UPDATE: After my last conversation with State Farm reps, I felt they listened to my concerns and displeasure with their lack of service. One individual I spoke with was very apologetic and reassured me that despite my disabled veteran husband not qualifying for a policy, they would still show their appreciation for my business. I was told that we would receive a gift card to a restaurant of our choice as an apology. Today I checked the mail and received a $5 card for the gas that I spent going back and forth to the office. With the card was a letter stating two options: remove the review or update to their liking in order to receive the gift card I was promised via phone. I do not need your money. Also, I DO NOT plan on changing my review because I still feel the customer service is unacceptable. I also feel insulted and disgusted that they would require a change in my review when the original issue was no contact about a insurance policy for my husband.To begin, it took two drawn out months to only be denied coverage because my husband is a “disabled veteran”, which is ridiculous. My husband and I had to go out on two different occasions and sign the same form to release medical records because the electronic signature online didn’t go through, which was annoying. Also, after speaking with the staff several times I was told that I would receive a call whatever the outcome. Weeks later I went online to check the status of the application and saw that it was denied. We have not received a letter, nor a call explaining what happened. But I guess as a sales agent I wouldn’t waste my time making a phone call/sending a letter either considering I wouldn’t be receiving the business 🤷🏾‍♀️

This office is terrible. They will not return phone calls or do what you ask. They give lame excuses like, their email doesnt work for weeks and weeks. How do you do business without email and why dont you get it fixed? I think they wouldnt help me close an account because they wanted to keep the numbers on their books. I have lodged a formal compliant against him and had to go through corporate in order to get my request processed. There are many State Farm agents in Clarksville, pick another one, someone who will actually service their customers with professionalism.
