My husband and I came into the office today and we were so pleased to meet Ms. Chelsie/Nicole! She was so sweet and patient with us as she showed us around the apartments and then helped us through the application process. These apartments are VERY spacious & clean…I would definitely recommend this place to family & friends! Thanks for all your help today Chelsie!

I have yet to move in, was just approved actually. And a lot of the reviews seem to be maintenence issues and pretty typical when renting anywhere. My experience with Nicole the property manager has been amazing! She was so helpful, always responded and even showed my two boys respect and humor. Highly recommend her to everyone!:)

I’ve called them 3 times about our AC Unit being broken, and each time, they sent a maintenance worker to fix it. This last time, we are going through a record heat wave, and they said we would have to wait til Monday to get it fixed. The last time it broke, less than a week ago, the maintenance worker said it needed to get fixed and he told his supervisor, who then said he would call the AC company to come and fix it. They didn’t call. Instead, they gave us a window unit. I walked to the office, and they said that the AC needs to break 3 times in order for them to call the AC company. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Heather Estates is an amazing place to live. I have been here for less than a month and it already feels like home. The staff here is kind, courteous and professional. If you need something fixed they get it done in a timely manner. I would defiantly recommend this place if your looking for a nice place to live that is also budget friendly.

🔸️IN RESPONSE TO OWNER..You should know I DID follow through with the dispute provided in the email, and I have called the number you provided 9 times dating back 8/11 upto today, my husband ALSO has called with no answer, I have left voicemails with no return, I even went as far as to leave an email through the Heather Estates website again all with ZERO return..You should know we were told we were denied due to rental history HOWEVER we have never had any problems getting approved the past 2 times we lived there OR where we live now due to our rental history You should know when I went in to submit the application and fees that I was verbally questioned our ability to pay rent. I explained our past hardship and that my husband got a raise and so on.We are a low income family with zero assistance from the state and we DO qualify!We ARE being discriminated against and under Utah fair housing laws we have the right not to be discriminated against. I have done everything I was supposed to and want the application reconsidered, Im NOT going to drop the issue it is unfair/unjust.🔸️DISCRIMINATION for ANY reason is not ok! We feel victimized/receiving unjust treatment by Heather estates. We loved living at heather Estates and we want our application to be reconsidered.Everyone goes through hard times.

I really can see all of the changes since the new owners and management took over and its been great! They have made upgrades to the property and the staff is fantastic and really cares about the residents. Work orders get done now and the property is clean. Recommend living here!

I work with a lot of apartments and Chelsey, the PM there is by far the most professional manager I’ve met. This is a very well ran and maintained community.

We were really surprised at how fast acceptance came around and were waiting for our move in date to arrive. Marilyn had asked for bank statements and at first it was fine that it was just the deposit statements but then that wasn’t enough and they wanted more information. We’ve never been asked by any apartments we’ve lived in or applied to for whole bank statements and my husband is not ok with giving them all of his purchase transactions, so he crossed them out and left again only the deposits, start and ending balance as requested.This was still not good enough, even though it had both the start date of the account with the balance and ending balance. Marilyn emailed me to tell me that my husband would now have to go to the bank to get the same information they already had in several different copies. When I asked her why the information she already had wasn’t good enough, she said she had already explained why (which she did not), and then declared she was done with us and we could come get our holding deposit and reapply in 6 months.Maybe an hour later we get a call from the manager letting us know that she would mail the deposit because profanity was used and Marilyn didn’t want to see us. She had also been told that we were sending in statements completely blacked out which is also not true, only purchases were blocked out. I never once used profanity and have the emails to prove it. The fact that members of the management staff are lying raises red flags and I honestly wonder what else they do and are willing to lie about. Super disappointing but at least we had a back up residence to move into come Monday. I would avoid this place at all costs if you can.

. We like living here. Every place has its downfalls. We always pay our rent on time, never cause trouble so we have no issues living here. Maintenance responds immediately to us. Joe is awesome

I had a past experience with a grounds keep named Christian at the Washington park apartments in Ogden to where his exes new roommate pulled a gun on me and my friends. And now I have issues with this heather estates complex to where Christian is threatening to kill me and I have the voicemail and messages of him harassing me and threatening me. These complexes are not a safe environment with Christian working there so I advise to not live here and on top of it I have family there so I don’t feel comfortable or safe going to the apartments anymore. Something has to be done about this complex and the safety of the residents from the employees. And now. I don’t want to get a apartment here anymore...

I came here very stressed with a bad experience of our previous apartment that was very expensive. But here at Heather estates its very peaceful, clean and most of all very affordable, been here for a week and already feels like home.

I had a great experience with Heather Estates. The ladys are very welcoming and willing to help. I visited a few years ago looking for a place and the difference from then to now is night and day.

Management changes almost every month. So maintenance never happens. The apartments and town houses are a disaster inside and out. Black mold, broken appliances, doors, toilets etc. The neighbors are awful and cause chaos, screaming at all hours of the night. Theres always violence or cops outside. Place is known for drug dealers so Ive heard. Not at all a place for kids. And the neighborhood kids actually spray painted a veteran neighbors door with vulgar words and a trash can. Doesnt even deserve one star I would happily leave negative stars. I wish I could move out!!!

My family and I lived here for 8 years. In those 8 years, we had given them many maintenance requests, and only really had anything fixed a few times. Mostly in the last year when Joe started working on the maintenance crew. I only give 2 stars because the location is great!

The two women in the office are amazing they are the best people Ive ever met in my life to have hearts of gold and they care about their attendance just like their family this is the best place Ive ever rented from in my whole entire life the women that take care of the place are absolutely amazing I think that theres more properties that need women like them

I had no choice but to rent this place. I would never ever live there again. It was horrible and the neighbors are animals. I am a clean freak and the apartment I lived in was pretty much the cleanest of all the apartment there and when I moved out I left it how it was when I first moved in, without saying I paid a higher deposit and out of that $950 I paid I only got $190 back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just amazing the difference in this place from 1 1/2 years ago...The difference between then and now is so much more then you could believe the inside of aprrtments are so clean and the property is so clean and safe now...The Rif.Raf is for the most part gone. With the new management team and New maintenance team they are so helpful and friendly and actually does there jobs.. I dont have a problem with having my family and friends around there anymore ...

I wish there was less then half a star for these apartments because they dont deserve one star. This was the worst place Ive ever lived in. The community is horrible and every time we pay rent we have to hold on to the receipt because they always say we havent paid even though we have proof and go through a huge head ache to get it removed so we dont get evicted for their mistake and disorganization. I would recommend never to live there.

I came to Heather Estates very stressed out. Miss Chelsey the Apartment Manager put me at easy. She went abovrabab beyond to help me out. my son and I are very happy are aprtmapar is nice my neihneig are good, quite,clean,. Miss Chelsey and her staff are amazing. I hope this is a helpful review! If you are a veteran DO NOT rent here. Especially if you have a service animal or deal with PTSD. The ONLY communication from management to residents are threats with lawyers signatures and promises of eviction. The first day I was here while I was moving inimy dog left my apartment and went to right to my truck. I had a notice on my door the next day threatening eviction and police because I didnt have my dog on a leash. They told me he has attacked someone and was a threat. I had 6 people moving with me and they all were outside when he ran to my truck. I was with him as well. My dog had done nothing wrong but this is the first of many threats to come. I understand a leash law and my dog (minus the one time) has always been on a leash. The point Im hoping to get across is there is no communication and a real lack of desire to communicate or work with people. Threats are the first communication. If you deal with ptsd or other war time related issues this may not be the best place to reside. Not a happy environment!!

Weve gone all summer without A/C. The office ignores our maintenance calls. Theres broken glass on the sidewalks, trash in the parking lots, and graffiti on the fences. There is black mold in the bathroom and in the dishwasher. The garbage disposal breaks anytime we try to use it. And theres ants in the kitchen. We would move, but were under a year lease.

They dont deserve any stars. They change management companies so fast it gives you whiplash and leaves them in a continuous state of unorginazation. I think we are on management company number 4 just in the 5 months of 2017 alone. Weve put in maitnence requests about a zillion times and its never done because they put it off and as soon as they change management again it gets lost or discarded so we have to do it all over again. We havent had a working dishwasher for nearly 3 years now. If I could afford to live anywhere else thats close enough to my job I would. Unfortunately Im stuck here.

The maintenance takes awhile to get done, they are short staffed. Apartments are getting ran down. New owners as of about 5 months ago, they act like they want to fix things up.

Lots of gang violence. police called many times.

We lived here for 3 years during that time the management changed 3 times. Current management is NOT doing a good job. There are police there almost daily now. Im glad to move away.
