Robert is extremely professional, knowledge and friendly. My HDMI port on my video card was having issues and he quickly got it resolved. He went out of his way to rearrange the placement of my motherboard as well to allow for better ventilation. This was my first visit and he didn’t charge me as a first time courtesy. He has my future business for life and I recommend anyone in need of his services.

Robert is great! Hes extremely knowledgeable about computers and fixed my laptop at a very competitive price. I bought a laptop that I didnt realize was broken from Cash America and was making due, but a few days ago the charging port broke. I called around and got quotes from other stores with base fees upwards of $120 and a week turnaround estimate. Robert fixed my laptop for about half that price and within 2 days! Hes very nice and gets the job done and is honest about whats going on with what you need fixed. Will now be my go-to repair guy when I have computer issues!

I took my computer to Best Buy in order to get it fixed. They charged me 100$s and didnt fix my problem. This guy took 30 mins to look at my computer, tell me what was wrong with it, and fixed it in an afternoon for $50.00. Computer runs great. This guy is the best in town!

Hey, Robert. Remember me? The guy who was traveling through and needed my laptop fixed because it was heating up and shutting down, but you sold me the used Toshiba which was supposed to get a knew hard drive but instead, you put my old one in. Well besides every time you start the laptop the disk check comes on and you have to cancel it, ( which you knew about), It no longer works. After the start, it just goes to grey screen. Oh well, live and learn. THIS GUY IS NOT HONEST!!He told me a price of $125 and then after he had my laptop and started transferring all of my files, he calls me up and tells me he wants more money. I refused so i believe he used my Wells Fargo credit card and bought software from Nordstrom for $129.00, I got it back. (I have copies of my statement if anyone wants to see, purchase made the same day he worked on my laptop and it was from Clarksville).The other reviews have to be friends, because no way is this guy honest. As a matter of fact if you go to his house there are cameras every where like he is afraid someone is going to be after him because he is such a rip off.PLEASE, GET YOUR WORK DONE BY ANYONE BUT ROBERT and if you do, and get taken like me, I WARNED YOU.Let me hear your answer to this Robert. Not amused. To remove viruses, he installed a FREE software that anyone could use.Did however fix my minor hardware issue.Lied about ordering parts for another laptop repair, for two weeks.Good for basic hardware repair I guess, otherwise I would avoid.
