Not often do I leave a review, however the professionalism at this location is non existent. We reserved a vehicle months ahead, get there that day and am told very nonchalantly we dont have your vehcile no courtesy call and extremely unpleasant.

Also known as Maxxxd out towi g and collision. 2 separate businesses. They both are phenomenal. Great people, fair pricing and very people friendly. Max installed my 2.5 inch lift on my renegade. Budget has vehicles for all your needs.

Customer service from the lady at the front desk was warm and friendly. We rented a SUV and it was truly top of the line. The truck was clean and free of smoke...unlike some car rental places I know. We will be renting again from this place the prices are so reasonable.

Friendly service. Quick and easy. Good deal. We used Budget many times to rent cars and always had a great experience.

Only thing I wish they provided is better/longer hours. Bc sometimes it forces you to rent for additional unnecessary days. Which in turn cost more money for rentals and they are the only budget in the entire city. But they have good customer service and are accommodating. The majority of the time they have my preferred car models as well that are in good condition. And I used them over 5 x in the past year. I started using them in 2015.

My family and I had an accident (thanks to a deer) while passing through and they are the only ones who bent over backwards just to help us out. They were very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond the normal duties to make sure we were taken care of. We cant thank them enough! I pray many blessings over their company! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

My first time I rented a car here. I only rented a car for a day. I was paying with a debit card. The employee advised me that they have to run a credit check when paying with a debit card. Huh? Ok. Apparently everything was fine. Rented the car. Brought it back the next day with a full tank of gas. Everything seemed to be fine. I made reservation to rent a car for the next month for a day. Came back the next month. Thinking everything is ok. Well, Everything wasnt ok. Same debit card. Same employee. And apparently this time I couldnt rent the car. Failed the credit check. Huh? Well, the first time they got their money. Second time I didnt get a car. Explain to me how that happened? Because, I dont understand what went wrong. No explanation from the employee. So, I left. And walked back home in the heat, disappointed. I would not recommend budget car rental to anyone.

Not a good experience either. Quoted a rate for the day and asked the clerk about additional cost if returned couple hours later since we knew we would be traveling and have some traffic. She told us no more than 40 dollars more. When returned in Wilmington the clerk there was not only rude but told us he couldnt do anything about it because it was keyed in in Clarksville. Nice way to mislead and misrepresent and in a military town! I would like to give the opportunity for them to rectify the situation or I will make sure the military members know to take their business elsewhere. Social media is a great avenue to keep businesses honest.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I prepaid online to reserve a car but my plans changed and I only had the vehicle for about 2 hours. They still charged me the full price for my entire reservation, the man in the store was rude, then I tried to speak to customer service about a partial refund and everyone I spoke with could hardly speak English. I did not get any of my money back. Go with enterprise!

If I could leave no stars I would. We have rented through budget multiple times over the years, and are so disappointed with how this last time went. My husband rented a truck through budget in Johnson city, tn on Thursday the 5th. The gentleman there was so nice and was such a wonderful dealer. We paid $289 to keep the truck until that Sunday the 8th. We were supposed to have a home ready Saturday the 7th and ended up having to turn it down due to damages and pet odor. We were not expecting it to happen and of course it was on a holiday weekend to top it off. My husband tried calling budget on Saturday only to find they were closed and would be on sunday as well. Tried again to call Monday and no answer. Which we attributed to the holiday. We ended up returninf the truck clean and a little over half of gas on Wednesday the 11th. We knew we would be charged for the extra days but never knew it would be $672 worth of charges. We have literally had to pay $1000 in charges for a truck we never planned or could help keeping, our account is in the negative, we just moved here and dont start our jobs until next week and the staff was way less than helpful. I have called the customer service number and was told the office could refund the amount and let you make payments, yet we were denied that opportunity. We have already had to deal with not having a home on time now this as well. I have called the DM to try and get something worked out. If he cant then I will go higher up in the corporate chain until somethings done. Worst experience ever and unfortunately we wont be back.

Horrible experience--overcharged when dropped off my rental [they claimed the tank wasnt full yet I had just topped it off] --bully tactics were frightening. National office removed the false charges. Ive already written about this experience but it has been posted [4 months ago]
