Eddy took the time to explain to me about tint. He is knowledgeable and professional and did a beautiful job tinting my mustang. The back window is flawless. And it’s a very tight fit back there, thank you again for stripping the illegal tint off my car and replacing it with the proper legal tint (I was unaware I had illegal tint on my window) So skip the shady and talk to Eddy! 🚙

Installed our remote starts before they became standard. Tint windows and install a lot of different accessories. Decently priced. A little higher than some, lower than most. Cant beat the customer service. Wish they had a customer waiting area.

Ziebart did an amazing automobile window tinting job for me!!! Looked super nice and professional. Eddie, the owner is a super nice guy and very professional. The tint job he did for me lasted 11.5 years before the window tint started to roll up, which is far longer than I would expect. I highly recommend doing business with Ziebart!!!

2 cars tinted here been 4 yrs and no issues. No bubbles, no peeling and I have been in Tx heat, Va Beach heat and TN weather still zero issues.

I went to this establishment to get my trucks bed liner. They offer the rhino liner here at a great price. From the past reviews and the short conversation I had with the lady behind the desk I chose this place to do the job. The work came out great and with a fast turn around. Ive had it for about 2 weeks now and havent seen any overspray on parts that shouldnt be sprayed and everythings in order.

They are fast! I havent had to get too many car windows tinted but Ziebart was more expensive than some of the other places I have seen. Their speed might be how they justify the cost though. Even at the higher price, I will be going back there just for the quickness.

I had used this business over a decade ago for a windshield repair and was totally satisfied.I went this morning to have a chip fixed on the windshield and was told it didnt need to be done because it was only a surface chip.The business couldve taken advantage of me and did the repair and made money from a job that wasnt needed.They took the high road and were completely honest. Honesty and professionalism like this should be applauded.I knew I had made the right decision over a decade ago with the quality of the job performed. It was doubly re-enforced this morning.Mr. Carlisle and his team are the only ones I will take my glass business to now and in the future.Thank you

I had a window put in my vehicle at this location. The quality of the install was horrible. The black urethane used was left in big globs all around the edges of the window, and the back panel was left unattached. I called and expressed my concern for the quality of their work; I was told that all I needed to do was cut the urethane with a razor. They tried to blame the aftermarket window for the reason the panel would not go back on. I did not want to spend hours finishing the job that they were paid to do, so at their request I took the vehicle back to them. The owner looked and the install and admitted that it was sloppy, but did not have time to fix it. I had to make yet another appointment a week later. At that appointment they worked on it for about 10 min and brought it back, looking the same as did before. I pointed out all of the flaws, and the overall lack of a professional appearance to the owner. In a nut shell he said the window was in and it looked ok to him so he was not going to refund my money so that I could have someone else fix it. To top it all off, the first time it rained the window leaked. If anyone is considering having a “professional install” done by them, and wants to see their “professional work” please contact me I would be glad to send you photographs or meet you in person to see it first-hand.

I was extremely disappointed. I went in for a simple interior detailing and I get my car back looking worse if not exactly the same. I WASTED 4 hours waiting and $98.54 at Ziebart. Never again!

I am in the market for a truck topper. Not too happy. I called Thursday evening to make sure if the hours of operation. The gentleman that answered the phone assured me they were open 8-12 on Saturday. I told them I would be in to talk about purchasing possibly even purchase same day. I am sitting in the parking lot now with cash and there is a sign that says they will re-open Monday. I really do not care what the excuse to be closed is, you told a possible customer you would be open. Looks like Im headed to Bumpus to look at Leer caps.

We took our brand new vehicle to this place to be tinted (took 3 hours), and it bubbled after 1 month. We took it back, and the gentleman agreed it was unacceptable, but seemed bothered with us. He was extremely rude, and told us he wouldnt do a re-tint on Saturdays because it takes too much time. So as two full time professionals, this was a huge burden to have it re-tinted. We had it re-done, and now 2 months later-bubbles and peeling everywhere AGAIN! The only thing I want from Ziebarts is a refund. Dont take your car here.

Drove down on Saturday to check out paint protection. Had hand written sign hanging in door saying closed til Monday. Website has Saturday hours listed..poor way to conduct business.

I needed a part for my car that Ziebart did not carry nor did any of their distributors. The main Ziebart guy called around to various locations, as did the other employee. I left my number with them and they called me back with a company and number that one of their distributors said I could try. Called that company and got my part! Took them to Ziebarts and they installed them in a timely manner (considering they were extremely busy) and were very professional. My experience was great! (the part was a LED Module that goes into your rear reflector lights) They took the time to hear me and to make sure they understood my needs!
