These employees are so rude and useless. Our mail carrier will completely skip giving us mail if she feels like it while she’ll gladly deliver to the next unit of mailboxes. We had big packages “delivered” but have never been at MY door. We’ve had sensitive mail folded, books folded and crumbled to fit in the mailbox. But then they’ll blame the laziness on Covid. Louie the ‘supervisor’ is a clown if I’ve ever seen one. He can’t tell left from right and will blame your missing packages and or mail on living in a “bad” neighborhood. Can’t tell you how many complaints I’ve put in. Waste of these people’s salaries. This post office is the epitome of this city.
Yesterday USPS delivery truck skip my house bc there was car next to mail box. Why didnt you turn around your truck or take off from the truck and put my mail in the mail box? Attempted deliver? No you didnt even try. You must be really in rush right? I attached photo bc there is no video upload feature on google map.
Had a package that stated it was left on my porch the 13th of Sept and the funniest thing about the entire thing is absolutely no mail in my box or porch as the said it was. Poor service and yet we pay their salary waste of my money
Best mail carrier I have EVER had! If my regular mailman forgets to deliver a package on its expected delivery date and finds it later on in his route, he will drive back to my store to make sure that it gets delivered that day. Some of the other couriers are rude and anti-social, but Mike is the best. He truly loves his job and wants to make sure everything he does is done right. Thank you Mike
Always friendly and patient even when there is a line. Ive been using this location for 7 years and have never had an issue with delivery. This week my first package ever was lost. With 48 hours of me completing my package request form they had gotten ahold of me. And then called after the matter was resolved to make sure I knew.
I wish I cold give 0 stars. I have never repeatedly had such awful service with package delivery. Amazon should consider never doing business with USPS again. This reflects very poorly on them. 4 times in the last 6 months when a package is too big to fit into the mailbox there is never a delivery attempt. Only a notice stating that they attempted to deliver. I work from home and so does my husband, there is always someone at my house and we also have security cameras. The mail lady never left her vehicle!

Ive had positive experiences here. The line may be a little long at times and home delivery may take longer than it used to but those issues are the result of larger budgetary problems with the postal service not the fault of anyone working at this location I dont think.
This place is a joke!! ALWAYS putting other people’s mail in my mailbox and delivering mine to the wrong address. You have one job…… what is so hard about getting the right mail to the right box!???

We have been trying to reach the post master for days. You can call 30 times a day and no one answers the phone. Received confirmation of pick up at our house for 9 packages 5/5/21. None were ever scanned when picked up. Says they are pre-transit from 7 days ago! So many issues from this location. Needs new management and postal carrier (hes rude).
Its super awesome when you scan an entire neighborhoods packages as delivered at 7:07 pm but none of us actually received any packages and also sometimes people in our neighborhood will end up with other peoples mail from an entire street in 1 mailbox instead of the carriers actually doing their job and delivering it to the proper houses. Also sometimes when they do actually deliver packages but instead of setting the package down they toss it onto your porch. The worst post office I have ever experienced.
The only thing worse then their in person service is their phone system. Call about delivery problems, blame it on COVID and tell you nothing else can be done. How about tell the mail person to quit giving me other peoples mail because with the frequency it happens I wonder how often my mail ends up at the wrong address. Put the mail in the box, put the flag up, and the mail stays. Maybe I can get in the payroll to do their job.
They are always mis delivering packages in our neighborhood. every single day. They carriers dont care about your delivery at all and the customer service is absolutely terrible. worst experiences you could imagine dealing with these people and the usps 800 number is even more of a joke. We have a new construction house and they are referring to deliver to our residence. We have already had approval from everyone that we can get curbside delivery. (To our mailbox). I am now having to get Internal General involvement. At the end of the day I just want my mail. Why dose this have to be a thing.
Had my PC setup sent across the country, and only half has arrived so far. the box that did arrive had dents and extra tape all over, but the contents were safe because I padded it. most of the time, your package will come damaged if it even arrives at all. just stick to mailing letters and ads, USPS.
Its hit or miss on whether or not I get my mail. Even if it shows on my informed delivery, I dont always get it. If its a package that doesnt fit in the mailbox, good luck on getting it. I fought with them for over 2 months on a package they say they delivered, but didnt. At least not to me. They tried saying someone stole it, but I was home all day and they never even came to my door.
Not sure what they are pulling here. I went a few days ago and sent a matching package, same size, same weight, same items to the same city. Today the charge was $40 more than a few days ago. Employee said that’s the cheapest option.
Absolutely horrific service. I have given them the benefit of the doubt for far too long as most people in my neighborhood complain about missing packages, damaged goods, etc. I received an open, empty package today. I was told by Heather (who has shining customer service skills—please note the sarcasm) to send a video from my front door camera to prove it was opened when it arrived. Seriously?! Bernard, apparently the carrier supervisor was just as unhelpful. I was simply told to file a claim. Let’s see how far I get with that...
I had asked my mom to mail me something (could fit in small envelope) and she understands/speaks English just enough to interact with the public. She grabbed an envelope from the wall, and filled out the address portion. She then got in line to pay for the envelope and to mail the package off. Once she got to the register she was told she had to pay for the envelope first then get back in line to pay to mail it off. She had my one year old with her as well. She said it was a female who told her this. I know this is not how USPS operates as I have sent off plenty of packages (being military) and I pay for everything once I get to the register. USPS please retrain your employees on standard operating procedures and customer service training would help as well.
Been waiting over a week for 3 packages 2 from Amazon prime. I signed up for text alerts and was outside awaiting my second package s I was hoping the first two were just combined when I get a bogus text about animal interference. No animals were out and no mail truck or deliver vehicle was in sight. So unprofessional. I also could not get anyone on the phone for days. Be wary of this service might as well just drive to another state and get it yourself.
Horrible! Had me standing around for 15 minutes to wait around for a supervisor, later to find out there was no superior there. These people should find different work.
There is a reason why this post office has poor reviews. For starters this isnt the post office that delivers to my house its typically a different location. I had ordered cosmetics online, and for whatever reason it was sent to this post office. I get on the informed delivery saying it was delivered Sunday and left on my front porch, and it wasnt. So I call the USPS number on the informed delivery site to let them know that it wasnt and they say they will contact me in one business day. This location calls me yesterday, and they need me to provide the tracking number so I provide it the lady says the carrier delivered it to another house, and they would get it back and deliver it to my house. She states she will call me in the afternoon when she called it was 830 am. The whole day goes by, and nothing. So I call this morning, and let the person know that answers that I am following up on my package. Same lady answers and says they went to that persons house were it got delivered, and they wouldnt give the carrier back my package. The lady then says I need to call who I ordered it from to get my refund. What upsets me is the fact that I need to call the cosmetic company for a refund when the post office clearly admitted it was their fault not who I ordered it from. The post office didnt even call me back like they said they would, or apologize for their mistake. I am so happy I dont have to deal with them, because I will make sure I no longer order from the cosmetic company so this doesnt happen again!
Post office didn’t deliver our package because they said “the mailbox was full” even though the package is incredibly large and would never fit in the mailbox. It should have been placed on the front door but they just drove past. No one is picking up the phone to fix this situation. So frustrating.

I received 2 of my 3 boxes. This is the second time my IPSY box has NOT been delivered. I am so tired of this. Calling them does nothing. They dont return my money and act as if nothing has happened.
I received a text message from USPS saying my package was out for delivery at 0610( that way was 2 days ago). No package arrived.Yesterday I received a text from USPS saying awaiting Delivery scan( that was at 1210am). So how does a package go from being out for delivery to awaiting for delivery? Forget trying to call them no one wants to take responsibility!

Wish I could give 0, I mailed package 11/9 and it still say in transit, when you call can’t reach anyone and with my work schedule hard to get up there, shouldn’t take over 2 months and package still haven’t made it to its destination, I will be coming up there asking to speak to manager.

My package was supposed to be delivered today according to the tracking information but when it wasnt I checked again and now its saying there was a delivery attempt and its now being held at the post office at the customers request. I never requested it to be held at the post office and there was never a delivery attempt made.
My package was stolen by USPS and i filed a complaint, they just called me and told me they were refusing to assist me in the manner and that it is not their responsibility to maintain the security of packages shipped by USPS. it should be noted that Under United States Code 18 Section 1708, federal mail theft is a felony. If you are charged with mail theft, you could face up to five years in federal prison and fines of up to $250,000
Mail carrier delivered in parcel locker but did not provide the parcel locker key in our actual mailbox and I am still waiting to get my package that says delivered a week ago. Spoke to supervisor and was no help I am still waiting to get my package that I needed before leaving town this weekend.
Received a USPS Informed Delivery email showing I would be receiving an important piece of mail last week. FedEx driver stopped in front of my house to deliver a package. As hes getting the package out of the back of his truck, the mail carrier drives right on by without even touching the brakes. Got a call today from the sender of the mail I was expecting. It had been returned, saying it was UNDELIVERABLE!Considering that some people are still receiving stimulus checks through the mail, Id say thats pretty awful service. I can only imagine how many of those checks have been returned due to mail carriers like this man.
Very friendly and moved at a swift pace, also get the job done. Great! Post Office Employees job is not as easy as people think, and sometime we got to be patience, because its alot they have to do, but it got to be team work. Got a delivery notice that my package was delivered. Sent my 18 year old to the mailbox to grab it, not there. Went to the post office to find out what has happened and was told that my carrier is out and her replacement has messed up everything up. No-one offered a suggestion on how to fix the problem. Thankfully the company was kind enough to send me a new package. 2 weeks later I get a letter from my insurance company saying they are dropping us. I call to find out why and they say they have sent out 3 letters... yes 3 letters, requiring 3 pieces of info. I never received any of the 3 letters. Luckily I received the last notification so that I could correct the situation before our insurance was cancelled. This is a great job with great pay and great benefits... if it cant be done correctly, I am absolutely positive someone else would LOVE to have that job!
As I live and breathe. I am standing inside this post office as I type this and I have NEVER been on the receiving end of such horrid customer service. I arrived 5 minutes after they opened for the day to try and track a package that is in the wind. Gentleman behind the counter tells me he cant give me any information on the package because the recipient name is my wifes and not mine. Cool. I can understand that. So, I explain the situation and he refers me to a supervisor and has me wait until one shows up at the door I was told to stand by. 20 minutes later one finally arrived only to have me write down the tracking number which hed grab when he got back. That was ANOTHER 20 minutes. This is what weve come to as a federal organization. What should have taken 10 minutes tops has taken 50. Unsatisfactory.

I had a package missing and they were to provide the tracking information of the exact location where the package was scanned vs where it should’ve been. They were courteous and professional. I then took that information to my correct post office which is now on that matter.
Long lines, rude service attendance, they quote you wrong prices then change the price. Every time I go in I see them arguing with a customer. They seem to have no care for service or our mail. If you can go to a different post office, do!
Put a hold on my mail due to packages being delivered and didnt want neighbors to steal as this as happened before. When I came I. To pick up some of the packages I was asked if I wanted to still hold my mail I said yes and explained why. They took the hold off. The next day I used the informed delivery app after placing yet another holiday on my mail to track a package and it said held at office I went to pick up just to find they had no idea where it was and couldnt reach the carrier to see if she had took my mail with her even with it being held and they could not reach her. Im still waiting on my packages!
My package was not delivered as it supposed to be, Ive checked the tracking number and found out that there was someone who tried to deliver the package but I was not home, also I didnt get any information that someone was at my house, I came to the office only to discover that package I was waiting for was sent back! At the office manager - Julie told me she will take care of everything and she will call me back not later than Friday once she will talk to the person who was responsible for delivering. Of course she didnt call me back
Service member stayed one whole day waiting on an important package refused by Clerk and postmaster to retrieve package. Service member stayed back one whole day hoping they could retrieve package due to shipping disposition. I was told we have a policy we cant give you your mail out the window so youll have to go to your house and sit and wait on it till noon when gets there.This is the same post office that consistently delivers other peoples mail to the wrong address. Then relying on neighbors to do the right thing. Im pretty much done helping them out. Even after I showed my orders and timeline.
I have never had a problem. They are always awesome when going into the office. And I always have stuff delivered on time and in perfect condition. I had 1 thing not show up on time but it wasnt a guaranteed date and it did show up, only 2 days later. First time and only time that has ever happened here.
My postal carrier is one of the best i have known. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is first rate. She should serve as the best example of what every carrier should strive for!

My regular mailman is the absolute best. He has a wonderful attitude and always treats my me and my mail with care. Ive lived at this address for 11 years and ive been lucky to have him as my mailman this entire time. Thank you Willy, youre the best!

Mail woman scans all packages as delivered in her truck, then doesnt deliver them until days later because she doesnt feel like carrying things that day, meanwhile the items I paid for sit for as long as they feel like holding them. Absolute garbage customer service, myself and my neighbors have complained multiple times and nothing is done. Why pay for a government mail service that is outclassed by every single private enterprise?
Mailed a package 3.5 weeks ago. Still hasn’t been delivered to its destination. Each day it says it will be delivered on that day and then it gets updated to the next day. You call the number listed and it’s an ivr that doesn’t allow you to speak with anyone.
Although the Post Office is usually very busy, the employees are always courteous, helpful, and professional. They do their best to get customers taken care of as quickly as possible while at the same time making sure the customers needs are met.
I wish I knew a better way to compliment my mail man. Hes amazing, friendly, always greets my two year old... He drops packages off at my door often. I do a lot of online shopping, so its frequent. I live on Green Acres, so the man that delivers in my neighborhood. I hear such horror stories from friends whos mail person gives them the dreaded slip because they dont feel like getting out of their truck. Im just so thankful to have a mail person that cares about his route.
This location NEVER answer the phone! Takes forever to talk to someone..and carriers leave packages out on porch or in a hallway of an apt bldg for anyone to steal! Been told for 3 yrs DONT DO THAT! the men carriers are useless! The lady that retired she was awesome! I hate my carrier!!
Sure, the USPS is my preference when it comes to shipping packages to eBay customers, but I am at a disadvantage when the office closes at 4:30PM and I get off work at 3:30PM. It baffles me how a government service can close so early and still expect to make money. No wonder people go for private delivery services like UPS and FedEx instead.
I would’ve given this post office negative number of stars if I could. The lady “lead clerk” was very rude and unprofessional. She shouldn’t work at any public service industry with such nasty attitude. Also, the manager couldn’t control the situation when the complaint was made. This facility needs a major reconstruction.
I don’t usually write reviews but I felt overwhelmingly compelled to relay the disaster(s) that have occurred involving this specific post office. Not once, but thrice, my packages have been delivered to the wrong address! I have yet to receive any of my lost packages. All cases have been unresolved.
I came in to mail out a package to Mexico the woman refused to let me come up to the front to ask questions about what I need I went threw the line twice with a fussy baby and ended up getting my label ripped off that I got yelled at to put on and it was all wrong after I went threw the line twice and then she saw I was mailing to Mexico and it was all wrong. All I wanted to do was mail out some Christmas presents and I couldnt do it all again. This post office customer service is the worst! I really miss my NY post offices!! I will never go here again after being so embarrassed.
Waited all day for a package, we check the mail box several times thru out the day as well to verify if postal services was running but nothing. So after dinner we go to check the mail and sure enough theres mail and a small package (not the package we were expecting) in the mail box but nothing else. At7:22pm we get an email from Amazon notifying us that a delivery attempt was made and that a Notice was left. GUESS WHAT?!?!....NO NOTICE was left. NO ONE RANG THE DOOR BELL NOR KNOCKED ON THE DOOR, we have a dog and she barks at the sound of someone coming up the step but not tonight because no one came up those little steps. Our security camera shows that the driver never came out of the truck. Amazing!!😡
Knowing I was going to be out of town on business for over a month, I decided to go to the post office to pay for my p.o. box prior to leaving. I was told that I couldnt pay until I was within 30 days of the renewal date because their computers arent set up to take payments early. I got back from my business trip a couple days ago. I go into the post office to pay for the p.o. box only to find out that it was due last week. They changed the lock and have assessed a fee on top of the normal cost if I want to keep the box! And when I explained my circumstances and that I tried to pay early, the postal worker gets all rude. Also, they dont waive the fee.The post office refuses to take payments early and has zero flexibility with their customers. Is it any wonder why they are more than $10,000,000,000 in debt. I cant stand the post office! Im getting a box at UPS or Mailboxes etc.
Ive had 3 packages delivered by them now and they dont even deliver it. What is the point if i just have to go to the post office to pick it up?! Mail is constantly late. It took over 2 months to get a letter that was post marked in MI to get to my house. I have a certified letter that no one made an attempt to come to my door to deliver. I put in a request for re-delivery, got a confirmation email, but I guess since it was sprinkling this morning that carrier doesnt have to do their job. Mail person broke the handle off our box and threw it in the yard as my husband was standing outside (we have a newspaper spot under the box it could have been set in as well). Ive gotten several packages that belong at other houses that have the same street number DIFFERENT STREET NAME or same street name different number. I just hope my my neighbors appreciate honesty in people because only God knows how many packages weve lost due to this VERY RUDE and inconsiderate post office
My mailman is the best! But when he takes a day off our mail gets lost. My husband has cancer and his familys church sent us gift cards. We got the envelope and someone opened it and took all of them out! And now I ordered a shirt and it got dropped off at someone else house! Not happy.

This is the worst service ever, its like once a month I have this same problem about getting my items. When the normal delivery man works, hes early, nice no problem. Soon, as he off and they have new people. Omg! At 7:45am 6-15-2017 email states out for delivery now @4:39pm I receive another email that an attempt was made. How?!! You didnt even ATTEMPT to knock on my door. You just put the mail along with the attempt made card in the mailbox. So, I sat here all day waiting on a package for nothing. Yall need to train them better or ride along for them to be supervised. This is just unnecessary, its shouldnt be that hard or take all day to get my mail. And this is not the 1st time this has happened. If I could give a half a star I would and dont even deserve that. Smmfh.
There online doesn’t have many options like I accidentally put the wrong zip code 37043 an suppose to be 37042 and I can’t find how to change this online so I called an had to go there robot now I’m listening to music would say I’ve been waiting for 50 minutes so I think I’m not about to get someone on this phone.
Package says it was delivered but it wasnt. i was sitting in my driveway the entire time and i saw the mailperson put a letter in my box not 2 packages. 30 minutes later i got a text that said package was delivered so i get out of my car and check. nothing but 2 letters and ebay package from the previous day that was shoved tightly in my box which make the delivery lie more incredible. this is the 2nd time they have lied about delivering packages to my house. a year ago they literally delivered an open bubble wrap envelope to my mail box. all the contents were visibly missing as the envelope was literally missing half of the envelope!

USPS is the worst. The drivers are too lazy to get out of their vehicles to do their job. When you call the office to see why you didnt get your package all the want to do is argue with you. Absolutely terrible. I was told my package couldnt be delivered because someone else animal. After 4 days of waiting still nothing so I called and was told by the manager they would take care of me. Then I call in to pick my paclage up and and she tells me I cang pick up they will send it out today. Then after arguing with me she proceeded to hang up. This post office SUCKS!!!!!! My letter carrier is soooo lazy twice, that I have had to come to the post office to pick up items, because he didnt feel like walking the stairs to my apartment!!!! No one to complain to!! Now just as of last night, been waiting waiting waiting for a package and come to find out, he didnt attempt OR leave the slip to come to the post office to pick it up!!!!!! the only reason why i gave it a STAR is because it wont let you post the comment unless you do
Awful customer service!!! I ship at this post office regularly and Christiner is so rude and anti social with any customer who is not african american. She flips my boxes and inspects my packages looking for something wrong and doesnt even ask me if there is anything liquid fragile or perishable ect... Just short and very rude Ive watched her greet customers who are african american with a totally different atittude!! This woman is despicable!!! All the other workers never give me a problem just this woman avoid her or this office in general if you can.

Drivers never seem to want to get out of the vehicles. I get online messages that attempts have been made, or notices left. When no one ever was at the house and nothing was left. Over the last couple months I have had packages showing as delivered by tracking number, only to show up 3 or 4 days later. When I spoke to the supervisor of the location (Louis Seira) he gave me an excuse that there have been numerous postal thefts in the area. I told him that it does not account for packages showing up days after it shows as delivered. And a couple times I have been reimburshed by sellers because item was never received. He seemed to only be worried about covering for his drivers instead of resolving a problem. I have since attempted to contact the Post Master for the area (Jayce Bird) who either always has a busy line, or never returns the numerous messages I have left his secretary (Christal) to contact me concerning this matter. The USPS has really gone down and is no longer reliable.
I keep getting “attempted delivery, left notice” messages for my packages and this is bogus! I’m home all day and I have not even once received a “notice” of attempted delivery and my mailbox and house are not blocked in the slightest!

We used to have an amazing lady who went above and beyond, even lecturing me about the cold when I was out there waiting for her bc I forgot to sign up for a pickup but really needed to catch her and told me to leave a note on the box and she would walk to the door. She was polite and grateful and i enjoyed letting her know how appreciative we were bc when we were here years ago, the old mail lady wouldnt deliver our packages or would chuck em down the driveway in the rain. Now we have had 3 different people and problem after problem with getting the right mail to the right home. At lest 2xs a week, Im getting someone else mail. Today, I received 3 pieces of mail for 3 different address, none of which were mine. I called to let the Post office know. As I was explaining, They put me on hold, to which I thought I was going to speak to a manager, but instead they surprised me and stuck the driver on the phone(who did not introduce himself so I thought I was talking to a manager at first) . I only realized it was the driver when He told me he didnt even stop at my house today which was a bold faced lie bc My son was actually out there when he pulled up and I literally walked all 3 pieces of mail down the street, ranging from next door to 8 houses down. Then he apologized after I got upset about the lie, and said he would pay better attention. Ive had to hand deliver mail several times and honestly, I have some pretty rude neighbors who dont like me knocking on their doors to do the neighborly thing, and look at me like Im tampering with their personal belongings. I thought it was presorted, so Im not sure who is at fault, but I def did NOT appreciate being called a liar or being put in a situation of confrontation on the phone like that! now Im wondering who is getting MY mail and not being as kind about it as I am because Im guessing I cant be the only one experiencing this issue!
I moved on the 15th of September i put in a change of address and have never received anything yet it is now the 9th of October Ive tried calling but the phone is always busy i call the 800 number to file a complaint i finally received a call from the post office on the 2nd and they made a big deal out of it then nothing since this is by far the worst post office i have ever delt with by far if i could give them no stars i would
Today I went to put my mail on hold, and the MANAGER LUIS SIERRA, advised me that its illegal to put my mail on hold more than once, he explained to me that just like I cant run a stop light I cant put my mail on hold more than once he proceeded to be rude in which I didnt take that lightly, and he said He could get loud along with the sidekick Tanto Julie Rounds as his hype man, I cannot wait to talk over why someone who serves their country cant put their mail on hold.. Hmm..
I put a hold on my mail..went in to pick it up and had to deal with the most despicable woman I have ever met.I have never been treated so disrespectful by any professional employee in my life.Our mail is NEVER delivered correctly or on time.....my husband and I are mechanical insulators and our checks come in the mail....they never come on time.WE HATE THIS USPS...AND WE HAVE LIVED IN ALOT OF DIFFERENT PLACES THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE THE WORST!!!!
Irritated if you do not get out of your truck to leave a slip then you did not attempt to deliver the package. There should be no reason why you can not get out and deliver the package. Especially when it is supposed to be delivered on a certain day and doesnt need a signature. And cant get a person to talk to after 4. Hoping the redelivery automated system works.

On several occasions my mail has been left in my mailbox with my flag up for 3 days in a row. I watch the mail carrier on camera not taking the mail with the flag up. I dont get it. Stop being stupid.
