I was able to get right in. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff took care of my van and had me in and out quickly. I used the $15 coupon from the website and that made it even more affordable. Very good experience, I wouldnt hesitate to bring my vehicle back or recommend them to a friend.

Would have given them five stars because they were very efficient but the bill was $103 and other places were quoting $75, kind of fell into that one

Update 2:I spoke with the customer service of Jiffy Lube and explained my situation. They offered to help with the repairs and were accommodating. I still dont trust this branch, but left with a positive outcome.Update:I took my car to have the splash guard reattached and the Manager said that I ran over a curb (In which I did not) and said they wouldnt cover any damages even though he admitted the bolts werent all put back properly. Both low beam headlights stopped working (which I suspect was due to water shorting out the wiring harness). So, moral of the story, do not under any circumstances use this facility. They do poor work and take no responsibility for not doing the job they were paid to do. I wish I could give them a -5 stars. That would more accurately represent my experience.Took my car in for a oil change on 01/19/2021. They were fast and got a good deal on price. However, they didnt put all of my splash cover bolts back in, and my splash cover came loose. My suggestion is if you insist on using them, inspect your vehicle before leaving. A couple of extra minutes would have saved me some money and replacing a splash guard.

Came here for an oil change, and they also replaced wipers. The service was quick, and the guys that work there were extremely helpful and courteous. Didnt have to wait very long, maybe half an hour or even less. I was pulled straight in when I arrived. Would return here and highly recommend using them.

I used to really like this jiffy lube but it is slowly going down hill. Have been disappointed the last couple times. This time is the breaking point. Didnt do any inspection like they are supposed to do. I specifically ask them to check the brakes they didnt. supposed to check tire pressure they didnt I still have one low. Suppose to top off washer fluid and its still empty. I came here to get everything done at once and all I got was an overpriced oil change. I wont be back.

This was my first time to try Jiffy Lube in this area. Although I worked at Jiffy Lube back in the early 1990s in California, I didnt get to be a customer of Jiffy Lube. I have to say todays oil change went very smoothly. There was only one thing that didnt get done and maybe they dont do it for a reason, my oil life indicator did not get reset. No big deal. Im just glad I remembered it and knew how to reset it. Thanks for my first time experience. Ill see you guys on the next oil change.

We drove from California to Tennessee. Came here to get service before heading back to Cali. The workers were nice. One explained we need to change the air filter but it wasnt a service that they do so it was a recommendation. A persons loyalty to any company or organization depends on the treatment by its employees. We were treated well. If we ever come back through this area and need service, we will return to this Jiffy Lube. Thank you!!

Great customer service, vacuumed my car and didnt take long at all!

Took longer than I wanted to be at jiffy lube on a Sunday. The Tech inspected it and gave me a quote, stating that I needed new brake pads, new rotor and new caliper on driver side. I agreed to the $307 repairs. My truck Smelled horrible on the way home. Was pulling to the right when I applied my brakes. Next day I drove my girlfriends car for a break inspection. They sent me to valvoline for a free brake inspection?? Said the smell was normal 4 my truck to stink like brakes burning.I took the truck back in on Tuesday because Monday it started smoking and almost caught on fire in the area of the new brake parts after a 10 min drive.

These guys are so sweet, respectful and totally professional. I just moved back and each encounter has been awesome. Plus theyre not bad to look at lol!

Well, I live closer to the other oil place that starts with V their prices were out of this world high. So, I called jiffy. They were the only reasonable place since Wallyworld isnt doing auto service. (Covid-19.)

Management at store excellent. Mechanics and upper management absolutely terrible. Didnt put ANY brake pads on rear wheels. District manager refused to refund the money even with proof. Drove 3 hours with vehicle on interstate during move. District manager suggested driving vehicle with no pads to a different brake place to get it fixed.Would not recommend this shop to anyone visiting or living in Clarksville. Gateway leaps and bounds better.

Excellent customer service!!! Went to one place and they didnt tighten the oil filter. Went to Jiffy lube and spoke to assistant manager Zach Dertz and he took good care of my car! They tightened the seal for me and even topped off the oil I had lost. I will definitely come back to the this Jiffy lube every time!

Went for an oil change, asked if I wanted to add tire rotation special and declined. Vehicle noticeably vibrating after I left. Shop manager denied that they touched the tires but three lug nuts freshly broken off. The other two were very loose!

Really good people work in this jiffy lube. I don’t really get my oil changed very much since I do it my self, but when I do I always get good service. They never try to rip me off either like other mechanics will. I tried to use a coupon for oil and he told me I had the wrong one which I confirmed because I wasn’t paying attention when I grabbed it and gave me the discount anyway. I also had one for an air filter and he showed me the filter and told me he would not get it changed right now it would be a waste of money. He was right again like I said when I’m feeling lazy I bring my car here so I did not check but it was still pretty clean.

These people are very nice!! The manager was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, I love going to a place were they dont try to make you spend more money than you have to. I do anticipate going back and I highly recommend this place to everyone and done so!

Joe and Zack got my familys vehicle in right off the hwy for what we thought would be just your typical oil change. After General inspection, it was discovered that we had a fog light out, lights over our back license plate and to top all that off.....a mouse nest was under the hood in between the air hose. I cannot begin to express our utmost gratitude and for their ABOVE and beyond FANTASTIC customer service we received. Without their eyes and knowledge of what to look for....only God knows what COULD have happened while on the road. Again THANK YOU!!

My car was sputtering, and I had no idea what it is, and the dude puts the computer to it and after a look under the hood figured it out and it only took 20 minutes for the part to arrive and then 15 seconds to replace and test the part and now it runs so smoothly that I have to get used to it not misfiring. I would recommend this place to friends and enemies.

I used to have a great experience coming here (except for the fact that they tell you that they vacuum and wash the windows and they definitely don’t). Until I went for an oil change, paid for an oil change and new filters... and did get the oil or the engine filter. One month later I found out there was no oil, when I was having my tire fixed. Jiffy lube did fill it for free when I called them and mentioned the mistake. Then today, at my next scheduled oil change, I found out the engine filter was never put in (it requires screws so likely didn’t fall out). Extremely disappointed in the lack of care and the fact that they could have caused a lot of damage to my car, since I drove around for a month with no oil. Will not be going back.

Too busy up selling to do a good job. I used to have them do all of my services but quit going when they kept insisting on up selling at each visit. You cant get out of there at the advertised price and their work is not what it used to be. Avoid this place if you dont want to be ripped off.

I will never return to Jiffy Lube!! I went there for a oil change before going out of town. They offered me a free brake inspection and I said sure because I am going out of town and would like to know everything is ok before making the trip. The tech told me that it would take about 15 minutes to complete after the oil change. I agreed and then after about 45 minutes I told them to just put my tires back on because it took longer than I expected and that I needed to leave. While putting the front driver side tire back on they knocked the wheel weight off and began frantically trying to put it back on before I noticed. Then once they got the tires back on the tech forgot to pump the brakes to make sure they were working before pulling out of the bay. Once he pulled out the brakes didnt work and he went in the grass trying to stop and almost hit a light pole in the grass. At this point I was so mad about the situation I just wanted to get my keys and leave. I told the manager I wouldnt be back because they dont know what they are doing. He had nothing to say. After I left and was on my way home, once I hit 55mph the car started shaking because of the wheel weight they knocked off and then not putting back in the correct place. I got home and called and told them about the shake and the manager told me that there was nothing they could do about it and it wasnt their fault the wheel weight fell off in the first place. I told him if you werent throwing tires around like you did the maybe the weight wouldnt have fallen off in the first place. I asked the manager what should I do about the shake and he said well just go get it fixed. He never offered me an apology or any means of fixing my car just told me that its my responsibilty because I brought the car to them. They cannot control what goes wrong. I contacted corporate about the whole situation and all they had to say was they work on so many cars a day mistakes are bound to happen. They still didnt offer an apology or any remorse about what they had done to my car. I will never go to another Jiffy Lube ever again because of this incident.

I went into here today for the first time for an oil change. When I gave the employee my keys, I explicitly told him that my drivers side door handle was cracked and that you had to gently pull up on it and then pull up on the latch under the handle to get inside. He told me he understiod and then I gave him my keys.After my oil change was over and I paid for everything, an employee drove my vehicle out of the building and I didnt think any more of it.Later, after I got home, I tried getting back into my truck but I couldnt because they had clearly torn my handle so bad that it wasnt connected the the latch underneath. It looked like someone clearly pulled hard and snapped it.I called them back, fully explained the situation, and was told Id have to call the regional Jiffy Lube customer service center. After calling and explaining the situation again, I was put on hold and told I needed to call the national jiffy lube customer service hotline. After calling and fully explaining the situation for the third time, I was simply told that they wouldnt pay for it. The man told me that even if my door handle was fully functional before I brought it in, they wouldnt be paying for it.In all, after getting an oil change that costs $30 more than Walmart, I have a broken door handle so I cant get in my truck through my drivers side, I wasted my time by making me​ call and explain my situation three times, and I experienced some of the worst customer service. After this experience, Ill never go to another jiffy lube.

I took my new car to Jiffy Lube for a last minute oil change before a 2,000 mile road trip. They were polite and friendly, but got my car a bit dirty. During the oil change they also checked my tire pressure, but apparently they didnt replace all the caps and I ended up losing one and the other 3 were extremely loose. I called them to see if they would replace them and recheck my air pressure in my tires and the Manager was extremely rude to me. I ended up having to pay for 4 new ones because they refused to replace them. Complete jerk! Definitely will never be going back there!

My car smelled like weed after it was serviced here im in the army so that smell definatly cant be in my car i called thier corporate office and after 20 min wait time i was redirected to a voicemail these kids are smoking weed at this location and did a horrible job cleaning my gtr although the oil change was done i wouldnt return to this location besides the weed these employees looked like thugs my wife was afraid her purse would be stolen when we ate at jersy mikes next door so she made sure she grabbed it . grooming is very important in the army so these employees could use a shave and a haircut.

I was in & out in less than 20 minutes for an oil change. Service was great & all staff was very pleasant.

This place is by far the worst business I have operated with. I pulled in just to get my oil drain plug replaced but I didnt have the extractor kit to do it at home and if I did get it out all the oil would have to come out with it. I wasnt ready for that mess and would rather get the plug replaced and continue on doing on my own. I went in for the simple oil change and that isnt possible here. They have to do a bug bullcrap deal, vacuum vehicle, top off ALL fluids and change the oil for $45.99... I know wooow. That is for regular oil too, nothing special. So I thankfully found a groupon code and even then they charged me another $3 and some change for some reason even though I bought the coupon for $26 and it was a $76 job which included all the above and wheel rotation and wiper blade inspection.. ha After the 45 minutes I had to wait just to be spoken to they took about an hour to do the oil. They then brought me out and tried to charge me $5 a quart for radiator fluid but again it was all included. I checked it after I left and it was fine. Then they told me the passenger tail light was out and I had just checked all the lights the day before. I also checked that and they lied! Then you would have laughed at the vacuum job they did... I called corporate to complain and they just told me that they would have the general manager email but havent heard anything. They sure do know how to beat around all corners and abuse customers trust. Im glad I know how to do an oil change because they will talk your ear off to convince you to spend more than what is needed by far and if I didnt know any better I would have fallen for it like I seen the customer before me do. DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE! Well defiantly not this one!
