Amazing Experience!As my wife and I were talking about the idea of getting a bigger SUV for the need of space, we decided to go check for the best offers in trade in and what we could get. Went in to buy a car, early on a Saturday. Jesus came up and immediately began helping me out. Ended up purchasing a 2021 Tacoma Sr. My family and I were treated amazingly. I have to say it was the best buying experience I’ve had. They had chicken and beef enchiladas, rice, beans, all flavors of cup cakes, and they even entered me in a raffle for a chance to win a boat load of stuff. Got to drive my truck home same day, detailed and full tank of gas, and not hungry ( seems like everyone goes home hungry after a day at the dealer, not here folks). This was my second time buying a car as an adult. Over at Wyatt Johnson Toyota, Zachary Sanders eagerly greeted me before I could even get in the door. This salesman emanated a level of professionalism and trust that created an amazing environment to buy a car in not met by any other dealership in the area. I was upfront with him and told him exactly what I wanted, and he did everything in his power to get me in the car I wanted at a reasonable price. The first day I was in, Mr. Sanders was more than forthcoming with the invoice price, MSRP, and ADP as well as complying with an itemized list of costs of the vehicle. The vehicle I wanted wasn’t available at the time I was there so I did leave to shop around. Mr. Sanders maintained an open line of communication with me, even answering my questions about other dealership fees. Best experience I’ve ever had on a car lot!I came into Wyatt Johnson looking to buy/finance my first brand new car, as I’ve always just paid outright for used cars in the past. I walked in the doors with a very specific Tacoma package in mind, and from the moment I did, my customer service experience was exceptional.James took excellent care of me, and didn’t engage in any high-pressure sales tactics. He got me a test drive in the truck I was looking for within 5 minutes, despite these 4x4s being hard to find, and he knew his stuff about the vehicle. He was very open and transparent about the supply chain woes facing auto lots (and their effect on pricing), but was still able to get me the truck I wanted for a price that worked for me.On top of everything, James also didn’t bristle when I asked for a night to think it over, and let me put a low, refundable deposit on the vehicle in the meantime. The next day, he also treated my wife just as professionally as he treated me, shaking her hand and addressing her in conjunction with me, recognizing that this was a joint decision.I will definitely be back here for future vehicle needs, and I’m even going by today to pick up some additional bed options for my truck.Thank you to James and the entire team that made this purchase so easy!

I looked at 2021 Avalon and JJ, the sales manager showed me a ‘19 Avalon. It had more options, 7,000 miles and 10k less. So they focus on getting you the most practical deal instead of getting you into the most expensive car so they can make money. Then they were able to put my wife into a ‘18 4runner limited. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend. Easily the best car dealership in Clarksville, TN and surrounding areas.

I went in to have my mothers van serviced and was kind of browsing around at the cars while I waited and Mr. James Bickford came and introduced himself and offered his assistance. After I looked around I decided to test drive a 2015 Toyota Tacoma. Mr. Bickford was incredibly friendly and helpful with this. After driving I decided I wanted to try to buy it. I did not think it would happen as I have fairly poor credit that I am working to rebuild. Mr. Bickford got my information and after a short while they got me approved at an acceptable interest rate. I was very surprised but happy with their service. I bought the truck with an excellent extended warranty and couldnt be happier. This was definitely the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever had. I couldnt be happier with the service that Mr. Bickford and the rest of the staff provided me. We worked with Benny yesterday purchasing our new to us Toyota Sienna. We initially were not going to purchase anything and just browse for cars, but fellIn love with the Sienna. The car needed a new windshield, new floor mats and the tires were right at 60% but we were able to work a deal to get the windshield replaced, discounted tires and floor mats. The used car looked good, and the only thing that I need to do is put new tires on it, which I didnt realize until later. But I gave them a 5 star because of their professionalism customer courtesy, and willing to go the extra mile to help me get a vehicle that I needed. And they do a 160 point check on the vehicle, if it doesnt pass, they dont pass it off to somebody else which is a rarity in todays time.So time will let me know whether they did the kind of check on the vehicle, for now I have no complaints I am thankful for the vehicle. And I will recommend Wyatt Johnson Toyota dealership; to my friends.

I can honestly say that buying a car here was one of the easiest and best experiences Ive ever had buying a car. Benny was great with understanding we werent there to buy that day, but was there when we had questions. Turns out we did buy a car from Benny because I found the car I wanted, and he didnt go about trying to sell us a car from the start. First: Shout out to Hermes. He helped me tremendously!I went on a 3k trip from Ann Arbor MI to Fort Sill OK. I decided to rotate my tires at 20k near Fort Campbell.Hermes immediately told me there was a recall on my fuel pump, fixed it on the spot (few hours) at no cost. I continued my road trip to Fort Sill and back to Michigan with no issues!Ive own Subaru, Dodge, Ford, BMW and now Toyota......No Brand of Vehicle has treated me with the best customer service literally world wide. I bought my truck in Germany and its the same....World Class customer service when you need it and when you buy a Toyota, its almost like integrating into a family. This is even after being in the Impreza community for many years by the way.Please, do yourself a favor and turn in your non-Toyota for a Toyota. I have two more reviews to write, thats for my Wifes 4 Runner ;)Toyota for ever!If you are military, and you want reliability with all those PCSing moves....get a Toyota!Oh and we have owned our two Toyotas for nearly 3 years, and we have spent only on tire rotations, nothing else.....so maintenance costs has literally been around $40 for 3 years for two 2019 Toyotas....Good luck getting that out of the other brands :) (which you wont)

I went to look at some SUVs not knowing very much about them. I am a recent widow and this is my first car buying experience alone. A nice young man named Cody T. came to greet me. He showed me everything I asked for that they had in stock. Every button or knob that I asked about, he answered or showed me how to find it in the car manual. I told him I really needed to think about all the different options that he showed me and that I would be back in a few days. I thought he would be upset that I wasted his time, but he said he completely understood and would be more than happy to answer any additional questions I might have. He made a lady feel safe and secure and I will definitely be buying my SUV from Cody this weekend. He is a fine young man!

This place is hit or miss. When theyre good, theyre awesome, but overall, I say mediocre. Ive had consistently great service at Bill Wright Toyota in Bakersfield, California. Jaime is the BEST! They just tried to charge me a shop fee for rags, etc. on top of the fee they quoted for the service. Give me a break!

We were on our way to Pigeon Forge from Missouri and noticed our tail light was out. We stopped thinking it would be a quick bulb replacement but it ended up being a wiring issue. Mark in the service department was extremely kind, humble, and caring and made sure we were taken care of. They should change the name Clarksville to Marksville….John (I believe that was his name) the master tech did what he could to get us back on the road when normally it would have been a two day repair. Both guys were awesome.These days customer service is hard to find but we really felt like they were trying their best to help us. Thank you guys for getting us back on the road so we could enjoy our vacation!

I have been coming to Wyhatt Johnson for many years buying or leasing vehicles and every salesperson has been awesome when it comes to the payments that i feel comfortable with but this time Im very sad that this time we didnt get to were i wanted to be in payments having a 815 credit score willing to put a down payment etc the sales managers never worked with even buying a $50,000 truck from them leased to vehicles Toyota Corolla 2022 and a Toyota Highlander Platinum 2021 but want back to see if could down grade the Highlander for a lesser trim line and yhe Corolla still waiting any answers giving me the go around like i said before its not the salesperson its who behind the counter throwing out numbers.

I typically dread the whole car buying experience, but I can not say enough good things about Ami Washburn. She was personable, knowledgeable about the vehicle, not pushy, and just an all around joy to work with. The entire experience at Wyatt Johnson was easy, fast, and enjoyable.

Every one was super friendly and helpful! I loved how they don’t hound you as soon as you pull on to the lot, I was able to walk around and look in peace until I was ready to ask questions. My whole experience was incredibly pleasant, from the hospitality to the friendliness of every staff member I interacted with. Ami Washburn was the sales consultant that assisted me, she was incredibly nice, knowledgeable about the vehicle questions I had, she worked with me to get the best trade in value and deal for my newly purchased vehicle. Between sales consultants like Ami and the great things that the offer such as their life time warranty, I can say this is one of the best places to look at when purchasing a vehicle.

The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because they ran my credit 10 times, other than that I couldnt ask for 2 better salesmen Benny and Joshua Austin for helping me and my girlfriend get out from under a very bad deal in the past. They were very understanding and cared about us and we did not seem like we were just getting screwed we also showed up at 4:30 and they did not complain about staying over to help us get out of our old car although it took several days of going back and fourth. If anyone wants a good salesman use ask for josh with the twins or Benny and you couldnt have any better car buying experience. Missy in the finance office was also a great help, she allowed us to understand every little cost, and hid nothing. Would definitely go back when in need of another vehicle!

I’ve been getting my car serviced here since I bought my new 2020 Toyota Corolla hybrid back in 2019. I’ve never had any problems with getting it serviced since I have my warranty on my car and have a lot of things covered under it . Recently I had some tire damage and went to get my tire replaced since it’s under my warranty and I’ve never had issues with my warranty covering it . This last time there was some confusion with the warranty so long story short I ended up coming out of there with a whole brand new set of 4 tires because that’s what the technician had advised me to do . I went in there with less than 35k miles and the tires were practically new which was what I was confused about . Either way I paid it and left . Thought about what he had told me especially because we asked for the old tires back and we found them to have a misunderstanding on what needed to be replaced. We went back and talked to the service manager which they agreed on the mistake and are now making it right . I appreciate them so much for wanting to make this right and taking responsibility of this misunderstanding and will continue to be giving this toyota my trust and business.

He took his time with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly and with no pressure to make a decision until we were ready. The finance manager, Erica Anderson, was very helpful as well. She did an excellent job of explaining the paperwork for the car in a clear and concise way. Horrible experience here. They try to hide all of the fees on their vehicles. They tried to run the price of the car over $10,000 more than what its worth. The manager treated my wife and I with disrespect, telling us we werent allowed to see the numbers that were tacked on the vehicle. When I asked for the numbers he handed me a blank sheet of paper with 4 numbers on it that did me no justice at all. They were not understanding at all. Very pushy, disrespectful, gave us outrageous prices for the vehicles, and kept us there for 5 hours. After all of that I went to Wynne and Jenkins Honda and purchased a car for a great price. I will not be going back to Wyatt and Johnson Toyota again.

Went to Wyatt Johnson without any real intention to buy unless we were 100% comfortable. We did end up finding the right car at the right price and the numbers just worked. If you go to this dealership, make sure you talk to James and let him and JJ(sales manager) just work for you and with you. By far the easiest car buying experience we have ever had! I highly recommend this dealership over any other dealership in Clarksville!
