Called Combs to get help on my furnace, they came the same day. The tech was right on time, fixed my problem for a reasonable rate. They didnt try to up sale us or fix things that didnt need fixed. We will definitely us them again if needed. thanks.

Combs was exceptional! I had another company come to my house and they told me that I needed to replace my entire system, they stated that it was cheaper to replace than getting it repaired. Combs tech came out explained everything thing he was doing and it turned out I was just low on Freon. Super nice guy! Saved me a ton of money!

The friendliness of the office staff and my experience with their service technician ensures that I will be back when replacement time comes!

Called a big well known heating and air company and was quoted almost $1400 for a part and around $5000 just to replace the system. I call combs and they had someone come out and repaired the part without replacing the unit. The repair only cost $266. This company cares about people, from the first person you speak with to the technician that comes to your home. I will NEVER use anyone else nor will I ever recommend anyone else. Save yourself some time and call combs!

The integrity of this company is simply outstanding. Their tech, Roger was truly a stand-up guy. He diagnosed the problem with my AC within a minute and fixed it in no time. This is not a company attempting to sell you what you dont need, the techs dont work on commission. My HVAC is AT LEAST 20-25 years old and the first thing Roger said when he saw it was, Now thats a great system!. Put a smile on my face instantly. He was very courteous with a genuine respect for the older machines, that were built to last. Im really just so excited that Ive found Combs. Have 25 year old Lennox unit that has never needed any repairs until it quit this week. Called a friend of my son who said repairs would be a minimum of $1000 IF he could find parts. Said he wouldnt put that kind of money in that old of unit. Need new one for $5700. Called Combs. They came right out and got us up and running for $536. They said our unit is in very good shape.
