This is my first VW that I purchased with the help of Anita. I originally made an appointment to test drive a 2021 VW Jetta S. Anita went over the details and told me about the different models available which led me to test driving the 2021 VW Jetta GLI (way better than the S). I fell in love with the car, she went over all the features (the ambient lighting is my favorite). I traded in my 2016 Ford Focus SE and pulled off in this new 2021.

We told ourselves we would never buy a car here again after our purchasing our Volkswagen because everyone was so unorganized and we didn’t get our new plates until 2-3 months after purchasing the car. But, my husband wanted to trade in his truck for something cheaper and we decided to give them another go. Not even a day after owning the vehicle we got, the brakes are screeching and needing to be changed. It’s headache after headache with this place. Definitely not happy with this dealership. All they care about is money.

We arrived in a beater car and parked in front of the Kia dealership. We began looking around at used vehicles and no one ever came out. We went into the Volkswagen lot and a nice young man, Noah Blaylock, came out to greet us. He was very friendly, not at all pushy, and willing to show us anything. We did purchase a car from Noah and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy new or used.

I started my car shopping a few weeks ago with Anita, she is most definitely the best salesperson I’ve used. Never once did she pressure me or bug me about buying. I drove to Clarksville from Nashville to purchase my new Atlas. The purchase experience was great, the dealership touted its great service and all the benefits of purchasing from Wyatt Johnson instead of in Nashville. All seemed great, then I needed service. One recall, first oil change (allegedly included), a couple minor issues. Service claimed they needed to vehicle for multiple days, service advisor was openly rude, and despite claiming to need the vehicle for days, no loaner. The service advisor told me I could walk back to Nashville, or, I could rent a car (at my expense plus pay for the service. Not exact “excellent service” they brag about. Save the drive, this dealership isn’t honest.

Wasnt really in need of a car but Wyatt Johnson had the exact used car I wanted and it was for a special occasion. Once I decided to take the plunge I was met out front by Felipe. He was super cool and we hit it off instantly. I also admired that he was a U.S. Army veteran. The transaction from beginning to end was seamless and fair. I probably could have been out of there in about two hours but spent almost all day there because I enjoyed talking to not just him but several of their employees . Great experience!

One note about the following review: I expressed the urgency of my request at the time of dropping off the car, due to having to fly out early on Friday morning.I dropped my car off overnight on a Sunday night. It took two days until they brought it into the shop to even look at it. It took another two days until ordered parts could start to be installed. I was left without a car for over 4 days and with no loaner car option.I am very upset since I had to get lyft rides to and from the airport for lack of a car due to this. This meant over $200 in out of pocket expenses due to the slow service on my vehicle.If you have to do service at Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen, I highly recommend being prepared for this kind of outcome. Please consider other options if possible.(Update as of July 6th)I increased this to a two star review, due to the excellent customer service of the service representative, Casey. She has gone above and beyond to try to get the warranty to cover internal engine parts for this repair. I am hoping for an overall better outcome, thanks to her.

I can not understand why it is so hard to get a price on a listed vehicle.Even if you call a salesperson they can not give you a price, they have to check with somebody else and call you back, and even then they act like they are doing you a favor. It is ashame that you have to go to Nashville to get a vehicle.

I’ve been calling for weeks trying to get ahold of someone In finance. We believe we bought the extended warranty from them and have since sold the car. We now what the refund for the unused portion if we did in fact buy the warranty . I just need clarification that we did indeed buy it.Every time I call the receptionist tells me that everyone is busy and no one can take my call. For WEEKS. Ive left my number multiple times and was promised someone would call me back. I asked to speak to a manager, left my info, he hasn’t called me either.I’d go in personally but we are a military family and have moved out of state.This dealership will call and harass hourly when I’mDebating buying a car but now that I’m needing more information it’s crickets.Avoid them.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever i made an appointment to check my car out and asked them how it it will take and they said 2 hours max. So I decided to wait while they check it out and it was like 6 hours later till finally got it in the shop and over 8 hours till I left.Not planning on setting my foot on that place again thanks for wasting my day.

I made an appointment last week to have my 2015 VW Touareg checked today. My appointment was scheduled for 02:00PM. When I made the appointment, I specifically told the scheduler that there was a check engine light illuminated on my display. I arrived today early for my appointed time. The lady at the service desk asked me if I was going to leave it because it was going to be a while before mine was seen. She said there were only one or two individuals at the garage that handled those issues. At 4:00PM I left without my vehicle ever being seen in the garage after the scheduler told me that I would not be able to be seen today.I asked how the situation could have been remedied and was told to request an earlier appointment time. My drive to the dealership was approximately one hour one way. They knew why I was coming and could have easily let me know that I could not be seen today. Not very appreciative of the fact I wasted over four hours.I will not return to this dealership for services or any purchases in the future. Their focus is obviously not on customer service, or they just do not like performing warranty work when the customer is not paying for it.

Worst dealership for customer service ever. Took two days to make our purchase because finance department was so slow. Tried calling later with an issue and no one calls me back. It’s been a week and I’ve tried everyday to speak with someone and keep being asked to leave my name and number only to never receive a call. Will never work with them again and will tell all of my friends and family to avoid them.

Although I have bought two trucks from Wyatt Johnson GMC, this is the first experience with Volkswagen. It was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The process was quicker than others I have, and took right around 3 hours from start to finish. The dealership is well maintained, and very clean. I am a return customer to Wyatt Johnson and am very unlikely to take my business anywhere else.

Krystal gave me the absolute best customer service Ive ever seen.

I’ve been coming over and over to try to change the oil on my 2021 VW Atlas. I tried coming in the morning without an appointment. The person in front desk stated that the car would be ready at 7. That is more than 10 hours from the time I was there. I advise her that I had to go back to work no I couldn’t bc I work in the military base. I came a second time the same parson give me horrible attitude and once again I couldn’t leave my car. I made a third appointment on Saturday I was dealing with a different person she was very professional but I had to wait 3 hours to get my car. I only needed an oil’s change I do not understand the wait. Honestly very disappointed with this dealership I will not be coming here again. I rather drive 30 minutes to Nashville than deal with this issues again.

Horrible costumer service in the service department. The advisors are no help and neither is the manager. They never called us with an update on my vehicle or a diagnostic. Then told us we would have to wait until Monday to know anything because everyone went home for the weekend. It wasnt until we got ahold of the GM that we actually got an answer on a vehicle we knew nothing from 10am-5pm and went without a car all day when that’s my only vehicle. So they were what going to hold my only vehicle all weekend long without tell me anything. If your looking for fast responding and excellent costumer service it’s not here. The VW dealership in Murfreesboro TN is much better and they will take care of you properly.

I absolutely Love Wyatt Johnson service, they always take care of me and offer me food and water even hot chocolate this time due to it being cold. It’s so easy to get it taken care of here they play good music I absolutely enjoy using my lifetime warranty highly recommend it! For real for real ❤️❤️

If I could give their service department 0 stars that would be too many. The experience was nothing short of atrocious. I’m still in my bumper to bumper warranty and have to either pay an outside import mechanic or drive 70 miles to Franklin to another VW service department to get my work performed.I was given 2 different stories on the status of my car by 2 different service advisors. I was also told the recall work was not performed but the tech indicates on invoice it was performed yet nobody has given me a clear answer. I was told by one derive advisor my car was unsafe to drive, could catch on fire and would need to be held indefinitely due to a backup on parts then another service advisor tells me an hour later no my car is good to go, there’s nothing wrong with it. Yet I’m still throwing 2 different engine misfire codes and nothing was done to fix my vehicle in the 10 hours they had it.No communication from the service manager at all regarding this either. Highly disappointed and I can’t trust them. I will be getting rid of my car and buying anything else as long as it doesn’t come from Wyatt Johnson.

He wanted to stop and just look, we pulled up and started looking at it and he saw a salesman heading our way and made a comment like oh jeez here comes someone already but we got so lucky with Josh Walton. He had such a laid back vibe and was never pushy at all. He gave us information we needed and let us look at anything we wanted to. He promptly filled out all the paperwork and made sure we were ok with everything along the way. He made the whole process super easy and it was so pleasant with his laid back personality.
