Everything was fine, somewhat professional, when I asked why an oil change and tire rotation took so long I expected something more than it happens from one and it always takes at least 1.5 hours or more. If that’s true I would have the service department explain that while making the appointment.Overall was great but I would have dropped the truck off and been called once done, not waited, if I knew how long it would have taken

Tim was great at explaining to us what that would entail as for as getting a loan. Unfortunately, the car I went in for didn’t workout, but I was able to get a much better car while getting an even better deal! When we went back to financing we had an easy time with no hassle and GAP was already included in the negotiated price! Recently purchased a Subaru Forester from Wyatt Johnson and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Shannon Moats at the Buick GMC location took the best care of me. The service coordinator Mike Brown was excellent. He answered all questions and was professional. I asked for my used spark plugs and air filter and they didnt forget. Only complaint is that I traveled out of state and had misfires after preformed services. Fortunately I know about car maintenance and knew it had to be something with the spark plugs. Pulled over and found 2 spark plug wires were not replaced properly. That fixed the misfire. Please inform whomever did my service to be sure to double check wires. If that happened to someone that didnt know... it wouldve been a very stressful trip for them.

Tisha worked with Danny in service to make sure everything I asked for was completed after the sale. Absolutely fantastic service. Nick Manzella truly delivered as a salesman. At no point did I feel like i was being manipulated or lied to. I was looking for a newer van. I decided on a Dodge Caravan. I had a few specifics about the van I wanted that I said I would not negotiate. It could not be white, it had to have automatic sliding doors and two other things. They found me exactly what I was looking for. James Cline and Vernon Smith, along with Jerry (whose last name I dont know) were wonderful. My biggest and most important issue was to transfer my wheelchair lift and controls from my old van to the new one. They not only assured me they could do it, they included it in the purchase price, meaning they didnt charge me more than the price they originally quoted. I cannot recommend them and Wyatt Johnson enough.

I have always had a positive experience at Wyatt Johnson. Angel Massa is a great service advisor, he always calls and texts with questions and updates and makes sure Im comfortable with any work being done. If you are in the market for a used vehicle they have a great lifetime warranty and great customer service.

I came in to get headlights and fog light bulbs changed; I called first, while I was in the parking lot, and got the price of the bulbs only. I left my SUV because the tech said they couldnt get to it right away and I understood that. He told me before any work would be done hed call me first, he did. The cost was going to be $456.+ I was like no way, I just called and got the pricing for all four bulbs and it was about $104, so I said I couldnt afford that right now Im on my way. When I got there he told me the service manager told him that he has to charge me $85: $69.99 for labor and $7.15 for parts! Literally for doing nothing...I have two more oil changes with that $179 plan I purchased, then Im done with them. This isnt the first time Ive had a problem just the first time Im commenting.

I would say half of the items I wanted done or looked at weren’t done or on the paperwork. And the staff didn’t even go over the bill with me. I walked in and they said, “ok that’ll be $1,223….. I understand I had a few big ticket maintenance items done but the pure laziness of the staff to not go over the bill does not give you confidence it was money well spent. One of the only positives was that before I left they had a service tech come out and at least clear the debris in my cabin air filter to stop the noise.
