Randy was really great on assisting me. We went there the very last minute to cash my mom’s check but since i made a bobo on her check we cant cash it out and i ask if i can try to do a payday loan. He did not turn me down instead he said with a smile “off course we can help you.” This is the best customer service expirience i ever had for a long time. He answer all my question and i keep apologizing cause i kept them working an hour after they close and still he did a great job.

Sh`ree was great!!!! The systems were down and I needed a advance, however she set up my online and showed me how to get cash that way. She went above and beyond as always and needs a raise. We need more people like her in customer service

Got a loan from them when I was in a bind. Then my job got shutdown due to covid. Was out of work for months and let them know I was laid off. Made arrangements to pay and they agreed. Then after each time I paid theyd still take extra money out of my account. Sending my bank account into a negative balance of over 495.00 dollars twice! I shutdown my account after speaking with someone from their corporate office and he checked logs and said yes you had a promise to pay and the extra money should not have been taken out. Long story short now they are trying to sue me. I received a letter from a very sleazy law office. I did the reviews on this office and they seem like a bunch of crooks that dont answer the phone, give you attitude when you do talk to them and refuse to give receipts. Cheadle firm in Nashville. And have the nerve to want me to pay for the crooked lawyers. Maybe they need some publicity on the news . Do I owe Advance, yes. And i will pay what I owe. But they should deduct the 1000 dollars that ended up being overdrafts in my account and accept payments and get rid of the criminal lawform they are trying to make me pay. Its impossible to pay these people back especially when youre not working because interns added everyday like owing money to the mo

After having a very rough day, I went to the Advanced Financial located on Tiny Town Rd. to apply for a loan. Ms. Shree was very professional and very knowledgeable on answering all of my questions, needs, and concerns!!! I witnessed as she took charge on handling the counter windows and as well as the drive through window with persistence. Even when there were a couple of rude customers.....Ms. Shree handled the situations with much bearing and much patients. Needless to say.....by the time I left Advanced Financial; my day turned out to be not so bad at all. I’ve been using advance for the past 4 years to cash checks, the past year had more and more problems. This one specific seems to have more issues, since when it’s 18 dollars to cash a payroll check? On top of that my checks get declined more often than ever.... I’ll be going to Kroger’s instead

Went in for a western union refund with a control number in my name and was denied. It didnt make sense to me so I called western union and they confirmed all I needed was valid ID with control number. I asked the manager to speak with western union rep and he declined. I drove to a nearby Publix and was able to redeem refund without issue. I will not be back to this location.

Briana was an amazing help. Very informative and pleasant to talk to. She helped me greatly and I would definitely recommend this service and location for anyone looking for a little help till payday.

They are a bunch of crooks. My fiance got a loan from there and our baby was born early so she wasnt able to pay due to not working but they keep stealing money out of her acct, after we told them there no longer authorized to withdraw money from her acct.

24/7? Dosent mean workers are always there... 24/7. Empty lobby for about 10 min. Then a girl comes out from watching her shows I can only guess, and waves a child like sign at me from behind the window as if she is now waiting on me... turns out free money orders are only for members... and its costs to become a member. I cant be to suprise that a 24 hour loan place is only out to take your money. This place is so silly, its almost worth just going and looking arround to have a good laugh about it later and a crazy story of money hungry, greedy companies.
