I have been looking for better coverage & price for my homeowners insurance & finally found what I wanted. Shannon is my Allstate agent who answered all my questions. She took her time listening to the type of information I received from other agents and then explained in detail what she could do for me. She was very professional & patient (since I’m older now & sometimes have a hard time understanding people).Thank you Shannon & Allstate for offering decent prices for all my insurance needs!

Emailed Shannon a little over a month ago about an issue I was having. Never received a response. My insurance lapsed and now I’m paying more money for Allstate’s sister company Esurance to insure my car.
