Just picked up my new light duty dump trailer from Jacob down there at Big Tex . The trailer knowledge and the customer service is fantastic! It is comforting to know I can walk in there any day of the week and have somebody help me with any of my trailer needs and not have to worry about some sales pitch, Jacob keeps everything relatable and puts himself in my shoes and gives me recommendations on what trailer would suit my needs and that’s what he did here with this dumb trailer . As far as the rest of them in there, They were fantastic, there was a lot of team work! Everybody working together to make sure I got assisted on purchasing all the way to the hook up !

I Just got an equipment trailer from this company ... First and definitely not my last, the salesman did an impeccable job and knew his stuff, didn’t waste my time with your average car salesman pitch. The store was in Immaculate condition and the atmosphere was just out of this world . I READ REVIEWS before I buy and I can tell you that the reviews I’ve seen doesn’t give it justice, you can tell that the people in there absolutely love there job and they focus Diligently on the customers needs . I own a lawn and landscaping business and been looking at dump trailers for months ... the quality of Big Tex Trailers was in my opinion, better than the competition that I seen on other websites. I went to Big Tex and Jacob was amazing! Not only was he knowledgeable about the trailers he doesnt put pressure on you to buy. They had EVERY accessory I needed from my spare to my locks ... The price I paid for the trailer was more than fair and the customer support with Jacob was great, I would definitely refer any and everyone to go check these guys out.

This is the best place to buy a trailer. They are extremely well built and heavy, the ones you find at home Depot or tractor supply can hardly compare. They are solid and made from round steel tubing instead of flat pieces like others, the major advantage is that it wont rub your straps and eventually break them. Plus, you get great deal because they sell them by the price of steel, we actually got a 12 cheaper than the 8 we were looking at due to the steel prices at the time they had purchased them. Their customer service was excellent and not pushy.

I would give this a 10 rating was broke down on the Highway with my trailer with 2 tires blowed out with a busted leaf spring they had everything I needed and the prices were very reasonable and the staff was very polite and helpful

The website was a little vague in trying to find what I was looking for. I am just going to need to drive by their shop to take a look for the trailer I would like to get.

Friendly staff and the facility and lot are clean and inviting. They could use more inventory though.

Buyer beware! Theses guys were looking to gouge me. I wanted a brake controller installed for my trailer and they were going to charge me 4 to five hours of labor, after doing some research I saw that the brake controller would only take 30 minutes to install. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
