I was helped by Tiffany Bowser (forgive me if I messed up the spelling) and am blessed to say, that we have not had any claims (and hope to never have) so I cannot speak to anything on the end of claim response - however, I can, and am happy to, say that this team did go above and beyond in helping us to set up the policy and has provided us the absolute best option of any other provider, and we did explore many! Alexis and her team are great. They are always available and near their phones to answer any questions that I may have throughout the week regarding my policy, billing, or even adding on renters insurance/other add-ons.I have never had an unpleasant experience and everyone is always so happy and willing to help. Although I am a college student living in the area, I hope that I am able to stay with Alexis when I graduate and move on.

These ladies are so extremely helpful, especially Jasmine. I have finally switched my insurance to a local business as opposed to a large company where I only talk to them over the phone. I love this accessibility of being able to actually talk to someone in person. Not only have I saved money, but I was also able to bundle my home owners, auto and motorcycle and it made sense to do so. Thats a first! This office has been upfront and honest with us 100% of the way. We moved from another insurance company for better motorcycle insurance. They offer more coverage for the same price and have extra coverage for pennies on the dollar. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly.
