I used this place for a memorial for my mother May 17th. Barbie worked with was and was great at returning calls and information. I prepaid which included a $300 cleaning deposit that I would be returned if left clean. Event went well and Barbie called a couple days after the event and said it was the cleanest it’s been left and they would have the deposit for me the following week.I called and texted Barbie and the owner Mac and no response. I went the to tanning salon that Mac owns as well ( where I met and paid for the event) and it was either closed, didn’t answer calls or the poor staff didn’t have an answer for me and wouldn’t answer their calls either. Employee said that I wasn’t the only one having this issue. Stay away from this place.

Our family has held 2 events here. A wedding and a birthday party. Both were wonderful. Beautiful venue and the owner and staff are easy to work with. We have recommended Cloverland to multiple people and they have always been happy we did!!

I went to view this venue and it was completely trashed. I was looking to rent the house along with the pavilion however I could not even tour the house due to “family being in town”. How does someone expect you to rent a place you can’t see? The lady that showed us the venue was late and couldn’t tell us prices of anything, they were using a person by person quote. However the lady told me she would get back to us within a week with a quote, and let us know how much it would be to rent additional items however I was never contacted back. The pricing on the website is wrong and says linens are included but that was untrue. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

This is a beautiful place!!! If you are looking for a picturesque and romantic place to get married this is one place you dont want to pass up. They can host all your events from bridal showers to baby showers. The manager is AWESOME and she will help you set up all your special occasion events. Just ask for Barbi.
