Very fair computer repair. No diagnosis fee and the part that needed to be replaced was not marked up. I was very happy with the amount of labor I paid considering what I got. If I were to do this at a Best Buy Geek Squad it would have cost about 2-3 times as much. Repeat customer for life.

I really liked this place! The staff is really friendly and kept me up to date on everything that was happening with my computer. I didnt have the money to get every single last thing fixed, but the most important things got done and Im really happy that my laptop is back and working again! Im even happier that it didnt take a full week to get everything repaired! Ill definitely be heading back there if I ever have any other problems with my computer!

I would give 10 if I could. My laptop quit in the blink of an eye and I took it to 3 repair places before taking it to Ingram. First one was Office Depot and they said that couldnt identify a reason for my laptop collapse and if I wanted further investigation then it would cost me $300+. I decided to go to other repair places and went to best buy next. They turned me down because I didnt have an appointment. Then I went to N & F Computers and first he suggested that it was just my screen and then that it was the motherboard and it is time to buy a new laptop. I went back home and was lucky enough to be passing Ingram. I pulled into their parking lot and guess what? They fixed it in 5 min. Matt simply pushed the reset button and held it for 10 sec. I came back home with a working laptop. Thank you Ingram!

My employers internet connection went on the fritz out of nowhere. After THREE different techs from our service provider couldnt diagnose the issue, one of them suggested Matt. It had been 48 hours in the dark by the time he showed up and Id become frustrated and hopeless but he saved us. Not only was he knowledgeable and diligent, he was friendly and understanding. I brought in 2 very old and unusable CPUs, and asked Ingrams to try to recover the pictures. They were able to recover almost all of both hard drives, Yay! Mrs. Ingram was friendly, professional and helpful. They nailed the big 3: The job was done correctly the first time, the price was fair and competitive, and the customer service was great. I will be a repeat customer, bringing in my laptop next month.

I took my computer in for repair and they seemed nice enough, but I had a problem with something he had added and Matt did not return my phone call. I left several messages. I would not recommend his services because when you are in a business that is poor customer service when you fail to return calls.
