Not only was this my best Uhaul experience ever it was top 3 customer service experiences Ive ever had. I only had 1 day to move everything out of my apartment and by the grace of who ever you believe in I chose the right uhaul company to go to. Thank you to the staff for making my move 10 times easier. If I could I would give them 10 🌟 s. Peoples choice storage went above and beyond the standard customer service, they not only impacted my move greatly, but will make future customers moves 10x better. I was waiting outside for my ride, and I felt as if I had to hide. Why you ask well let me tell you. I knew if they saw me they would tell me to wait inside, and I didnt wanna feel like I was taking advantage of them.

Fast and easy! We scheduled a truck at 9am, got a call that the system were down before we got ther! Great customer service!

I Just got a rental with this dealer they are relly kind people and resourcefull people, also super military friendly I will recommende to everyone . love it here.

These people ripped me off and acknowledged that i was due the return of my 100$ cash deposit...however months later they refused to make it rught and i recieved nothing after being assured they wpuld .ake it right. If you rent from them do not pay cash...i explained to the gentleman AND his wife BOTH that i had just lost my mother and dont even have the money to hold her funetal or bury her properly and in my time of deep grief they took advantage of a lousy 100$. When i called back after 2 mos of run around and explained that i had no other option than to call and complain to corporate i was yelled at, told not to call back and was hung up on.
