Made an appointment for 9:30 for an oil change, tire rotation and for them to plug my tire. I arrived at 9:15 and proceeded to wait. In the 7 hours I spent waiting there were many other customers that arrived after me and left before me. While I would have completely understood if it were a busier day it just wasn’t. I had sat there for 5 hours before they even came out to tell me they were just then getting to my vehicle. I spent all day here for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I have previously been here for an oil change and tire rotation on a much busier day and did not need to wait as long. And at the end of it there was no explanation as to why there was such a long wait time. I don’t recommend.

Despite my air conditioning compressor being on back order due to supply chain issues, Marcus kept me informed, provided periodic updates and contacted me to return for the installation as soon as the parts were in. I had ran over a nail after only having my new vehicle for a week. I came in with no appointment. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were able to patch the vehicle and get me out within an hour! They were very professional kept me informed through the whole process.

My service advisor was Amanda. She explained what would be done to my van. There was a hiccup along the way and presented a different satisfactory solution. All in all the work was completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend this service department.
They initially took a long time to acknowledge me. Im fine if no one is able to immediately address me when I arrive, however I did have an appointment. Its understandable that you can be helped immediately, but if the service reps are busy with other customers, they need to inform the waiting customer. Its just a professional courtesy. Most customers understand the technicians are with other customers, and dont mind waiting. But just not even acknowledging them, greeting customers is the answer.
Amanda is always a wonderful service advisor—very detailed and personable.Great place to get my car serviced, just wish they had a reward program. Reward/point system seems to be the way of the present with businesses. It definitely will keep loyal customers and will allow for referrals.
Oil change and tire rotation. Ive used this dealer for routine service on both our Tundra and Lexus GX. For the first time the dealer suggested over 800.00 routine maintenance. I questioned the service writer on the need with 45,000 miles. They told me Toyota suggested the services. I came home and looked in my owners manual. The expensive extra maintenance was ONLY recommended for SEVERE SERVICE vehicles. People who off road etc... My Tundra is a freeway cruiser. I think I took it down a dirt road once? Its anything BUT a SEVERE Service truck. I could have told the service writer this before it was documented I turned down the services. I dont like shady people taking advantage at any time, especially after the year weve all had with Covid!
I basically went in to ask for help setting up my Toyota app on my phone. While I was there the guys in the service department told me to pull my car into the bay in case the car was needed for the app. It was then they told me I was overdue for my first scheduled maintenance. I was like, ok, I will make an appointment. They said, No, no, no! We can do it now, there are only 2 cars in front of you. It wont take long at all. So, thats what I did! They printed out the required scheduled maintenance sheet for me and fixed my app, all at the end of their business day. I just bought another new Toyota, and part of that decision is the service department. I have no other experience than the service department at Wyatt Johnson, Clarksville TN.So thank you!

I live in Nashville and drive to Clarksville because of Wyatt Johnson’s service department. Service is excellent! They always have me in and out in a timely fashion within the timeframe promised. Very professional and I would definitely recommend.
Their service is unbeatable. It never disappoints. They take care of your vehicle like it were their own.
I asked my service advisor if they offered a shuttle back to my house for my other vehicle because I had another appointment at 10:00. He told me they did but not for what I was getting done. He said it would only be 30-45 minutes max. I was out of there an hr and a half later and was late for my next appointment. Next time Ill just make sure I can find my own ride back to my other vehicle.
I brought the car in during the night and the morning after they contacted me and told me it could be the battery or some other electrical stuff that would cost money to identify. In the afternoon they confirmed it was the battery and replaced under warranty. Professional and honest!Chapeaux!!
Overall the service I had here was good and fair. The service techs and reps are on point. As well as the management staff. They helped resolve the issues I was having with the service there.I took my truck(1st Gen Tundra) in for a Front axle seal job on both Sides. They were fair on price and were quick with the service. Only problems were with the parts that they had available. Toyota has a shortage of brand parts due to Covid temporarily shutting down their factories. So I had to get an aftermarket part. Witch failed but the dealership was able to fix the issue free of charge and a one year warranty.It was touch and go for a minute there but they pulled through and fixed my aging truck. They will provide the best service you can get on your Toyota. I would just verify what parts you are getting and maybe wait a few months until they can get brand parts. Other shops will have the same issue.So all in all. For complex jobs I’ll go with Toyota service department. 👍
Oil changed, Rotated Tires, ran full diagnostic on system and provided it in writing with recommendations.Set the appointment and received a reminder text immediately.Appointment set for 7:00 I arrived at 7:10 and I’m in line behind 6 other cars.I was told my service would take about an hour so I left it. Darrell called at 7:58 to say “your vehicle is ready” I picked up the vehicle by 8:05Professional, Knowledgeable, Reliable Service!!!
I dropped my car off on Saturday for a 1015 appointment. At 115, I called to get an update. The person who answered the phone could not give me an update and was unable to get in touch with anyone who could. She was supposed to have them call me back, but couldn’t tell me how long it would take. She said if I didn’t hear back in what I felt was a reasonable time to call again. I decided to go to the dealership to get an update. When I got there, they did not have an answer to what was wrong with the vehicle. I was told the car did not get serviced at 1015 “it was in line at 1015, but had just gotten in to be looked at.” I was told they would call me with an update. 30 minutes later they called and said it was something electrical, but they need to keep the car until Monday to figure out what exactly it was. Monday they finally figured out what was wrong with the vehicle and had to order parts. The parts were expected to come in on Wednesday. I got a call on Tuesday stating the parts were in and they needed to make another appointment to have the parts put in. I told them the car was already there and I wanted them to just put the parts in as early as possible because they had already had the car for several days. They had to check into that and call me back. They did check into it and called me back to say the were currently servicing it. Today is Wednesday, I got the call saying the car was ready. I went to pick it up and was given the keys. I asked where it was parked and was told out front. I went out front, but my car was not there. I went back in and they went out front to find it, but it wasn’t there. They then had to go find the car. I was extremely happy with the sales department, but feel the service department is lacking in the communication area. Throughout the whole process they had difficulty giving me an update or knowing where my car was.

Had a 1045 appointment for oil change & tire rotation. Got in and was out approximately 1.5 hours later. This was longer than I thought it should be, as I figured 30-40 minutes to complete. They have a very comfortable lounge/ waiting area so I didn’t really mind the extended wait.
This would be the first time I have been to a service shop at a dealership and have someone actually know what they are talking about. Hermes was awesome. He was blunt and honest about everything and what I need to do to keep my services up along with advising me the correct services that need to be done. From now on I will be requesting him when I need a service done or have question on sevice. Thank you soo much Hermes.

Made a service appointment 3 weeks out. Was supposed to get a courtesy car, call days ahead to confirm and no call back. Walk into service on a Saturday to confirm appointment with courtesy car for Monday, and before I could get words out we dont do loaners on Saturday . Okay, I expected that at this point, so I had made other arrangements. They fix my car, I ask for after hours pickup because I head to work before they open and get home after service closes. They wedge my car between 2 others vehicles in the back of the building, so I had to search for it and wiggle out of the spot. I dont trust their repairs at this point so will probably update when I find the hack job. Wont be back, wont recommend to friends. Toyota of Hopkinsville or Cool Springs for good service, folks.
I recently purchased a used Highlander. After getting home I realized there was a significant sized water leak coming from the back hatch seal. I contacted my salesman and discussed it with him. The next day I took my Highlander in at 11 and was promptly greeted by my salesman. I showed him the area that was leaking and he in-turn showed his manager and they agreed to let someone in the service department look at the seal. My salesman followed up with the service department about an hour later. They had re-secured the seal around the back hatch that had peeled apart. This all took about an hour and I was finished!!! Kudos to the great communication and team work from the Wyatt-Johnson Toyota team.

1st time ever here and the Service was EXCELLENT. I still don’t understand why you have to make an appointment and then wait in line with 15 other cars ahead of you. For just an oil change with tire rotation the price was 🤯 but an hour and half for it to get done in my opinion was unnecessary, specially if I had an appointment.
Went to get a rotation and balance service, along with an oil change. Initially, I called to verify whether they would use my own oil and filter and they said that was not a problem. They told me that along with oil change, since I was a previous customer and had their tires, would have been $61, I assumed $65-68 or so with tax. When I came in, they said those prices were not correct because whoever answers the phone is apparently not connected with the actual service department. So the service tech, Amanda Sans, said that along with another service they offered for fuel economy, was going to be $220 or so. So now I am paying $50 for rotation and balance $50 for the oil change and another $120 for that cleaning/fuel economy service. After I mentioned to them again about my oil and filter, she said it would be $190 or so. When I asked about the time this would all take, she said 40mins as they would do the fuel service at the same time as the oil change.When I received the bill it was over $240, even after a supposed $40 discount which only amounted to $22 off the total (to account for the fact they didnt use my oil and filter, which set me out another $40) and took over an hour and a half. Basically, I was lied to three times, once by the phone service department and twice by Amanda.One would have thought that a dealership would be far more professional than this, given their higher prices for services in this area, but they obviously do not value customers and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I get there and they tell me I don’t need an oil change for another 5000 miles and it’s going to be an hour and 45Minute wait. They could have told me all of this when we made the appointment that morning. They were acting as if I was putting them out of their way. Won’t go back. I’ll go to Nashville.

Ive used wyatt johnson toyota from the beginning as a toyota dealership . Had been extremely pleased until yesterday.Id scheduled an appointment over a week ago for a factory recall and maintenance service that was coming due the time was set for 0900hrs.i was told it could take up to (2) hrs so that was no problem. A little after 1000 hrs. I checked on status it had not been taken to a technician at this point. Service advisor was polite and didnt try to hide the fact.I went and took care of some other issues and checked back a little after 1100 hrs. Still not in. When I left it was sitting out back among new vehicles this this was 2 hrs. After appointment time..so at around 1335 hrs. I was notified by phone it was ready. This was over 4 hrs. Past appointment time so I was very dicusted.If a coustomer is on time and has an appointment time to me thats what it means so Im thinking why have an appointment ? So this is the worst experience Ive had with them. But they did take care of the recall and service properly.

I called at opening because my Check light came. I needed to be finished by 11:30 because I had to be somewhere else at least an hour away from them by 1:00. I was given a 9:15 appointment. I arrived early and they were able to take care of my problem easily and have me on my way with extra time to spare. Everyone was polite and helpful.
They were very nice, professional, the problem was not anything that they had control over. I needed a key for my car and it would cost about $387 for the key and programming it. ( Thats half of my social security check) I couldnt get the key made. ☹️
Always super customer service from Amanda and all of the staff! They keep me informed of wait time and what to expect at the next check. They are always busy, but move quickly to get the cutomers taken care of.

I bought my car used in 2020 and a few months after I bought it the battery needed to be replaced and left me stranded at the airport so I had to call someone to jump me. When I brought my car to the dealership for a battery replacement they informed me that the computer informed the owner that the battery needed to be replaced 6 months before I bought it. When I explained when I bought the vehicle the technician quickly changed the conversation and avoided me the rest of the duration of my service. This is something I fee the dealership should have taken care of instead of having me pay a $250 bill for a new battery after just having purchased the car with full coverage insurance. I then asked the person doing the replacement to please leave the existing battery in my truck after it’s replacement, but they did not reply with that request either. It was a very poor experience for me at the Clarksville Toyota dealership on Wilma.
Received a recall notice about my fuel pump.. total time to replace the fuel pump was 1 hour.. much appreciated

Scheduled appointment for oil change and possible tire rotation. Service advisor initially informed me that oil change was not necessary at this time due to not being 10,000 miles since last oil change. He did state that a tire rotation would be completed. Upon completion of my service, advisor stated he would explain everything to me. He then indicated that tire rotation was not completed because I needed new tires. Purchased the car brand new, a 2019 Avalon with less than 25,000 miles. He then quoted costs to replace tires and pointed out his name should I choose to purchase new tires. Only service completed that day was fluids were topped off. Later after reviewing the invoice, it stated windshield wipers needed replacing and that fuel/air induction system service was needed. The advisor never mentioned any of this to me nor was any of those services performed. I feel like I wasted my time going there since nothing that I thought I was going to get service for was completed nor was everything needed to be repaired explained to me or completed. I just felt disgusted as I left there. This was not the first time this has happened to me. Not acceptable!!

I had a 10:00 AM appt and it took an hour and a half to put a chrome strip on my new Highlander on the the rear bumper. I saw my finished car pull up and no one came to tell me it was done. I had to go up to the desks to ask if I could pay and go. They had one guy checking people out at 11:30. Terrible way to run a service dept.
