageous miscellaneous charges and fees in addition to the rent which made me feel as being gouged.

Save your time, energy and money! Do not live here. They look Decent, but the management here is a joke! They’ll let other People who live there run you out and tell the to call the cops at 11am when that is normal living hours!! This place is a no go! Don’t do it!!

Not a terrible place to live. However, be very careful with the move in checklist, what the office determines as damage is subjective and could end up costing you upon move out. The plumbing was questionable our sinks and tubs often backed up and needed fixing. Also, management can be unprofessional. One such occasion I received a passive aggressive email about how to take care of the kitchen floors after the refrigerator, that they installed improperly, leaked all over the floors and had to be replaced. The dumpster near my apartment was nearly always overflowing and had garbage in the parking lot. Theres nearly always garbage on the grounds, I often had to pick up trash on the lawn to keep my dog from eating it.

My wife and I have lived at Pinnacle Mountain for over 4 years we just left this week moving our of town. I have never rented apartment before so this was a new experience for me. First of all I want to say the office staff and maintenance are extremely kind and professional. Jessica and Mykayla are kind, helpful and very understanding. If you have pets this is the perfect place they are very pet friendly to the dog park on property to the treats in the office top notch. The maintenance staff is very timely, thorough and Friendly Jason is friendly and great with repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend Pinnacle mountain we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 years there and we are going to miss them as well. Pinnacle Mountain is like a second family.

You get what you pay for, and these apartments are definitely worth what you pay. Theyre working to remodel units, even though the units theyre remodeling are in fantastic condition as is. They have a fantastic staff that provides excellent customer service. Given the opportunity, work with Jessica. Shes very friendly, and can answer any question you have. Ive had both bad and good experiences at apartment complexes, and highly recommend living here.

My boyfriend and I lived here only for three months last year because we were waiting for our house. Pinnacle was one of the only places that had 1-12 month leases, they are VERY flexible which is awesome! We had to pay a little more a month, but totally worth it. Theyre also very pet friendly and dont have breed restrictions (as long as they are not aggressive), another thing that was hard to find. We have a 120lb Great Dane and 140lb Newfie and we only had to pay $45/month each for them (I think).I am a property manager in Salt Lake so sometimes I can be judgmental of apartment complexes I live in or tour... Pinnacle wasnt the case. We applied for the apartment and literally one day later we signed the lease and got keys. Friendly staff, great prices, great location, VERY pet friendly. Only complaint is the neighbors - some of their dogs are not trained well at all. My dogs are huge so its not like they would get hurt or anything, but really... train your dogs people. Anyways, 5 stars!

We stayed here for a couple months in between houses. The place was well taken care of, and overall, we enjoyed our time here. The rent felt a bit high for what we received, but this could be consistent with the market. I see a lot of reviews about not getting your deposit back, but we received our entire deposit less carpet cleaning back. Clean the place before you leave, and you get it back. Pretty simple, I would recommend this place to others.

I love Pinnacle Mountian! When I moved in I never found anything wrong with my apartment. Everything was clean and updated. Work orders are always handled right away with the amazing maintenance staff and Caleb is an exceptional worker who knows his stuff! The front office is super nice and are always so happy to see and help their residents, especially Carley! They bake fresh cookies everyday! And have dog treats for all the dogs that stop into the office. Pinnacle mountain is a very friendly place to live!

Weve lived here just over a year now and are still just as happy as we were when we moved in. Jessica in the front office is always quick to answer questions or concerns and makes us feel important anytime we see her, greeting us with a hello. Caleb the maintenance guy is amazing and on top of the things weve needed fixed, (Its an older apartment so stuff breaks) not to worry because they will always answer their phone and request. Caleb is very friendly and knows what he is doing. Always greets you with a smile and wave and someone I feel comfortable having in my home even without my husband. Great place to live while we wait to find our dream home.

Ashley couldnt have been better with the help I received, it was my first apartment and she has helped me all the way through. Very impressed with everything and everyone including the apartment complex. Everything Ive had questions or had to have to have done with were answered and done quickly. The staff, property, and up keep with this complex is great!

WOW!! Very impressive!! I worked with the staff for a couple of months on leasing. They made sure I had just what I wanted as far as size and amenities. I was made to feel like a valued tenant from the very start of the process. I just moved in and I, and my family are amazed at the outstanding service and care provided by this stellar group of people. They all have provided help and kindness beyond any place I have rented from before. The grounds are kept looking nice and everyone has been very respectful. They strive to provide a community living experience and from what I have seen, excel at making Pinnacle Mountain View a great place to call home.Now that I have lived here for a while I can honestly say its FANTASTIC!!! The staff is outstanding in service and kindness. I have had a great living experience here. The apartments are great. The other tenants are great. A little kindness and respect for each other goes along way. I like to be kind to others and I notice I am treated with kindness in return. This is a great place.I am so impressed with my flat and love that I have the balcony and a fireplace. But one of the most impressive things about this place is the staff. I needed maintenance for a fix. They took care of me right away. I dont know how they do it, but every single person that works here is so extremely kind and helpful. Ive lived here for just over three years, and for the most part its been pretty great. The apartments are roomy and the grounds are pretty. In the last few months, Ive had quite a few maintenance things pop up and Caleb from maintenance has been awesome to work with. He does great work, and is hilarious! Definitely helps when youre dealing with a stressful situation.

Now I cant say much about the state of the place now, because I lived here about 3 years a go. Im coming back to write this review because Im realizing how excellent the place actually was and they deserve the recognition.As I have moved to many different apartments, one thing is obvious. This place was by far the best experience Im likely to have in the Utah valley. The office staff was super friendly, the maintenance was fast, they went out of their way to help me and my roommate get in to a 3rd floor apartment with the vaulted ceilings, parking and security were never an issue, we didnt get hidden fees or expenses. My parking spot was sometimes blocked by the snowbank the snow plows created, but my spot was on the edge so I came to expect that. Plus there is plenty of other parking available so I could always find a spot close to my door.The only downside to this place is it its too far from where I work. In the middle of trying to find a new apartment, I would move back here in a heartbeat if it wasnt too far away!

Dont believe the bad things people write about this place.. It is mine and my husbands very first apartment and we COULDNT BE HAPPIER!!If youre thinking about living here, stop into the office and ask for the property manager Ellie or Jessica!! Theyre the sweetest people ever to work with! If they ever make a mistake, they will ALWAYS make it up to you and make it right.The maintenance crew is also a good thing to talk about. Every experience Ive had with them has been nothing short of excellent. Not a single day has gone by without me seeing them blowing leaves, shoveling snow, etc. and other up-keeping duties and they always show up when they say they will. The property is beautiful and always kept clean.Not a lot of places do community activities like PMV does. We have holiday parties, discounted activities and yummy treats included. Its fun especially for families and kids.Very happy and wonderful place to live.

This is my second time living at Pinnacle Mountain View and both times have been the best renting experience Ive ever had! Never had any issues with noise from neighbors, the grounds are always clean and well manicured and the maintenance/leasing staff are very friendly and helpful. Both times that Ive lived here, I had to leave my lease early. The leasing staff was very flexible to accommodate my needs and made my transition very stress free. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

I have been living here for the pass 3 years. I have never felt so safe living in an apartment as I do living here. When I first moved here I had the pleasure of meeting McKayla. She is an angel and a Godsend. She goes above and beyond without breaking rules. Her customer Service skills are excellent. She is the reason that I am still here. I love my apartment and the service that I received. Everyone here has helped in one way or another.

For the first few years that I lived there it was great, then the new management came on. Yes, they now have more community events, but that was about it; not all households care about these. Watch out for their rising price changes, as stated from Ellie This is a business and we have to keep up with the rental market prices. This is how they now treat you, like a business, this is not your house, just a dollar sign - would not recommend.

They staff was very nice on site and the facilities were well maintained. We were able to do a very short lease, which we needed as we were moving to Colorado. They are great working with all breeds of dogs which was hard to find for my 115lb Malamute. Overall a great place to live with a fun community.

Weve really enjoyed being at Pinnacle! The staff is awesome and the maintenance guys are awesome! Always on top of things. If I put in a work order, it always gets done the next day. The ladies in the office are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. We love Jessica. Very friendly and willing to help and answer any questions. We love that they plan a monthly activity for the residents.The apartments are nice and updated. We have a two bedroom, two bathroom and love it. Would recommend PMV!

I love it here!!! The sense of community you get here is awesome. The entire staff especially the apartment manager Ellie truly have your best interests. They are willing to do whatever they can to help. The maintenance team is very prompt to get right on a problem and have it fixed in a jiff. I have been here for going on three years and dont plan on moving anytime soon. If you want luxury at a affordable price then choose Pinnacle Mountain View.

These guys are awesome, seriously. They are on the higher end of the price range around the area, but you get what you pay for, ya know? There was one time our HVAC unit was dripping from the ceiling and I wrote a maintenance request and they were there within like an hour to fix it. The hot tub is open all year! The whole place is very clean and it was recently remodeled. Awesome crew here. I had a great experience for the year I lived there.

Let me just say that these had to of been the worst apartments that I have ever lived in. To start off, the amount of dog poop that has been left on the grass by irresponsible owners is ridiculous and it takes weeks before someone comes along to pick it up as well as refill bag dispensers. On top of that the maintenance crew here are probably the most untrained group of workers ever and cant seem to do the simplest of task correctly and do things half asked, the only two I have seen do things the right way and actually seemed trained is Jason and Taylor. They also recently hired two more maintenance people who walk around in Confederate flag shirts and sit outside their garage working on who the hell knows what into the late hours of the night completely drunk screaming racial slurs, not only that they talk about some of the residents that lived here that are of different ethnicity and say horrible things about them as they walked by. I would would like to bring up the office staff, Rachel the current apartment manager, since she has been here has done a lot of good things with the apartments and has them now looking better then ever these past couple of years and Melisa(one of the leasing agents) is so helpful, friendly and welcoming, the only person I have a problem with is Jessica, she is very stand offish and rude and every time you go into the office she is ether sitting on her cell phone or away from the desk, I have also heard from other residents that she has flirted with their husband or current boyfriend and basically completely ignores them when asking questions or going to pick something up from the office. The best part about this place is the fact that their is no dog weight or breed restrictions and a good dog park, and the fun events that they hold for the residents are super fun for both adults and kids, and that it is taken care of, other then the dog poop on the ground. Needles to say they have their good traits but the bad unfortunately out way the good.

Been here a year and a half and absolutely love it. We have two huge dogs, and its never been an issue... and having the dog park is great since a yard isnt an option right now! Weve never missed a payment so weve never had an issue with the office. Highly recommend living here.

The staff here are amazing and the maintence is on top of there stuff. I have been living here with my family for the past 3 years and it is amazing. If i had one complaint it would be... NOT ENOUGH COOKIES. But I think I will live.

I just moved in here and the staff has been nothing but amazing to my roommate and I! The price for our unit is amazing for how nice it is. They are on top of it when we submit a maintenance ticket. I placed a ticket and a couple hours later I had confirmation someone had already gone in and replaced our disposal. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live!

Within the short amount of time between looking at other apartments pinnacle has been one I really like mostly because of the staff. Ashely went above and beyond what most other apartment leaseing staff would do took the time to help me with online paper work and made me feel like a person with value that was very understanding with questions and still willing to do as most as she could to answer any questions I ever had. I’ve been a resident here for a few months and I enjoy it much better than other apartments I’ve lived at in the area. The staff is super friendly and will assist you with anything. My only complaint that makes this place short of perfect is how unprofessional some employees are. The leasing manager Jessica causes too much drama and makes PMV feel like college dorms as she sleeps around with alot of male residents. Many people find it annoying when you see the front desk girl hooking up with everyone in your community. She must live here or something. It looks unprofessional and very immature, apparently this has been happening for years if you look at previous reviews about Jessica Covarrubias. Hire professionals, not little girls that try hooking up with our boyfriends and husbands please. This is an issue, quit ignoring it.

We havent signed a lease yet, but I want to give this place 5 stars for the simple fact that they consider pets family too. My gf and I are moving from South Carolina with a German Shepherd and were panicking trying to find somewhere to rent without breed restrictions and they assured that we would be welcomed. The apartments look fairly nice, staff has been pretty attentive, and their online application was easy. Looking forward to becoming a resident

We have lived in apts for the better part of the last seven years and though weve only been in these ones for a month I have to say the office and maintenance crew are the best Ive seen. They are quick to respond to work orders and go above and beyond to make sure we are happy. There are more things they do here that they dont have to I cant list them all.

We have lived at PMV Apartments since October 2016 and have had nothing but great experiences all around. We lived in the two bed, two bathroom third floor apartment. It was plenty big and we have a lot of stuff! The vaulted ceilings made the already large apartment feel huge! During winter, we loved setting up to the wood burning fire place. Not many apartments have wood burning fireplaces anymore. We had a few small things that needed to be fixed that the maintenance team accomplished in no time, and they were always there when they said they would be. Caleb and Jason with the maintenance team know their stuff! Caleb is super fun to talk to, too. The office staff are always very friendly and accommodating, and they answer every one of your questions with a smile. Jessica and Mckayla always remembered our names and addressed us by them every time we encountered them, whether it was for a question or just running into them on the grounds. Overall, our experience was wonderful and it was bittersweet to leave.

Caleb the handy man is awesome!! I am new to the apartments and he answered my service request the very next day. He also stayed fifteeen minutes after his shift to help me with repairs. The service here is super helpful! 👍🏻

I lived here a couple years ago. Recently came back to see a one bedroom unit and cant believe the difference. It appears to be under a new manager. I was pretty impressed with the place this time around and will most likely be putting our applications in to rent. (hoping my wife agrees) The ladies in the office were all very professional this time around and the place looked so clean. I am very excited. Ben

This is the worst place to live at, they kick people out that have kids and I do believe it’s building J . The neighbors complain about everything and every little noise that happens . Good luck with this place

Literally the WORST place Ive ever lived. The staff smiles in your face but they literally get paid to sit on their butts. Not only do they have TONS of hidden fees. They dont do maintenance in a timely manner. They dont enforce any of their rules so theres always a pool party late at night or people smoking weed on their balconies. Ive seen cops in here on several occasions. If you have a complaint, all they do is tell you you have to call the cops, theres nothing we can do about it. Trash bins are always filled over capacity. Dog poop in the grass areas where the kids play. I wouldnt recommend any families to live here. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

Absolutely lovely! I love the elegant design of the apartments. The amenities are awesome- Jacuzzi, pool and gym, bbq spots throughout the complex and if you have a pet you’ll love the dog park. Peaceful and harmonious if you’re into yoga and/or meditation or just love any of the above. Namaste!

Pinnacle is such an amazing and beautiful complex. The people are very nice and moving in was seemless and the apartments are very cozy and spacious and the property is always being updated. I would highly recommend moving into these apartments and are very likely to recommend it to family and friends

I really wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, they over charge for old buildings that constantly have problems, parkings a nightmare unless you wanna over pay for that too. It seems like every appliance is constantly busted, I can’t tell you how many times we’ve had someone up to fix our water heater. The grounds are dirty and no one picks up after their dogs. Good luck trying to get a call back or get anything resolved on behalf of them, They don’t wanna hear from you unless it involves them taking your money.

Mckalya is the best!I just finished two years here and am very sorry to leave this place. I have been looking at other apartments and Pinnacle is by far the best place on the market. Period.The maintenance staff is great. Every time there is a problem they fix it fast.

As a resident of Pinnacle Mountain View for 2 + years .... this is an honest picture of what living there was like. We were quiet respectful residents during our whole stay, we paid rent on time every month (even sometimes early) and didn’t have any pets... so they had no reason to treat us poorly.. but they did.CONS:Their communication in the office is horrible. We gave Jessica(leasing manager) our 30 day notice and then Makayla(leasing agent) comes back and says we didn’t & tried to charge us extra fees. There was one point they tried to jump our rent from $1100 to over $3000 per month. Moving out was a horrible process because of their incompetence. There was soo much confusion trying to move out and get our final inspection done because they all say something different then get mad at you for asking a lot of questions to get clarification.They try to raise rent while you are in a lease.Maintenance never completes tasks in a timely fashion. I lived there over 2 years and there was still a hole in my bathtub when I moved out.Jessica the leasing manager will give discounted rates to males she wants to have sexual relations with.. which is everyone.. married or not.. if you are male she will also give you “late night passes” to the pool and hot tub. If you are female she will come at 10:01 to kick you out.There is no 24/hr fitness center like stated on their website. It closes at 10pm.The mail is not kept safe. Had mail stolen from our mailbox often and no solutions were provided from Pinnacle Mountain View. Our mail box would be wide open on occasions. Complaints were sent to the USPS but no solutions were provided from them either. Pinnacle stated they “knew” the mailman so it couldn’t be him.Pool and hot tub are NEVER open or working properly. When the hot tub is working, it is never hot and is always filthy.They do have big bath tubs but never enough hot water to fill them.They hire very inappropriate/mentally unstable men to do yard work. It makes it an unsafe and uncomfortable environment, especially for young woman. Many unpleasant encounters have happened between my friends and I during our time at Pinnacle Mountain View.Fireplaces do not work.There is no movie “theater” on this complex that they claim to have on the website. There is a room in the club house where you can watch TV but it closes at 6pm.They have a bee problem and I have heard of other residents having problems with roaches in their kitchen and pigeons taking over the balconies. We fortunately only had insect issues... we could not enjoy our deck because it was swarming with bees. We were infested with spiders and when we told them it was a problem they said there was nothing they could do because they only spray for bees.Heating source/AC is very loud and interrupts sleep and even conversations because it’s so loud.Calls to the office would never be answered and when you’d walk in you’d see Jessica on her phone. I don’t know if that was because she didn’t like us or what. Phones should be answered or at least missed calls should be called back.PROS:Jason & Taylor on the maintenance are really helpful and understanding!!Free tanning bed.In a very convenient location.If you still are interested in living here after my honest review:Check your resident portal every month before paying rent because they will try to raise it and scam you without you knowing about it... happened to us 3 times, but we caught it before paying.Make sure you have everything documented!! Take pictures of everything when you move in.Keep a copy of the lease on hand because they will always try to screw you over and you will need to reference it many times.Keep your husbands/boyfriends away from Jessica. Not kidding. Too many of my lady friends who live there have issues with Jessica being all over their significant other.Good luck.Sincerely,Kailey W.

My husband and I went in not too long ago to see if we could lease an apartment. The apartment they showed us was beautiful and we loved it! The only problem was Jessica was flirting with my husband the entire time. She didn’t even acknowledge me even when I was talking to her. Now, my husband is an attractive man but Jessica was acting like she was in high school and it made both of us rather uncomfortable. We loved the apartments but we didn’t want to lease and deal with such immature office staff.

The worst managed and unprofessional apartment complex Ive ever seen. Before signing up for our lease after touring the place we were shown which covered spot would be assigned to us and told that a garage would be available to rent about a week after our move in date to store our motorcycles. A week after move in date we never heard anything. After reaching out to them many times on the status of the garage for about a month we never were able to get one in time before we closed on our house and bad to get a storage unit. Then two and a half months after we move in I get a call about covered parking and all of a sudden the covered spot we had we were told was actually not ours. Somehow 2 different people in the office including the leasing manager told us verbally that it was our spot yet it never managed to make in on paperwork of our lease. They were able to make it up to us by giving a different spot on the other side of the building where our motorcycles cannot be easily monitored. Use caution with anything promised without plenty of paper documentation of said promises. Counting down to the day I move out.

We never caused trouble, always paid our rent on time, had near to no damage (even fixed a few things that were broken when we first moved in), yet when our lease was up and the rates more than double and we chose to move, management caused us hell. We paid crazy invisible fees and continued to pay them even after we moved out despite the fact that our lease was up. Loved it while we lived there, but now I regret every minute of it. I would have rather lived in my car aka be homeless.

Maintenance is awesome!!! Front desk very nice and professional... apartment complex is getting updates on the outside, hope the inside is next!

You know what would be nice? Being able to park anywhere I want near my building and not worrying about the sprinklers watering my car. We have called SEVERAL times to complain about this and nothing has been done. I think it’s just something that has been blown off since it’s just a phone call. . Do you know how difficult hard water is to remove from your car??? It’s not something you can just wipe away with your windshield wipers. I tried just spraying my windshield and attempted to clear some of the hard water off. I COULD STILL HARDLY SEE.I’ve also called several times to see what I could do about getting a garage since this is such a huge issue. I’ve been told many different things such as, “we’ll put you on a waiting list” or “Oh now every garage is already pre assigned so you’d have to move into a unit that has one”. Someone I referred to you complex was told that if they wanted a garage and one opened up, it could be transferred to them. SO WHICH IS IT?With as many military residents with nice cars living at this complex, I can’t imagine this being your only complaint. If you want to pay for my car to be washed every week, I’ll deal with this. But otherwise I’m shouting it from the rooftops how the management and staff is just ignoring me until something has been done.

One of their employees stalked my gf and knocked our door in the middle of the night looking suspicious asking about her. She got a panic attack that day!!We are definitely leaving this place soon. Not a safe place to live, STAY AWAY!

My experience at this apartment has been wonderful great play ground for kids. McKayla provided great customer service. When a co-worker was looking for a place to live, I highly recommend this place. My coworker was so impressed with McKayla!! Great place to live.

After driving 14 hours to get here the staff was more than willing to accommodate our needs and help us out with all the normal issues experienced on move in day. Thanks for the help!

They do a wonderful job maintaining and keeping the entire complex in great condition. Carley at the front desk is especially helpful when it comes to customer service and is always a pleasure to work with

I absolutely hate living here. The management has been raising our rent and sending us silly made up complaints since they got here, and Im starting to feel like they either want a reason to kick us out or give us a reason to leave, unfortunately we were forced into signing another lease. We hear banging and door slamming all the time and are constantly smelling the neighbors smoke inside our apartment, I can always hear the other neighbor crying and/or peeing, this pet friendly apartment limits our pets so much so they dont want to hear them or see them, the dumpsters are always over filled and the office manager Ellie is literally the worst human being Ive ever met. After being told I would have no additional fee or raise in rent months later after expressing my concern of the new pet policy theyve decided to charge me an additional $200.00 and are raising my rent....again. Its always something with her and shes been doing this to me and my family since May of 2015. This is definitely the worst place Ive ever lived.

By far the worst place I have lived, the overall apartment was alright but right after we moved we found that our dryer was over heating and shutting off. I explained this to the maintenance team and they stated it needed to be cleaned, after cleaning the dryer and washer vents out 3 different times and treating us like complete morons they sent a tech to look at it who found that the motor was over heating just as I told them. Any issues we had or interactions we had with the staff was horrible, they would act nice but were very unhelpful and did not explain anything to you. You will find many hidden fees that you will have to pay when you move out as well. I would never recommend living here to anyone, there are too many residents and you will be treated as a number to them.

The property is well maintained. I love how approchable the staff is. No problems encountered here!

The lock was drilled on my apartment why I was away. Every thing expensive I had was robbed. I called the police when I got back and was able to retrieve some of my things. The only thing that does not set right on the apartment side of things though is that my lock was drilled by a locksmith company. Wouldnt they of had to have mine or the apartments authorization? I was completely unable to get ahold of at the time, so was the staff not able to be reached or was it the fault of the locksmith? Still puzzles me to this day. Sketchy all around though.

During move in,Jessica and the staff were extremely helpful in getting me settled with a garage and things in my apartment. Caleb in maintenence was super helpful. Then when my helth got worse, they were extremely helpful in getting a reserved parking spot for me.

I lived here for two years with my husband. Staff was ridiculous! I never missed a payment, I caused no problems with other tenants. I declared my animals and paid monthly rent. Honestly I was a great tenant. I really enjoyed living here... until just short of a year into it; it was summer time and a few hornets decided to build nests in the eaves of the buildings (i use few loosely). It was a big problem, to the point I could not use my balcony. I called the office and they initially told me to go buy a can of wasp spray and deal with it. Then after that upset me they said they would put in a work order for it. Three days later, I called to check on the status of the work order... granted I had been at home for these three days. The office stated the order had been fulfilled... yeah Im not sure how because I was on the third floor and no one had been there to take care of it. I pushed the issue and then contacted their management (an out of state corporation). The issue was finally resolved; and a professional pest control showed up.The only reason I resigned was because of a hectic work schedule that limited apartment shopping. They upped my monthly at the resigning. I had a heating issue and an A/C issue during that second year that took me weeks to have resolved- both were a maintenance issue and I had to fight with them to have it fixed. Then I was lectured by the maintenance guy... yeah I pay rent, utility upkeep is your issue. Upon moving out they also tried to charge me for the blinds... I declined, scheduled a new cleaning check, purchased new blinds and saved myself over $100. Best part is, on my second inspection he still tried to charge me for dirty blinds! HA

I moved in on late July of 2012 after I accepted a position offered at Hill Air Force Base, and there were many aspects I really enjoyed about living here:* friendly staffs who occasionally hosted events at the club (Taco Tuesday, Holiday Party, etc)* 10-15 minute drive to my workplace at Hill AFB* 15-20 minute drive to Ogden* approximately 30-minute drive to SLC* maintenance crews who helped with the problems I had about the devices in my apartment (I recently had my washer replace when the old one stopped working properly)Overall, it had been a wonderful place to live over the last two years!

Their staff is super friendly and welcoming. Jason and Jessica are awesome

I have lived at Pinnacle now going on 5 years now I love this place . Everyone is very helpful Makayla is a very much a professional and Jason the maintenance manager is awesome I have never had a problem . The staff is great Jessica is also great and helpful Im from San Diego so this place is very laid back and like a beach community . They are pet friendly love animals as long as you clean up after them . No problemos...I dont have a pet but very pet friendly. The pool is excellent and they always have parties and great food for the tenants . So if you want to be close to the action of living in Layton clearfield than I totally recommend you living here. Also the apartment manager is way nice also . Just stop in for a look-see . You will love it here....

Do not move here!! We cleaned the apartment spotless before we left. We had a small tear in the carpet from moving furniture and they gave us a 1500 non authorized pet fee. when we never had a pet. Blinds broke the first day. Washer,dryer, dish washer are all cheap and break very easily and they will charge you every dime. Total bill was over 2000 dollars!
