I have to rent vehicles frequently for my company. This location is the best in the community. Ive always been given an incredibly high level of service. Wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

Argenis and the other young man (I didnt catch his name) are absolutely amazing! My sons grandma passed away and after paying for a car from hertz just to get denied the car for not having a credit card, (which I have rented from them A LOT without ever needing one) these gentleman were a life safer! I didnt think we were going to be able to get home to Wisconsin for the funeral and because of these angels we are on our way home! I know I said thank you a gazillion times yesterday but from the bottom of My heart THANK YOU!

Absolutely the Best!!! I have been renting with enterprise for years and this specific location truly is EXCELLENT! Mr. Salazar is VERY professional and is OUTSTANDING when it comes to meeting your needs or answering your questions (No matter how many, believe me I had A LOT) and all the while being KIND in the middle of a busy day!!! He really helped me out in a pinch and it literally SAVED my week, I have no idea what I would’ve done otherwise! The day we picked up our rental, the staff was friendly, quick and efficient. We were given the choice between 2 vehicles (we needed enough room for 2 car seats) and we were very happy with our choice. Good mpg and clean.We returned on a Sunday (the office was closed) but this location offers drop off service. I took my pictures and video and dropped the keys in the return box. My account was correctly charged. No muss, no fuss. I will definitely rent from this location again.

If you are looking to rent a vehicle, short term or long,, this location great. I have been renting cars for work since January. Enterprise adapted with the changes that covid bright and made sure I was always taken care of. TJ, a manager at this location, is always helpful and friendly. He does everything he can to make sure your experience is perfect.

Enterprise always a great choice! Never really limited on vehicles unless you wait last minute! The staff is just awesome! They always make sure I leave happy and satisfied!

Always an easy and simple transaction. At first the size SUV I wanted would not fit, they upgraded me and gave me a discount. There was a little wait which is to be expected. All staff were friendly when it was your turn. Walk through was patient and even after finding Knicks on the windshield, they still took care of me. Thankful, I can always trust enterprise

Picked up a rental for a business trip and TJ went out of his way to find a larger vehicle that suited my needs. Couldnt say enough good things about the customer service.

If brains were dynamite they would have teouble lighting a cigarette. It started off well but went spiraling down from there like a Peanut backed Brown Trout on its way to Septictown.

I have rented from Enterprise for several years but their customer service has gone down hill. They are rude uncaring and non professional. I will never rent from them personally and I will look into whether or not I have to use them professionally.

We have rented from Enterprise for years and I am sorry but the customer service and the cleanliness of the vehicles has gone so far down hill that it has become the NEW NORMAL! It is unacceptable and I hope that someone from Enterprise will address this at all locations and help correct it.

I reserved a mini van a week before my trip, online and picked it up at the location i chose. No hassle no fuss. On the road 10 or maybe 15 mins later. Drop off was even easier. Thanks Enterprise.

Clean vehicle, smelled nice and not of smoke, reasonably priced, and quick and easy pick up and night drop hours availability.

Car not ready for scheduled pick up. Had to wait over 40 minutes. Car fine. Employees were friendly.

Great service at pick up. Mr Tubman was very courteous and accommodating. The car drove well and I had no problems.

When I got there, there was a sign in marker that said no parking. I asked what I should do. They told me they could pick me up. I told them I was in a hurry but lived 5 min away. They said it wasn’t a problem and they would be there in under 20. It’s been an hour and I’m still waiting.

I have rented from this location several times. The people are super friendly and helpful. I have always got a clean car and never had any issues with the cars. I also always get the the insurance they offer to cover the car completely. Yes its a bit costly but it gives you peace of mind knowing if anything happens you dont owe anything for damages.. I will continue renting from this location. Thanks Ladies in the office for excellent service!!

Ive rented numerous cars and trucks from this company until today. Asked me to show them a utility bill, I do, but because my service is TEC and not a big company like Verizon they wouldnt accept. So no rental, vacation ruined. No longer spending 500 to 1000 at a time with this company.

Everyone is super friendly. They will try their best to accommodate you. The cars I have gotten from here have been smoked in or not the best. I have rented here twice. The first time was my fault in booking the wrong class. They are very understanding and try to make things right for me.

Ive always had good experience with this new location. The building is very nice and clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. They have very reasonable rates for rentals.

Had to use Enterprise due to a car accident. They were very friendly and always kept me updated on when the rental was due back. Once I returned it they were nice enough to give me a ride to the body shop. I would definitely go to this location in the future if needed.

After a total loss accident, we called every Enterprise in Clarksville and the one in Ft. Campbell, KY. They told us that they could NOT accommodate us because of fall break, they had vehicles but we would have to pay to upgrade. We have been GEICO members for years and know that Enterprise is a preferred rental company for their customers. When we called the 41A location we were told YES we have a vehicle for you. Denzel was very helpful and did apologize for not having a compact but upgraded us free of charge, letting us know he understood how hard it can be after an accident and having to deal with a total loss of a vehicle. The staff and location were amazing and so very helpful. We will definitely be looking there for any future rental needs.

AWEFUL. The customer service was not helpful AT ALL!! They need to rethink their policy on one way drop offs. We flew to New York to help our kids move to another state. Our son is in the service. We then needed to rent a car to go home and we got redirected. Enterprise does NOT do a very good job working with other locations. After all that we were notified it would cost as much as a STINKN airline ticket.... THANKS ENTERPRISE FOR YOUR HELP!!! 😒

Great people and top service. The only negative is they dont have full weekend hours or an after hours key drop. If they had a key drop, Id give them the 5th star.

This is my new go to Enterprise. I was under a dead line to get a vehicle and I totally dropped the ball in not making a reservation. When I got to the 2nd street Enterprises they did not seem enthused about helping solve the problem getting a vehicle they gave a canned response we may have a car by end of day the lady at the counter did try and make a few phone calls however when she was calling she didnt want to be on hold so said he is going have me on hold for 15 minutes and I dont want to wait. So I left and started calling and did a quick google search and I found this Enterprise. We quickly drove over there and was helped by the young man. They also had no vehicle at that time but he looked and took the time to help. He did have a vehicle that was waiting to be cleaned. I decided to go with it. Our trip was saved and when we returned the lady was very nice and was what you would want in a customer service. When you go somewhere that is service based when you take your time to help and no act annoyed you will make a customer for life....

I used to work at enterprise and I have loyalty to enterprise. This location did no honor the reservation I made online. They did not have the inventory and refused to put me in any vehicle. They claim great customer service and going the extra mile and its UNTRUE!I called another branch in Clarksville and they were very accommodating and never made any excuses. If you ever have customer service issuesalways ask for the branch or area managers. Enterprise is supposed to maintain and strive for 100% customer satisfaction and boy did they drop the ball today! I will be calling management from the brach up.

Great customer service the associate gunner was very helpful they didn’t have the car that I requested so they upgraded me for free and gave me plenty of extras was very happy with their service use them in the past and will use them again

The level of customer service from Gunnar and the staff at the 41A Bypass location is extraordinary. This is by far the best Enterprise office in Clarksville. If you are in need of a rental, head to the Bypass, you wont be disappointed.

Not very impressed; very small facility, I rented a car the night before and ended up having to pay a ton more for an SUV because they didn’t have anything else. I know it was a last minute rental, but I guess I thought that they could bring the car from the Ft. Campbell Blvd location. Would probably just go to Nashville to the airport to go through the Emerald rental, which is what we usually would have done.

Will, the GM, is one if the best! He will work with you and do whatever he can to help you! Great guy!

I left a pair of high dollar Oakley sunglasses in the visor, call the next day and of course they werent there. My bad for leaving them but even worse on their integrity! They go through detail so I know someone there found them.

Will was polite, helpful and kind. We had a rental as a replacement for our car in for warrenty repairs. He was considerate and capeable. Even working the Saturday before Christmas didnt seem to dampen his demeanor. I hope Enterprise knows what a great employee they have. Car was new, smelled fine, spotless, dentless and had all the paperwork in the glovebox when we were stopped for a speeding warning!

I have nothing good to say about my experience there. Was disrespected and left without extending my rental, like I went in to do. They beefed us to bring the car back first thing sat mornin and theyd give us a different car- long story short, they helped 4 other customers and left us sitting in the shadows. I just you and left n told them they lost a customer w me.

Terrible Experience, I spoke to the office 3 times before driving 2 hours to come rent a car. One time because they said they had a car, then they called back and said they didnt, then the said they found a car for me. and when I arrived, the would not rent me a car because I had a visa debit card...apparently they dont take debit cards, and never mentioned this to me.
